Ideally located just half a block from the sand in the heart of Dewey Beach, enjoy easy access to sunbathing, swimming, and gorgeous panoramic views of the shore. You’ll be within walking distance of multiple restaurants and shops for endless entertainment. Discover Rehoboth Beach, Jungle Jim’s, and Delaware Seashore State Park all within a five-mile radius. Step into this oasis and feel right at home in the bright, sun-soaked living areas featuring plush seating, multiple dining spaces, elegant decor, and a patio perfect for sipping morning coffee or watching the sunset. A well-appointed kitchen boasts modern appliances, an island, and ample counter space for creating effortless home-cooked meals. Even better, utilize the grill for an outdoor barbecue while sharing laughs and soaking up some sun! The upper bedrooms feel luxurious and welcoming with vaulted ceilings, soft linens, and stunning views from the private balconies. On the lower level, a spacious main bedroom provides patio access and an en suite bath for added privacy and comfort every moment of your stay. Additional amenities we love include a provided crib, board games, central air conditioning, and a private washer/dryer for those packing light. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Fireplaces are not permitted for guest use. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Great Stay!

Great location. The house was perfect for our family with plenty of room. It also was really well stocked. Had a wonderful time and created some unforgettable memories!

This location was perfect- less than a block walk to the beach without crossing a highway. Very large space and plenty of bathrooms. All linens and bath towels provided but you do need to bring your own beach towels and beach chairs. Many walkable restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Great beach house!

This was by far the best vacation home we’ve experienced. The house was stocked with everything we could need—plenty of towels, shampoo, and a well-equipped kitchen. It truly felt like visiting a family home. We loved the selection of games, cookbooks, and the cozy , comfortable seating area. Plus, the beach was just a minute’s walk away, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Perfect location. Home does not have a direct ocean view, but it is just a short walk to the beach. We were pleased that we did not have to cross any busy streets. It was very easy and safe to walk back and forth to the beach.

Nice spot

This house fit the bill. My family stayed for about five days and found the house very comfortable and roomy. We make use of the board games, kitchen, books and beach right down the street. We never got the WiFi to work and found a few spider webs but all in all we were please with our stay. I would recommend this house and location close to Rehoboth.

Great location!

Perfect location to the beach! House was clean and comfortable. 3 king sized beds was amazing! The condo was very spacious, and the large dining table was great for game night. The unit needs some TLC and updates. The screen doors and blinds were all pretty fragile, and difficult to maneuver. The WiFi didn’t work the entire week. Vacasa was quick to respond and brought a hot spot, but it didn’t work either. Overall, it was a nice week!
