Situé juste à côté de la plage et au deuxième étage, cet appartement de 2 chambres, 1 salle de bain est un choix fantastique pour les petites fêtes qui ont besoin d’être près de l’océan. Un porche avec moustiquaire constitue un endroit idéal pour savourer une tasse de café le matin ou simplement pour traîner à votre retour des activités de la journée. À l'intérieur, vous trouverez un salon à aire ouverte, une cuisine bien équipée et à manger, des unités de climatisation, 2 télévisions à écran plat et une connexion wi-fi gratuite. Un lit Queen dans une chambre, un ensemble de lits superposés plus un jumeau dans l’autre et un canapé-lit queen dans le salon permettent de dormir pour 6 personnes. Garez vos voitures (2) et marchez toute la semaine car cette maison de vacances est située en plein cœur de Dewey Beach. It was perfect size for a smaller group located conveniently very close to the beach. We all enjoyed our stay in the condo.

Wonderful beach apartment.

I had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It's location to the beach was amazing and the unit was very comfortable and peaceful. I would definitely rent again.

Such a great location. Steps to the beach. Short walk to many great restaurants. We love Dewey and had the best stay in this condo. The 3 bunk beds made our family so comfortable for the entire week. Clean open space with super cute decor.

Just what the doctor ordered!

We needed to get away from all the "stuff" going on, and this was the perfect place to "forget it all". The condo was very nice for the two of us. It had homey touches such as needle point done by the owner. The location was unbeatable! There were restaurants abound for all tastes and ages! Highly recommend for a vacation!

Always sunny in Dewey redux!

This was our 5th summer in Dewey and 4th at this residence (made a huge mistake last year). We love the proximity to the beach, restaurants, and entertainment! Will do again next year!

We had a great stay at this property. The location was perfect, the beds were comfortable and the property was clean. I will say to guests coming in the summer, bring a fan. The bedrooms tended to be warm at night with only one AC unit in the living room and one standing fan.The property details were also inconsistent between VRBO and REMax - not a complaint but something to check out!We would love to rent this property again next summer.

Great property for the price

For the price this is a great property. Not the most updated or highest quality but for the price, you can't beat the location. Has window A/C which is not the best, but otherwise no complaints. Have returned multiple times. similar listings were easily twice the price. this is close to the beach

Great location for beach and restaurants!

Cute condo close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants! We hardly used the car. Our recommendations and opinions…working shades on the porch would have been fabulous in the afternoon when the sun is beating in and the mattress in the master needs replacing. Also, the instructions to lock and unlock the door were incorrect and they need to be clearer. Also, the WiFi password was inconsistent from email to welcome binder to what was on the fridge. Would definitely rent here again if the mattress gets replaced.

Quick beach vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was nice and very simple. Could have used some more kitchen items, we brought our own cookware, but still had enough to cook dinners and breakfast. The best part is the quick walk to the beach and hearing the waves crashing. Definitely would book again.

Very happy with this property

My friends and I have come to Dewey for the past few summers and stay at different places each time, and I’ve overall enjoyed this property the most. Really convenient check-in process, electronic lock so no need to worry about keys, Property manager really nice and responsive, end of the road makes is much closer to the beach, neighbors on other condos are really nice, plenty of beds so you don’t have to share with 4-5 people. You have 2 reserved parking spots in an actual parking lot, which is way easier to get in and out compared to most properties. Downsides are you have to go up some stairs to get to the condo, so bringing anything heavy to the beach like a cooler requires a little extra work; there’s no washer dryer in the unit so make sure you have clothes, towels, swimwear unless you have some other arrangement to wash clothes; only one shower with no outdoor shower (as far as we could find). If none of those are dealbreakers, would really recommend this property. P.S. for COVID, Dewey obviously isn’t quite the same during the pandemic, but we were still able to have fun and stay safe. The beaches are pretty naturally social distanced, and the bars require a mask and that you sit at tables with your party. Plenty of live music at the bars during the summer despite this.

This rental was cancelled, did not receive a refund.

I cancelled this rental prior to the deadline to get my deposit back, but the agency refused to refund my money, said only if the property was rented by another party would I receive a refund. Half of the deposit was for any property damage that occurred during our stay, but we didn't get a refund on that, either. The agency also sent me a contract to sign that they said was a prerequisite to them relisting the property as available for that week, but a condition of the contract was that I had to pay the rest of the rental fees in full. Ridiculous. I will not be using this agency again, and I don't recommend them to anyone.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry that you are unhappy with the cancellation policy. We do try our best to work with guests should they need to cancel their reservation. We do our best to try to re-rent the property and if it re-rents you do receive a refund minus the service fees. Security deposit are always returned within thirty days of scheduled departure. Some owners will not allow guest to cancel their reservation but will allow them to choose a different time period. It just depends on each individual owner. We understand that this can be frustrating but we are always happy to do everything we can to make the guest happy.
