Condo avec vue sur l'océan et la piscine - Point East Condominium

Complexe de condominiums entièrement rénové sur une belle plage sans route, achevé en 2018. Belle vue sur l'océan et la piscine depuis le balcon du 3ème étage, à quelques pas de la plage. Nouveau revêtement de sol, décor fraîchement peint et côtier. Condo entièrement équipé, apportez simplement vos maillots de bain.

La chambre principale a un lit king et une télévision à écran plat. La deuxième chambre a un lit double et des lits jumeaux. Tirez le canapé dans le salon. Deux salles de bain complètes. Table et chaises de patio sur le balcon pour profiter de votre café du matin ou de votre cocktail du soir avec vue sur le magnifique Atlantique et la piscine.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec toute la vaisselle, les casseroles, les poêles et les ustensiles de cuisine.
Télévision par câble à écran plat dans le salon, wifi et téléphone également inclus.

Ascenseur près de l'unité.

Grande piscine en bord de mer (chauffée en hiver), plus une petite piscine pour enfants. Chaises longues, tables et parasols sur la terrasse de la piscine. La piscine a également un grand club-house couvert avec télévision à écran plat, tables et chaises et barbecue à gaz. Terrain de jeu de palets en bord de mer et entrée sécurisée à la plage.

We wanted to stay close to our relatives and this was perfect. Everything was just as it was described. My only feedback would be directions for the tv would have been helpful.

Already planning our next trip!

We stayed 3 nights at Point East and were really happy with the location. Some of the furniture is beginning to show its age, but we were overall very impressed with the cleanliness of the condo and how well stocked it was with anything you could possibly need. We can’t wait to come back!

Sept stay at Point East Condominium

The room and overall property were very nice. The online description of the property was accurate. There were a couple minor issues with the room: 1) The master bathroom fan was broken; 2) There were some ants on the kitchen counter that did not return after wiping up; 3) There was a roach near the front door. There were also a couple of issues regarding the property management that could be improved. The unit next door was undergoing major renovations from about 9am-3pm. This resulted in excessive noise in the unit we stayed in. The other issue was that the outside of the building was being painted. The painters needed to paint the door jams and used a master key to open rooms. We returned one afternoon to find our door wide open and nobody around. The property manager should have made us aware of these issues prior to renting or proactively worked to get us a different room.

The condo was clean with easy check in! Our family has been staying at Point East for years and this was the first time using VRBO for the rental process. I will be doing it again! We love New Smyrna and alway have a great experience!!

Great Condo!

The condo was as described online. It was clean and well stocked: beach chairs, toys, towels, sheets, kitchen items, etc. Michelle was quick to respond to my questions. Parking was right below the condo and next to the stairs to the beach. The location is great with lots of restaurants and stores close by. We liked Aunt Catfish and Blackbeards Inn restaurants. C's Waffles is great for breakfast.

Lovely Property!

We loved this property. It was lovely. It had everything you would need. I've never explored this area before and it was fantastic. The location was perfect. The property was spotless. Views were spectacular. I will definitely stay here again. I would highly recommend staying at this unit.

The condo was clean and easy to find. Our stay was cool weather and pool not heated so unable to use. Very windy off ocean so limited time on the deck and balcony. Beach access was great but have to use in am for tide comes in later afternoon. Not able to walk on beach in the evening. As for the condo it self there were a few things we felt were missing when renting for 5 days and not wanting to buy but could use to help make stay better. First no first aid kit for I cut my self on the dull knives and there was not any kit in the condo. The other was no toilet paper. Ran out on day 3 and had to go buy hard to find less then 12 rolls at stores. For our view this should be part of the rental. There was no foil or saran wrap to use. No containers for food storage. There was limited kitchen pans to use. Was furnished with things that others were replacing and no extra blankets for cool days. No keurig like other rentals and no ladle for soup. Plumming may need to be looked at for slow draining tubs and sinks in both bathrooms. Found the complex had friendly people staying there and quiet area. Over all the place was ok but could use a few more things to help those who come by plane not wanting to purchase things need when cooking.

Perfect place

Good view of ocean from the terrace, with a wide court yard area. Large pool that is heated in cool January weather. Very clean comfortable place. This was my first time visiting New Smyrna Beach and I booked again for next year before I left. I walked in and immediately felt comfortable.

Christmas Get Away

The condo property was very clean, well groomed, and private. The condo unit matched the photos as featured in the Virbo post. Unfortunately, due to a cold front, the weather did not lend itself to swimming in the pool or the ocean (that was quite wavy) but we were able to take several nice walks along the very expansive beach front. The location of this property allowed for easy commutes to the Daytona area as well as Coco Beach and the Kennedy Space Centre. New Year's at the River Deck and Tiki Bar by the Indian River Waterfront offered good food as well as live music, which we enjoyed. Overall, we were able to shift our hopes of soaking up some sun and we were able to fill our time with day tripping. We had a nice time despite the unfortunate cold front and over cast weather.
