Designer flat, central , bright, quiet, in the heart of Paris attractions

Having rented for 20 years our main residence in Paris this is the first time we have this kind of review. May be the guest had no luck with the elevator as two tenants moved in the building few days before and damaged the elevator ‘s doors contact on floors 2 and 4. We intervened immediately to have the elevator repaired the following day and in my knowledge the guest did not have to bring her luggage upstairs to the 6th floor. We have no mouse in our flat but at another floor a tenant requested the building management to put mouse traps in the building. Netflix has restricted access policy to prevent fraud and require code confirmation from time to time. But the guest was not familiar with the procedure in the guest book, and the French messages on the screen as well as sending a screen shot via Wats-Ap (this is the first time in 10 years that a guest could not access to Netflix). She refused access to the flat to our housekeeper for solving the issue saying she had no need of Netflix anymore. For the flat maintenance we provide full set of sponges, tabs for dish washer. Same for soap at the sinks. You just have to open the closet below the kitchen sink to find all those. For the washing machine all products are in the drawers below the sink in the main bathroom. There is a large closet between the master bedroom and the main bathroom with all necessary linen including about 12 set of towels in different sizes. The apartment upstairs on the 7th floor has been unoccupied for ten years as the old lady owning it had a cancer and we never hear any child running upstairs. Regarding communication the guest arrived to the flat one day later than the reservation date and our housekeeper had to wait for her half a day without any information. After her arrival we sent to the guest six informational mails, and ten Wats-Ap messages plus many phone calls to solve all the issues. . She was not quite receptive and some-how rude to our helping. Avoid this guest if you are a host.
