Fantastic home in a great location. As a family of five we had everything we needed for a fun weekend. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking quick meals, home is nicely appointed with quality furniture, cleaning supplies and starter supply of paper products. From the backside of the condo it was a quick ten minute walk to the beach. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect Location and Adorable Condo

The condo is such a great little spot for a quick weekend getaway. My friends and I loved the location - a quick walk to the main drag of Rehoboth. The condo was clean, well laid out, and cozy. We will definitely book again for next year!

Great Get Away

We loved this place. Would definitely stay there again. It was extremely comfortable, clean, and well furnished for a lovely stay. The patio, with gas grill, were an added bonus. The kitchen was well equipped. Great location and convenient parking. I would not stay here if you have a problem climbing stairs due to spiral staircase.

Location location location plus comfort

I have vacationed many times in Rehoboth. This had to be THE BEST! Close to town and boardwalk entertainment! Laid back outside areas and access to the pool in the Summer.

Love Rehoboth

We have stayed here in this unit before. We love the area and the home. Clean, and has items that you need while staying there. Close to all our favorite spots. Can’t wait to book again.

We will continue to return to the perfect vacation home. Clean and beautifully appointed townhome within three short blocks to the boardwalk making it centrally located to the shops and restaurants.

Nice condo with pool

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location and pool are great. I would caution people with kids under 5 or anyone with mobility issues that there is a spiral staircase. Thank you!

Great stay!

I stayed at David's property with my two young kids (3 and 5) and it was perfect. The pool, proximity to the beach and restaurants was great. It made for an easy vacation. Best part--- I didn't get in my car for a week!

Fantastic experience

The unit is well maintained, has parking right at the door, is very comfortable and a 10 second walk to Rehoboth Ave. The pool is great too, and the owner was very helpful and even informed us that we could check in early.

Great relaxing home away from home

Incredibly clean and well stocked for all your home away from home needs. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Really great layout for a two bedroom. We walked everywhere. Close to the beach and restaurants. Very quiet nice neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you

This is a great little condo! Our family of two adults and two kids was really enjoyed it for our one week stay. It is exactly as pictured in the listing — clean, not cluttered and well equipped. Great stuff: enough hooks/drawer/shelf space, nice pans, comfy beds, little extra house products if you forget yours, a place to lock your bikes, clean/nice pool, super friendly condo neighbors that give off friendly vibes. We used the patio and grill a few times which was cozy. Any time we wanted to eat or shop we just walked since it was so close. Lastly, the owner was really nice. We had to change our week which was quick and easy, and we also left an item in the condo which he spent a lot of time/effort recovering for us.

David’s place was easy to get into. Good parking. Great access to the main drag. Clean!! We came for the coastal Delaware running festival. It was so convenient!!

Perfect spot

This was our 3rd time staying in this townhome complex and our 2nd time staying in this particular townhome - we will definitely be back again! Perfect location, setup and size, and the unit is immaculate! Can’t beat being able to walk to everything and the community pool is a huge perk. Thanks David for another great stay!

Great Spot in Rehoboth

We love staying in this area of Rehoboth. The pool is great. Location is walking distance to everything. Beds were on the firm side. Bring your own TP! Over all the house was nice and served it’s purpose.

Perfect Weekend!

It was hands-down our favorite accommodations since coming down to Rehoboth the past 5 years to perform at various venues. The condo was immaculate, very well laid out and communicating with Dave was easy. He was very responsive. It is too on our list for future stays!

Great Place

Just got back from a few days in Rehoboth and stayed at David’s place. Very clean, well supplied, everything works and place is kept up to date so no old furniture, blankets etc. all good here. The one thing you have to take into consideration is the spiral staircase. Not good for children or adults who can’t climb a latter.
