Belle maison de ville à Gulf Place juste à côté de 30A populaire! Situé à proximité de la plage, à l'écart des restaurants et des boutiques, et donnant sur une piscine communautaire étincelante.

Le premier étage de l'unité dispose d'une cuisine mise à jour avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et une salle pour préparer votre repas préféré. Vous trouverez également un grand espace de vie avec un canapé-lit queen-size, une nouvelle grande télévision intelligente, un coin repas et un accès au patio avec écran, un endroit idéal pour se détendre après une longue journée à la plage! Il y a une demi-salle de bain et une machine à laver / sèche-linge à ce niveau également, et un barbecue au propane juste devant la porte arrière pour la commodité de nos clients.

Le deuxième étage dispose de parquet et comprend une spacieuse suite king master avec balcon donnant sur la piscine. Le maître comprend également un nouveau grand téléviseur intelligent. La salle de bain principale dispose d'une grande douche avec un bain à remous séparé.
La suite Queen avec une grande télévision et une grande salle de bains avec un combo baignoire / douche.

Le loft du troisième étage dispose de deux lits jumeaux, un endroit idéal pour les enfants!

Family Vaca

Perfect 2 week vaca! Peter couldn’t be nicer and went above & beyond to meet our expectations. The property is just as pictured and a delightful retreat. It has obviously been a busy summer and attention to detail in cleanliness (however not due to the property owners fault) was lacking. However, the property manager immediately responded and was quick to handle the matter. We absolutely love this area and can’t wait to return!

The perfect place!

Overall it was great! There was enough room for everyone, the perfect distance to the beach, pool and eating establishments. Our only issues were there are not enough pots/pans to cook for a big family and the housekeeper could have done better.

Exactly as described

This townhouse was clean and cute! It was exactly like the pictures and description. The owner responded quickly. It was about a 5 minute walk from the beach- mostly shaded and on sidewalks. The pool is literally out the back door. We walked to dinner one night. The restaurant was open air, live music and delicious food. Gulf place is a must! Highly recommend this rental!!

Non-Responsive Owner

What was advertised as a relaxing getaway turned into nightmare vacation and outright danger due to the owner non-responsiveness. The house is in a good location and walking distance to the beach and local shops, restaurants. It was overall clean and in typical rental condition. However, many of the listed amenities are false promises: the 'relaxing screened patio' is extremely small, it is next to the A/C unit which has a loud constant noise and also right below the master suite. The loft area is not well vented and has a sun window, making it a sauna during the day. The owner did have a fan in the loft area, knowing it must be hot. Some of group ended up sleeping on the couch due to the temperature in the loft. Our real horror show began when the owner purposefully and without warning locked the doors to the house in the middle of the day while we were at the beach (on our third day). Our house consisted of 2 infants and a diabetic - coming back to the locked house instantly caused panic. We tried calling, messaging the owner who refused to answer his phone and explain the situation. We were outside in the HOT sun, without water & food and 2 screaming infants. After contacting VRBO and the police, we were informed that an expired credit card was the problem and immediately paid our remaining security deposit. The owner did not offer any help during this situation, sent all calls to voicemail despite us begging to get the babies food inside.

No Shoes is the Best!

This was our 2nd stay at No Shoes with hopefully many more to come! We've stayed in a few other units at Gulf Place and this one is definitely the best! The unit is beautiful and immaculate. The owner, Peter, communicates very well with the renters and is very helpful. The location is perfect for the beach, pool, restaurants, and shops. Can't wait to go back!

Excellent spacious property close to beaches and 30 seconds from pool!

We have stayed in Gulfplace 8 years now and this property by far was one of our favorites. The pool is right outside the back (perfect for kiddos and night swims) the beach is not far and you have the convenience of Gulfplace amenities and restaurants to walk to. A couple favorites hubby and I noticed how comfortable the bedding and beds were, totally makes a difference. Unit is decorated so cute and very clean! The property manager Peter went above and beyond and shared helpful information, we truly appreciated it. You will not be sorry with this unit, we would love to come back.

We love everything about this townhouse! Great, quiet location, with the beach, restaurants, and shops only a five minute walk! And a huge community pool at the back door! Everything a family needs!!

We enjoyed the location by the tennis courts & back pool, vote to add hot tub. Walk to beach worth it for 2 chairs included straight down from entrance💗💞. We hope to book for next year, same time, same place!

Perfect 30A Stay!

This is the 5th year our family has stayed at Gulf Place, and we can’t imagine staying anywhere else. The location of this unit is perfect for everything - beach, shops, restaurants, and especially the pool. Peter was wonderful about communicating, giving helpful tips and suggestions, and checking in with us during our stay. The unit is beautiful, well decorated, updated, and very clean. We hope to stay again next year!

Clean, well organized home

Peter takes great care of his property and has convenient access to pool and gulf place restaurants and shops. He even called ahead of time to give us helpful hints around the property. Our beds were very comfortable and appliances were working. It was a little cool most mornings so we could not take advantage of the chair and umbrella service however I’m sure it would have been great!!

Simply perfect vacation at No Shoes Required

My family and I had an amazing stay. Peter couldn't have been more accommodating and responsive to my questions up to and through our vacation. The home was clean, well-supplied, and was in the perfect location for everyone to enjoy all of the sites. Our family of seven had plenty of space to sprawl out. The ocean is a close walk. The small local shops are an easy walk and fun to visit. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us. We will absolutely stay here again when we visit this happy place.

Wonderful home and amazing location!

We had a great experience at No Shoes Required! Everything was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The townhouse had a great layout and was in an amazing (and quiet!) location. The beach was a five minute walk, and there were restaurants and a coffee shop within walking distance. I’ve been to the Emerald Coast many times and this is by far the best rental and location at which I have stayed. The proximity to all the amenities is unbeatable!

Perfect family beach outpost

I really appreciated the owner, call the day before to chat about the property. Upon arrival, the owner was super friendly, letting us check in early. We were able to drop our bags and head to the beach!! The pictures to the property no justice... You can’t see how soft the linens are, the personalized local artwork, and fully equipped!! No shoes required has truly thought of everything to make your vacation amazing and memorable!!! I can’t wait to come back!!!

Enjoyed Our Stay

This property was as pictured and perfect for our visit. We stayed for a month and found the location in Santa Rosa to be close to the beach, near popular restaurants and highway 30A. The home and beds were very comfortable!!!! Our host Peter was helpful and always responsive.... would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you!!!

A Wonderful Experience!

Property is lovely and convenient. Accurately represented in listing. Owner is very responsive and accommodating. We had a wonderful time. The beach chair set up is so convenient. Extra chairs and boogie boards on porch too. The bikes are also a nice touch. Our kids rode them a lot. You will love this unit. I highly recommend. Can’t wait to return.

Great condo, only a few minor issues

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was really impressed by the room. Everything was very nice. The only issue we had was that we could not locate our chairs. We ended up spending $70 over two days to rent chairs and an umbrella at the beach. There was no one at the beach to communicate with and since we had carried all of our stuff down, it would have been a nuisance to go back to the room to figure out how to fix the issue. Also, the pullout in the living room was extremely uncomfortable. Our guest had to resort to simply sleeping on the actual couch bc the pullout mattress was extremely thin. Maybe providing a mattress topper in a closet for use at night might alleviate this issue.
