What a great hidden gem this place is. Tucked just off Rehobeth Ave that you do not hear the noise from the busy strip. Close to food and shops and an easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. Host is very responsive to answer any questions and help with any issues.

Everything about the place was great. Very walkable to all Rehoboth Beach spots. Plenty of space for our group. It was very clean, AC worked great, bathrooms were wonderful, and beds were comfy. Parking spots were definitely a plus. Communication with the host was smooth, checking in and out were a breeze. Would stay again.

The apartment is in an amazing location. Our family of four could walk to the beach and everywhere else we wanted to go. The beds were very comfortable and the place was spacious.We had an issue with the air conditioning and the host was very responsive and helpful!

The apartment is in a great location, right in town and very convenient to restaurants, stores and the boardwalk. It’s very clean and the bedooms were comfortable. As others have noted, you need to bring your own pillows, sheets, blankets/comforters, towels and bath mats. This is a great place to stay if you plan on eating out every meal or ordering in as the kitchen is not well stocked. There are very few pots and only one knife and cutting board. It’s pretty bare bones. Also bring some camp chairs if you’ve got more than 4 people staying as there’s only the sofa available for seating and 4 chairs at the kitchen table.

Place worked well for us. Just know it's pretty bare bones. Had to bring everything with us (including pillows) and there wasn't even tissues and stuff like that. (There was paper towels.) But, definitely clean, comfortable and location was ideal for us.

The apartment was very clean and nice. It was a perfect location set back away from noise and walkable to everything except the grocery store. The beach was a 9-minute walk. Other reviews stated that the apartment was bare bones minimum, so we took our own pan and some things to make "cooking in" easier. They did end up having pots and pans, but maybe having a bigger spaghetti pot would have been good. There is a table with 4 chairs, so one of us sat on a cooler to eat dinner. Maybe having a few folding chairs would have been nice. Everything else in the kitchen was great. It is a rental property, so the pantry door was not on the track, one of the bathroom doors doesn't lock, and the medicine cabinet door rubs against the faucet when you open it because someone decided to install the medicine cabinet an inch or two too low or maybe a smaller faucet would have been better. (The bathrooms were very nice and the showers were great!) You do have to bring all of your sheets, towels, blankets and kitchen towels, but that ensures that everything is clean and fresh. They supplied shampoo, soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags. We paid extra to use the under-apartment parking, and it IS SO WORTH THE MONEY! The A/C worked great. Honestly, it was a great place to stay and we all agreed that we would love to come back and stay here again.

Perfect location! Large condo with comfortable furniture. Great appliances in the kitchen but if you are a cook, bring a knife and a sauté pan. Otherwise, amazing stay. We enjoyed the deck, which is bigger than it looks in the photos. Would stay again.
