The Langford House was fully renovated in 2021. This 4 bed/2 bath, 2400 sqft ranch style home, features a game room, great backyard and a covered patio! Perfect for game day weekends, graduations, families, and large groups alike.

Close to Kyle Field, (6 min drive) Texas A&M University, North Gate, and the airport. We are centrally located for all events in the Brazos Valley.

Note: Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. Pet fees apply.

FAMILY BDAY CELEBRATION

This property is amazing! Super location, very clean, well stocked and super roomy! Our host, Carlos was fabulous from our 1st contact until the last day once we all left for home! He worked with our changing plans and different schedules. The entire experience was excellent! We travel to College Station often and will absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful home in College Station

This property was perfect for our weekend stay with friends in College Station. The location was great…less than 10 minutes from where we needed to be on and around campus. The home was immaculate and decorated beautifully. And this was the most well appointed rental properties I’ve ever stayed in. It had everything we needed, including a little coffee and tea bar. I highly recommend it and would love to stay here again in the future.

Clean and cozy!

This was a wonderful home for my extended family to stay for a game weekend. Location, cleanliness, cozy vibe are all A+! The host was prompt to respond with a question and very friendly. We would definitely recommend this rental for anyone!

This is a very clean and nicely decorated property. We were in town for a wedding and would absolutely rent again. The owner and property manager were both engaged to make sure our stay was perfect!

Adorable house close to A&M

The Langford House was very comfortable and accommodating. Maribel was easy to communicate with and made check in and check out very easy. The house is adorable and perfect if you want to be close to A&M. We will be back!

Great house

Loved the house. Clean, neat, organized. Enough room for all of us to spend quality time together. The only thing we did not care for was the open shower in the master bathroom.

Perfect Stay

Beautiful property and close to Kyle Field. Our family loved our stay in this lovely home. Check in was seamless. Very clean and beautiful decor. The huge TV and couch in the den were perfect for us to watch football after the ACU/TAMU game. Highly recommend!

Family Wedding in town

We had three families staying there and the ages were from our daughter, 16 years old, all the way to my mother, 80 years old. It was a perfect location and we had plenty of room. We enjoyed grilling hamburgers on Saturday night and we were able to have some additional family members over for dinner.

We loved this home! It was perfect for visiting our college student. The home is in a quiet, peaceful and safe area. We loved how beautifully the home was decorated and very clean. Perfect home in CSTAT.

Great property in College Station, close to A&M campus and shopping. Remodel and interior are perfect with comfortable seating throughout, well stocked kitchen and big screen TV viewing area. Outside covered patio perfect for grilling, dinning and watching sporting events.. Everyone loved the house and the set up.. Will absolutely look to use this CSTX property again.

I am a native Texan and graduate of Texas A&M. I grew up in the panhandle of Texas and after my education in Aggieland, I moved to the mountains where I have been teaching ski lessons for 24 years. I split my time between Aspen, Colorado and Texas. My wife is a talented make-up artist from South Africa. We met in Aspen while she was on a break from her university in Johannesburg. We love traveling, and we love meeting people from all walks of life, so creating a beautiful home for travelers to enjoy was a labor of joy.
