THE VIEW
Ascend to the second level and indulge in the breathtaking panorama from the Master Suite's expansive walk-out deck. The elevated vantage point provides a unique perspective, allowing you to savor the sights and sounds of the waves from above. As daylight fades, bask in the mesmerizing hues of the sunset casting a radiant glow upon the pier. Immerse yourself in the ocean's allure, whether you're standing on the balcony or lying in bed, with the master bedroom's expansive windows providing an uninterrupted view. Let the soothing melody of crashing waves serenade you to sleep each night, wrapping you in a cocoon of oceanic bliss.
On the main floor, the balcony presents a different yet still serene view that faces east over Pacific street where you can enjoy views of California palm trees and the occasional view of the trains.
**Please note the Amtrak coaster train is part of California coastal living and you may hear the choo choos of the train during your stay if windows or doors are open but all the windows in A304 have been replaced with thick double-pane windows that mute any noise.

Upon entering the condo you will discover a newly remodeled kitchen adorned with luxurious granite countertops. Fully stocked with essential cooking utensils, this kitchen invites you to craft culinary masterpieces during your beachfront vacation. The elegant dining table, seating six, provides the perfect setting for shared meals and lively conversations.
LIVING AREAS
Step into the living areas of A304 where comfort meets relaxation. Unwind on the oversized sectional sofa or swivel armchairs in the living room, perfect for recharging after a day spent at the beach. Dive into your favorite shows on the 52" flat-screen Smart TV, equipped for easy streaming of your preferred platforms. Cable TV is also provided, offering FREE extended channels, including HBO and Showtime, ensuring you can catch up on your current favorite series or enjoy a movie after a day of sun and surf.
For those occasional cool winter days or to set the mood, bask in the warmth of the fully functional gas fireplace.
BATHROOMS
A304 offers the convenience of two bathrooms, one on each level. The upstairs Master bath is a haven of luxury, featuring a spacious walk-in shower that adds a touch of indulgence to your stay. On the main level, the guest bathroom presents a versatile tub/shower combo, providing options for your relaxation needs.
SLEEPING
A304 is designed to accommodate six guests comfortably. The master bedroom features a plush King-sized bed and a 52-inch flat-screen Roku smart TV. The second bedroom, generously sized, comfortably fits two queen-size beds and includes a flat-screen TV with cable.
**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell, we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.
