Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Right on the beach and great view of the ocean! The upstairs was a little warm but we used the 2 box fans to help circulate air. We were able to use the bathtubs due to now stopper and jets not working. However, it was easy to check in and out per email instructions!

We had a blast. The pool was nice and clean. The views from both balconies were priceless. I totally unwind! The only suggestion, is to remodel the upstairs bathrooms to match the rest of the condo..

Decor is dated and incohesive, but the place was clean and well maintained. Would have liked to have had an extra set of towels for the kitchen. Would stay here again.

Kitchen had everything we needed and beds were comfortable. The multiple decks were nice to look out at the water. 2.5 baths were nice for everyone to share would be nice if they would update.

Great beach view and access

Reviewer Comments: The location was fantastic, the beach area was amazing,pool was clean and enjoyable (Probably could use some more accountability as far as people messing up the pool area late at night leaving trash and such. But it was cleaned up nicely. The particular unit we stayed in we probably would not say it again it was pretty outdated but overall I do recommend Padre Island escapes

Nice beach getaway

The property is facing the beach so waking up to see and hear the waves was very relaxing. Our grand-daughters had a great time on the beach splashing in the waves and building sand castles. The beach was very clean and we even saw many sea turtles. It was just a great time for all of us. The property was also very nice and clean. We will definitely return someday, and will recommend it to our friends and family.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We choose this location since it’s one where you can have a beautiful beach view from your rental. We loved being able to wake up seeing the Gulf and being able to walk to the beach from our place. Unfortunately that was where it stopped for us. When we arrived there was a roach on the counter and the rental is just very Tun down and didn’t seem very clean.

Because we are 70ish, the stairs are not as easy as they were 15 years ago😂 when I was there with friends. My husband and I will continue to stay!Clean throughout. TV setting was different, but staff offered assistance.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 2 units, 201 and 203 at the El Constantine, we stayed in 203 and when first walking in thought it smelled a little musty. After the first day I did not notice it anymore. It was a great location, right on the seawalk and close to the jettie. The El Constantine was kept clean and updated and the only complain I have which was partially my fault is that I left a pair of sandals outside by the hot tub and they were gone the next morning. I checked with the desk and no one ever turned them in.

Great vacation, with one "small" problem.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third year to stay at El Constante. The unit was very nice, comfortable, and affordable. The staff and the overall facilities are excellent. The one problem I had was that one of the guests had parked his very large pickup truck in the disabled parking space next to the front entrance, thereby blocking the wheelchair ramp and the sidewalk. He did have a disabled parking permit, but that doesn't allow him to block the sidewalk and the wheelchair ramp when there are other mobility impaired guests. To make matters worse, he was parked in that same spot for the entire week we were there. This made it difficult for others who are mobility impaired to access the wheelchair ramp and the sidewalk. I reported this to the desk clerk upon check-in, but nothing was ever done. I realize that this problem was caused by an inconsiderate guest and not by El Constante, but it seems that maybe you could install some signs or at least check periodically to make sure this isn't happening. It made it very challenging for those of us with mobility issues to access the property.
