Vacation at the beach in a pristine, updated townhome with all the modern conveniences! This townhome has everything you need, and is gorgeous! Step-less entry with a wide foyer, guest bedroom on the main with a custom barn door for privacy, gourmet kitchen with gorgeous counters and stainless appliances with large breakfast bar & bar stools! This is an open floor plan with the kitchen viewing the living room, so your entire party ,whether family or friends, can enjoy spending time together! The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to make a light lunch or cook a gourmet dinner. The large screened-in patio backs to the main pool and the tennis courts! It is an amazing location!

The second floor has the oversized master bedroom & spa bath with a king bed, and spacious walk-in closet plus a balcony that overlooks both the main pool and the tennis courts! The spa bath includes a walk-in shower, tub and double vanities! The third bedroom is spacious with a Queen bed, and access to the 2nd bathroom! This bedroom includes a desk for those who need to study or work while on vacation!

The laundry room is located on the main floor with a new full size, all in one, stackable. You have all the conveniences, amenities, and a gorgeous interior! Gulf Place is located off Scenic Hwy 30A which has an array of activities, beach communities, restaurants and more!

Very nice stay, quiet but convenient

We had a great stay and enjoyed the golf cart for quick access to the beach! Pool area is quiet but close to shops and restaurants we could walk to at night.

No rest for the weary

The property was pretty nice. Only issues; second upstairs bedroom the bed is super firm and uncomfortable. It made for difficult sleeping arrangements. The same bedroom has no blinds or curtains. We were awake 5:30 am everyday with the light coming in. Lights from outside came in a bit as well. We unfortunately did not have a very restful vacation. The rest of the house was great.

More than in description

This property was great! They had ton of beach items (wagon, chairs, umbrella, beach towels ) not even listed. Golf cart was awesome. Only downside was no dining table.

Lovely and clean

This rental was very nice. It was clean and stocked with all the necessities. I just wish there were curtains or blinds at all the windows. I wasn't able to get into the pool with my code, but when contacted the manager, she responded immediately and a new code was provided. Overall I would recommend this rental to others.

Excellent location-house had everything you need in one place

This was our first time visiting this area and it was wonderful! We enjoyed our stay and the house had everything we needed. The location was perfect for walking to the beach, restaurants, pool and shops. Would highly recommend this house as a great spot to enjoy the gulf area. Thanks!

Runaway to 30A Exceeded Expectations

The townhouse was even nicer than pictures could show. Great location, very clean, comfortable beds, nice appliances. Plenty of space with two levels. Everything was provided - beach toys, beach wagon, tennis racquets, even some beach towels. Tennis courts are located adjacent to the townhouse and a pool off of the back door of the screened in porch. A short walk or even shorter drive to the beach. The six seater golf cart made getting around the area very easy. This was our favorite place to stay on 30A so far. We will definitely book again.

Family Vacation

This place was absolutely perfect, as advertised. The entire unit was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The location is close to shops, resturants, and the private beach access. The only negative was an HVAC issue but the owner had it serviced within a few hours of being notified. Overall, we were very impressed and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great stay at Gulf Place

We loved our stay at Gulf Place. The townhouse was clean and updated with plenty of room for our family. We loved the golf cart that came with the rental and the short distance to the beach. The area has a perfect mix of entertainment.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You can tell that the owner definitely put their time and effort to make you feel comfortable during your stay. They added small touches to make sure that you feel welcome and everything is provided for you. They even have a golf cart that you can use to go around the area! Everything works and are very clean. All rooms are fully furnished with towels and toiletries. The only thing that the owners might or should consider is to add maybe some blinds or curtains to the large windows for more privacy but that shouldn't deter you from booking this place. You will still be happy if you choose this place because it's such a great place. I'm glad we made a great choice and booked it. Thank you so much to the owner for allowing us to stay here and we will definitely consider this place again next time we're in town.

Girls Trip

Booked for a girl’s weekend out. Everything was great about this property. The location and ease of access to the beach and restaurants was fantastic. And the golf cart was a great addition. We would return with friends but would also be great for families.

Wonderful rental unit

Highly recommended for the Gulf Place area. Steps away from the main pool. Unit is updated, clean and well maintained . Highly recommend this unit especially for families. Golf Cart a plus.

Great Stay in 30A!!!

Beautifully remodeled townhouse. Lot's of space for our family of 4. Our townhouse was nicely appointed with a fully stocked kitchen, toiletries, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toy's, and a beach wagon to bring it all down to the beach! Great location within walking distance to shops, restaurants, pools, tennis courts and of course the beautiful beaches. The golf cart was definitely a highlight for the kids. Looking forward to a return visit.

Awesome quiet family location near the beach!

This was a great property for a family looking for a Gulf Coast vacation away from the towers and party scene. Clean and spacious property. We loved the golf cart and the extras for the beach! Will look to return next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Clean property. Host made us feel extremely welcome with a great welcome basket! Golf cart worked out great for all our gear to the beach. Girls enjoyed tennis! Would definitely rent again! Our favorite location.

Wonderful place to stay

This was by far the most wonderful property I've stayed at for any of my beach vacations over the past 25 years. Beautifully decorated, super clean and cozy. Excellent location within walking distance to the ocean and golf cart was a bonus and super helpful getting around town. Will most definitely stay here again. Thank you
