You can sleep 6 in this updated bi-level beachside condo. The first level offers an open and inviting floor plan with the kitchen, dining, and living areas, as well as a half bath & laundry closet. Upstairs you will find both bedrooms, each has its own private bathroom and balcony. The living area and the master bedroom have partial beach facing balconies and the guest room has a parking lot facing balcony. Book now and be ready to enjoy all the Island has to offer.

EL CONSTANTE COMPLEX FEATURES
-Heated, saltwater swimming pool (heated to a max temp of 86 degrees in winter months) & hot tub
-Poolside loungers, tables, and chairs
-Laundry facility on site, $2 for washer and $2 for dryer (Quarter exchange at front office)
-Gazebo with gas grills. Due to our frequent droughts, high winds, & burn bans, NO other types of Bar-B-Q pits, grills, or outdoor cooking equipment are allowed on the premises including parking lots, balconies, or patios.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
-Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID.
-DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO DOGS UP TO 25LBS. These dog breeds are not permitted: Pit Bull-type, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Husky -type (including Siberian breeds), Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chow Chow, or any Wolf-dog hybrid.
There is a $100 per pet fee for all stays 7 days or less, $200 for stays of 8-29 days and $300 for stays of 30 days or greater. In addition, there is also a pet-cleaning fee of $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days and $100 for stays of 30+ days.

Family vacation for Spring Break
This property has a great location near the beach with balconies for every room which invites the sound of waves in to enhance your vacation. It is a little out dated and could use some TLC. The fans make noise making it difficult to sleep while running them. Shower curtains are old and loops rusted. Kitchen lacks basics so staying for only a few days can be costly if you plan to cook. All that said, the property accommodations were fantastic and having the pool as an option when the weather is not ideal was a blessing.

Perfect location!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is perfectly located right on the seawall and has views of the gulf from 2 out of 4 of the balconies! The management staff is super friendly and efficient. The wi-fi was great, we loved that it was pet-friendly, and the kitchen well-stocked, even if a little dated. The dishwasher works, but it's a bit tricky to get the door closed. It was great to have a full sized washer and dryer in the unit, but they are loud (so were the neighbor's appliances, so just be aware when running them). There was plenty of parking, gas grills, beautiful pool, and hot tub. Excellent communication from on-site office staff and we loved the clean linen exchange option. The dining room chairs allow you to feel the wooden supports beneath the seat (no cushion!) and the two faux leather recliners flaked when we walked past them. We did not use them at all. One shower had nearly zero water pressure and the bathroom fans were super loud. The staff and location are what make this property one we would return to, but we would look for a more updated unit for a long-term stay. If the flooring and furniture (specifically the seating options) on the first floor were replaced, it would make this unit look less "tired". Overall, we loved our stay at this property!

Great location but that's all
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I selected this unit due to the location. Beautiful view and right on the beach. I was overall disappointed in the unit. It was not as clean as I would like. (urine running down the front of one toilet, hair on the floor in the other bathroom). There was no water pressure at all in one bathroom. The unit felt old and used. The air conditioner was so loud you had to turn the TV up every time it kicked on. The washer and dryer sounded like a jet taking off and literally shook the floors. The dishwasher was tilted and had to be pushed to one side to close the door. The kitchen wall appeared to be leaning forward resulting in the microwave having to be held in place with a bored screwed in the wall keeping the door from opening all the way. Mismatched paint on the ceiling, holes in the walls filled but not painted, and outdated furniture just made this unit feel tired. Served it's purpose, but next time I will select a newer building. The rental company did offer to come in and make things right but we declined, cleaned it up, and made the best out of our week. We were there to enjoy the beach anyway.
