WINTER RATE SPECIAL IN PLACE 2024-2025!!!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. This charming home offers a nice place to settle in while you adventure the coast. You are close to it all; local stores, breweries, restaurants, and close beach access points. With a spacious backyard and fun activities to do while staying in, you may not want to venture out as often as you thought! Enjoy the fire pit, BBQ, and a game or two of corn hole.

The neighborhood is mostly residential, however, you are close to other commercial businesses, restaurants, a brewery and local beach access points. This home is located in a residential and commercial mixed neighborhood. Specifically, a commercial business is located across the street from the home, it is a heating and air company so there is not much activity, we just want our guests to be aware before their arrival.

Superfly Martini Bar and Grill is just down the road, walk or drive to enjoy great food and great service!

You are also close to the local's favorite beach access/viewpoint; Chetco Point Beach Access is just .5miles away (about a 10 min walk from the home).

Brookings Stay

It was a very nice house and located closed to everything in town. The park was a quick walk and had awesome views. Check in and out was very easy. The place was just as it was described.

Perfect

I absolutely loved our stay here. Loved the home. Well appointed and very clean and within walking distance to a local coffee shop. It is also near the water where we enjoyed a west cost sunset.

I take my family to Brookings every year.

This was the best house we have stayed in. It was clean and was close to everything we love to do there. I really enjoyed just relaxing too!

Lovely place to stay

Three friends came together from different states for our 40th class reunion. This house was perfect for us. We loved the location and everything was perfect and comfortable. I would totally stay here again!

Great Place to Stay

We felt like this home was close to everything we wanted to do and had everything we needed, plus extras that were helpful: the wagon for going to the beach, beach towels, coloring books and games to entertain the kids. Beds were comfortable and the home had plenty of space for our family.

My family and I stayed here following my wedding. The house and property were beautiful. We loved our stay. It was close enough to town to make everything convenient, without feeling too close to town.

Great place to stay!

House was clean and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was perfectly stocked with all cooking supplies and had plenty of towels. We enjoyed the backyard too. My extended family also stayed in the area at other rentals, and ours was by far the best for similar costs.

Long weekend get-away

My husband and I and 2 of our adult children, their partners and our 2 month old grandson really enjoyed this home. There was plenty of room, the bathrooms were clean and the towels were plentiful. Thank you!

Nice place. Electricity was off when we arrived and management company wasn’t available. Power came on shortly and our stay was great.

Nice location

Location was close to everything. Beds were comfortable. Primary bedroom shower is lovely. Bedrooms smelled a bit musty, I would suggest taking out carpet and putting in a solid surface material. De-humidifer and air purifier would probably be a good idea as well.

Great rental house

This was a great house. Everything was amazing with the exception of the yard. It was overrun with spiders. It is that time of the year but would have been nice to have that cleaned up before check- in.

Such a nice place to stay!

The pictures are nice but don’t do it justice, our group was a bit of a mix and this rental met or exceeded everything we needed. We were out and about for a lot of our stay but when we were home it was super cozy and inviting. Wish we could have done the walk to the park a little more and I definitely recommend it especially when the little one rides in the wagon 🙂 It’s a quick drive to Fred Mayer which was so nice and even though there were businesses nearby we were never bothered by noise. Truly such a nice place to stay, hope to be able to book this one again!

Great House!

Beautiful home and close to everything! It had enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate everyone. We loved sitting on the sun porch and watching the sunset.
