Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. This charming home offers a nice place to settle in while you adventure the coast. You are close to it all; local stores, breweries, restaurants, and close beach access points. With a spacious backyard and fun activities to do while staying in, you may not want to venture out as often as you thought! Enjoy the fire pit, BBQ, and a game or two of corn hole.

The neighborhood is mostly residential, however, you are close to other commercial businesses, restaurants, a brewery and local beach access points. This home is located in a residential and commercial mixed neighborhood. Specifically, a commercial business is located across the street from the home, it is a heating and air company so there is not much activity, we just want our guests to be aware before their arrival.

Superfly Martini Bar and Grill is just down the road, walk or drive to enjoy great food and great service!

You are also close to the local's favorite beach access/viewpoint; Chetco Point Beach Access is just .5miles away (about a 10 min walk from the home).

Great House!

Beautiful home and close to everything! It had enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate everyone. We loved sitting on the sun porch and watching the sunset.

Nice location

Location was close to everything. Beds were comfortable. Primary bedroom shower is lovely. Bedrooms smelled a bit musty, I would suggest taking out carpet and putting in a solid surface material. De-humidifer and air purifier would probably be a good idea as well.

Great rental house

This was a great house. Everything was amazing with the exception of the yard. It was overrun with spiders. It is that time of the year but would have been nice to have that cleaned up before check- in.

It was perfect

The house was perfect for us. My parents are at Azalea Gardens. We were there to celebrate my moms (who has Alzheimer's) 87th birthday. The location was super convenient. I wish the weather was better so we could have enjoyed the back yard. Thank you!

Perfect getaway

Just a few things

The house is nice and in a good neighborhood. That being said, the roof leaks, and there is black mold around the ceiling where it leaks and the ANTS make life and cooking a bit miserable.

Lovely place to stay

Three friends came together from different states for our 40th class reunion. This house was perfect for us. We loved the location and everything was perfect and comfortable. I would totally stay here again!

Great place to stay!

House was clean and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was perfectly stocked with all cooking supplies and had plenty of towels. We enjoyed the backyard too. My extended family also stayed in the area at other rentals, and ours was by far the best for similar costs.

Long weekend get-away

My husband and I and 2 of our adult children, their partners and our 2 month old grandson really enjoyed this home. There was plenty of room, the bathrooms were clean and the towels were plentiful. Thank you!

House is nice and as advertised it just smells damp and like mildew and we couldn’t air it out. All the bath towels smelled like mildew like they were washed and left in the washing machine for too long before being dried.

Fall week in the Banana Belt SW OR

My wife & I stayed at this comfortable and conveniently located house for a week in late October for a quiet and relaxing disconnect from normal. All the amenities were as described, the main bedroom bed was so comfortable, kitchen well supplied and appointed, with many extras available for guests. We enjoyed the local and nearby beaches which were mostly deserted despite a 6 day stretch of absolutely gorgeous weather, sunny with temps touching the 70’s. The in-town location made getting supplies and enjoying the local businesses super easy, many within a walk. We had some 4WD problems right off the bat but found excellent same day service literally across the street. We actually cooked most meals in or carried out this stay so not much on the local eateries but the kitchen had most everything needed. We’d come back to Brookings and this property for sure - if there weren’t so many other great locations to explore. Thank you hosts for making our trip and stay memorable and without complications.
