The location of the cottage was perfect for an easy, less than 10 minute walk from the beach, restaurants and shopping. David was very available for our questions and was a dream to work with. A phone call or text to David was answered immediately. Would definitely stay again if the timing was right!
Great little bungalow, close to the beach and boardwalk
Our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids 6 & 8) enjoyed our stay at this property. Location was great - short walk to beach, Funland, boardwalk, and Rehoboth Ave. Communication with owner was great.
This cozy cottage was perfect for our family of five. It had everything we need for a long weekend stay and was an easy 6 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk. We especially loved the washer and dryer. Would definitely stay here again!
Cute little bungalow with all the amenities. Three blocks from the beach. Close to all the stores and restaurants. Dave was great. Very clean and quaint. We will be back next year.
The cottage was perfect for a long weekend getaway! The kitchen was well stocked and the cottage was clean and comfortable. The location was close to the beach, boardwalk, shopping and restaurants. We didnât move the car our whole visit.
We loved the property. Great location.
Very clean and comfortable. Loved having a washer and dryer for the week. David is wonderful to work with. It was perfect for our family of four!
We had a nice stay at Davidâs property! He was easy to communicate with, and stopped in our first day to check in. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and the outdoor shower was great after a day at the beach. Both the beach and boardwalk were a short walk away, and my kids loved being so close to FunLand. My only complaint was that the bunk beds were as others mentioned very squeaky. Otherwise, the trip was smooth, painless and fun!
We enjoyed our stay here and loved that it was an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Cottage is comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen. Not sure the need for a mini fridge..which took up needed space in the lvg/dining area. Sun beamed in the cottage in the afternoon, making the cottage very cheerful and bright.
The coffee maker did not work because of a missing piece but David got us a different one right away. The fridge was not cooling properly and David got us a mini fridge that day. David was a great property manager and took care of any issues right away. The location is great and the outdoor shower was a bonus.
After spending much of the past seven months at home, venturing out only for exercise and essentials, we were more than ready for a week away. Although this is a two-bedroom property, we found it to be a perfect size for a two. Having rented many houses, I was extremely pleased to find that this was among the cleanest I have ever seen. There are more than enough glasses, mugs, plates and silverware, which was surprisingly high-end; none of those cafeteria quality forks with bent tines. David was very responsive when we had a bit of trouble with the electronic lock and when we needed some lightbulbs. I will also say the neighborhood was very quiet, which we appreciated. Many people wear masks around town and most adhere to the requirement that they be worn on the boardwalk. Quite a few of the restaurants and shops are open, but many close rather early in the evening. If you donât need the hustle and bustle, the parking problems and noise that come with the summer crowds, this is a nice time to visit Rehoboth and 57 Philadelphia is a great little place to stay.
Property is close enough to the everything making it ideal for us to not use our vehicle. Quick walk to the beach, boardwalk, funland, restaurants and shopping.
The cottage itself is a great size for a small family (4). I especially love the size as there aren't many small houses. The furnishings could use an update. The bunk bed is really loud. The drawers in the armoires were not in the best of shape, but there was still plenty of storage.
David was great to work with. We had an issue with the AC and he had someone out to fix it right away. He also ended up replacing the grill.
Overall it was a great stay.
My wife and I took a long weekend for the SeaWitch festival. Property was as advertised and the location was excellent. David the Property Manager was super helpful and a delight to do business with.
Perfect location! What a wonderful place to stay to unwind or be in the middle of everything in minutes. The house was perfect for our family. The washer and dryer and off-street parking were added bonuses.
This was a perfect property for us - we parked our car, and weâre able to walk or bike everywhere. Dave was an excellent host - check-in was easy, and he checked on us after an unexpected storm hit Rehoboth. Overall great experience and we will be back!
A lovely little cottage and 2 blocks from beach! We had a wonderful stay and all amenities were there. We will definitely put this in the running for our next Summer vacation.
The cottage is cuter than the pictures and very clean. The kitchen is well equipped and the location is great. We were close to restaurants, shops and the beach, so we were able to leave the car and walk everywhere. The cottage has a coffee maker and keurig but my husband walked to Starbucks every day since it was a 7 minute walk and itâs such a nice walk. David was very nice and responded to any questions I had . I truly would recommend this place for a small family .
Great location on residential street. Short walk to beach, boardwalk, main drag Rehoboth Ave for restaurants/shopping.
Cottage felt more spacious than pictures showed. High ceilings in living area, well laid out. Bathroom/shower good (no tub if you have little ones).
Ease of entry with digital keypad. Small TV in living area, large TVs in both bedrooms. WiFi spotty as expected.
Happy to have a grill to cook with- propane tank was empty, but quick call to owner and was told where the spare ones were kept.
Outdoor shower great for keeping most of the sand outside of the cottage. Off street parking for one vehicle convenient.
Well stocked kitchen for cooking meals in.
Good for a couple, family of 3-4. We were a family of 3. The little dining table has chairs for 3 and canât really fit more, but we had friends for dinner one night. Pulled the table over to the couch area and used couch/ottoman for seating around it and that worked.
Really only negative that affected our trip was that the bunk bed in the âkidsâ â room was ridiculously squeaky. Like minimal movement made so much noise- kept waking the children up. I could hear it from the main bedroom, as well. I got them ear plugs which helped. Would strongly recommend replacing this bunk system with a sturdy wood one.
Not an issue if you donât have someone sleeping in the top bunk, though.
Bottom bunk is a double bed, but my kids are boy/girl teenagers, so wouldnât sleep together.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back. 100% if that bunk bed gets replaced!! đ
