Ce condo moderne et moderne se trouve dans un endroit bien désiré! Proche de tout; 1. 2 miles de Fred Meyers ou juste 1. 5 miles du port de Brookings. Avec le plancher de bois franc dans tout ce condo, il est un endroit agréable pour avoir votre animal de compagnie avec vous lors de vos aventures sur la côte de l'Oregon.

Disposition de la maison:
Ceci est un condo de deux étages.

En bas se trouve l'entrée principale, avec une chambre à coucher, accès au garage et à la zone de lavage.
La chambre du bas, est une chambre principale supplémentaire. Avec un matelas king et salle de bain complète connectée.
En montant les escaliers, vous entrez dans un aménagement de style loft ouvert, éclairé et naturel. Où la cuisine, la salle à manger et le salon ne font qu'un. Asseyez-vous et appréciez la compagnie de chacun en préparant un repas ou en regardant la télévision. Le canapé situé dans le salon se transforme en un matelas king pour un couchage supplémentaire.
Le maître principal est situé à l’étage avec une belle vue sur l’océan, un matelas king-size, un mur de placard. La salle de bain attenante est une combinaison douche / baignoire avec une pomme de douche double.

The property is in a cute little development at the end of a residential street. Check-in was seamless and the listing's pictures are accurate. There is a lot of natural light!The beds were quite comfortable and the wifi worked well. We didn't cook so I can't speak to the kitchen facilities, but I can say there is a good washing machine/dryer in the garage.Since the unit is tucked in among several others, you'll want to be mindful of your noise level when outside so as to not disturb the neighbors.

i absolutely love the area around the property and the enclosure of the condo being on the water overlooking the boats. it was quiet, serene and very clean around the property and in the neighborhood.

Great little condo!

The house was nice and cozy. Very clean, good location and quiet. Just what we needed! The only bad thing was the bed in the upstairsbrdroom has a very sharp edge on the foot board that i kept running into. Left a pretty nasty bruise. So be careful! Lol totally enjoyed our stay and we will be back!

Great little condo and a great location. Has everything you need whether it’s just a place to sleep or if you hang out at the condo. Would definitely stay here again if we come back.

Great condo by Harbor in Brookings!

The property was exceptionally clean and well decorated. The beds were comfortable and the breeze off the ocean was very nice. We loved this condo and would stay again.

Enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay! Close to the coast and stores. We visited the Redwoods and drove to Gold Beach. We enjoyed exploring and hiking. Very nice and clean , no problems.

Nice place close to the beach

Very comfortable place with king beds and 2 bathrooms with all the amenities you need. Very short walk to a private beach. We had a wonderful experience.

Great spot right on the harbor. Peaceful and quiet. We managed to lock ourselves out one day and management was quick to respond and friendly. Highly recommend!

Cozy, quiet, and close to everything!

We had a wonderful beach weekend with our kids. Everything was very nice and clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels. When traveling with little kids, having a dishwasher, a bathtub, and a clothes washer & dryer makes all the difference!

Great get-away

Very nice and comfortable place. The beds were great! Neighbors were friendly. We were visiting family in the area and it was Memorial Weekend so there was lots to do in town. For those folks with knee problems, there are a lot of stairs to get to the kitchen/living area, but it was wonderful for us. It was the perfect retreat spot for us. Thank you for sharing.

Nice for family of 4 with young kids

Overall a nice space. Fairly updated and clean. Dish washer a tad loud so run while you sleep. We did have a baby and a toddler with us who needed to nap. They have those nice pull down blinds but they are white and not light blocking. Plan accordingly . Otherwise a great space close to everything. Nice to have a partial view of the marina and you can hearthe ocean. We would stay here again.

Just Beachy

We had a nice stay at this condo for 4 nights. Perfect size for our family of 4. (2 adults, kids aged 17 and 19). Very pleasant neighbors. Fully stocked kitchen and SUPER COMFY beds and bedding. We were thankful for the garage, it was perfect for storing our bikes. Just a note about the stairs that you must climb to the main living area of the condo…was fine for us but may not be suitable for everyone. We had a small issue with TV remotes (batteries dead) but manager rushed some right over. ***note to future renters: we found the ROKU remote works best for the tv functions…and the volume button is on the side! I honestly can’t think of one thing to complain about. It was a great visit! Oh! And we were surprised by all of the deer that hang around the neighborhood in the evening

Beautiful Vacation

My wife and I loved our stay. The condo is furnished very tastefully. The beds are quite luxurious. We had a friend stay with us who slept very comfortably on the pull out King bed. We enjoyed a fine bottle of Pinot Noir while as our steaks cooked on the deck barbecue. The sailboats in the harbor were an artistic compliment to our romantic evening. We enjoyed hiking in the Boardman Corridor. The ocean cliffs at Indian Sands are stunning. We enjoyed riding our bikes to Mill Beach, the harbor, and to Chetco Point. Chetco Brewery is several blocks away. Great beer and good music. We corresponded with Paragon Property Management prior to our stay. They were very responsive to our inquiries. We were impressed as well with all of the amenities and with The cleanliness of this home. We love the Brookings area. Thank you for providing the perfect get away. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we booked another vacation at this condo. Can’t wait to get back.

Nice place to stay.

Overall this was a really nice place to stay for our week long family vacation in Brookings. Checking in was easy and the condo is furnished with pretty much everything you will need. A couple of things to be noted…the garbage disposal needs to be replaced. It didn’t work during our stay. I used the reset button on the unit, but it is rusty and no amount of convincing could get it to work. It just kept tripping the reset button. This was frustrating as there also was no screen in the drain to catch food scraps going down. The listing says abKeurig coffee maker is what is there for guests, so I made a point of buying pods for this trip. However, when we arrived there was a Ninja coffee maker. Awesome coffee maker, but I didn’t have what I needed to make coffee based on the information in the listing. Kinda frustrating. Upon entering the unit the downstairs smells pretty musty. We kinda got used to it as the week went by and stopped noticing it, but my teens weren’t happy that their room smelled damp while our room upstairs smelled fine. Finally, the laundry area in the garage could use a good cleaning. Webs, spiders, random socks from other guests, just didn’t make the best impression. Now…having said all that, did we have a great vacation?…Absolutely! The condo became our home for the week and we left with fond memories. I would stay there again.

Birthday beach getaway

This property was just perfect! I love the location and the set up of the house. We used several of the board games, the kitchen is well stocked with all the dishes you could need. Beds are super comfortable, lots of extra blankets and towels. I highly recommend staying here!
