À propos de cet hébergement

Situé sur un terrain d'un hectare à seulement 10 menuets de Kyle Field! Notre maison est au sud de la ville entre Wellborn et Millican. La cour spacieuse, avec une piscine, est parfaite pour attraper quelques rayons avant ou après le gros gibier. Deux coins salons extérieurs et des téléviseurs vous permettent de suivre tous les jeux à travers le pays. Les espaces de vie et de cuisine à conception ouverte sont parfaits pour profiter d'un repas ou simplement visiter la famille et les amis. La chambre principale est immense, avec un lit king size et une télévision de 50 '. Les autres chambres comprennent deux lits queen, un plein et un jumeau. La maison comprend deux bains et demi et une allée surdimensionnée avec beaucoup de stationnement. Nous serions ravis d'être votre hôte ici à Gig'em de Dieu!

Parents weekend gem

This was our second time booking this beautiful spacious home in a quiet neighborhood near TAMU. Only a 10-15 drive to campus and its surrounding attractions. The backyard was the perfect background for our son’s Ring Dunk. There are multiple seating areas, fire pits and a pool. We enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of festivities. Highly recommend for any long weekend in Aggieland.

Aggie oasis

We booked this amazing home for the Texas showdown and during the Thanksgiving week. The house is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood and conveniently located not far from campus. The home was beautifully decorated for the holidays and cozy for our family. The backyard is private with lots of room to throw a football and then enjoy the hot tub. We cannot wait to return for another special occasion.,

Such a fun and nice house!

We really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was so nice and pretty quiet, the house it tucked away at the end of a street. We had great communication with the host and even got recommendations for dinners while we were in town. The pool was the best. We spent most of our time hanging out in the pool and watching the outdoor tv.

Excellent Home away from Home

This property served us extremely well for a long weekend for a baseball tournament in College Station. Well stocked, everything clean and comfortable, and a great place to spend down time. The pool was a welcome each late afternoon and evening. The kitchen had everything you could ever need, the grill was in excellent shape, and the outdoor areas were even better than they look in the photos. Would recommend and defiantly stay again in the future. Thanks for sharing your home!

Aggie Getaway

The property suited our needs for Aggie Ring Day & Family Weekend for 6 The outdoor Aggie decor living space with pool and hot tub were awesome & added bonus. The kitchen is fully stocked with spices. There was limited freezer space as they were full of host's food. The hot tub takes 4-5 hours to get hot, but we were able to use the other nights. Chris was timely in responses and check in to check out was seamless. Highly recommend the house and we'd rent this property again.

Great Gameday Getaway!

We spent the weekend for the Aggie/Alabama game. The accommodations were great for friends spending a weekend together, grilling and games. Chris was very responsive to any questions we had. Definitely recommend this property!

Basketball Tournament Pad

We came into town for a basketball tournament. It was a perfect spot for our 2 families to stay and host a team luncheon. Outdoor space was the perfect setting for a team chat! Things were clean and beds comfortable. Needed help with the TVs, texted the home owner and immediately got a phone call to help us! Definitely would recommend!

Wonderful home for gameday weekend

This house was perfect for our weekend at A&M to see the football game. the host, Chris, was easy to reach and made our check in process and stay seamless. The house is beautifully decorated and had plenty of space to accommodate 3 adult couples. Nice outdoor sitting area with tv, pool and hot tub. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Aggie football

We stayed in the listing for an Aggie football game. The property was very consistent to the listing. The only drawback was the refrigerator was very full because the owners live in this house full-time. Communication was excellent with the owner and we enjoyed our stay.

Graduation

Our family had a wonderful time celebrating graduations and enjoying this beautiful home. Everyone loved the location and the spacious backyard and the pool was enjoyed by all. We even had a great view from backyard to watch lunar eclipse and star gazing. Chris was a wonderful host! Would highly recommend and we hope to be back soon.
