By far the best experience we have ever had with a host of a property. Even with the power outage after the hurricane Carol and John were 100% responsive and quick to communicate with us on options. We can’t express how much easier it made things! The condo was awesome, very clean, and the view was amazing! Looking forward to next year!!!

Carol was a pleasure to deal with, very responsive to all questions. Property was exactly as described and check in/access was a breeze. Views were great, pools and on-site tiki bar was handy. Access to the beach was easy and staff friendly. Gym was clean and cool, and amenities were affordable. Would certainly stay again!

Very nice, clean but washer had to be set on spinning two times after each load the water would not spin out very well. The view was amazing but highly recommend this condo.

The host was excellent! Communication was easy and prompt. The condo was absolutely beautiful and exactly as pictured! The balcony view is amazing with unobstructed views of the Gulf. 10/10 recommend.

The condo was beautiful, & had everything we needed in the kitchen, 4 beach chairs were available daily. Carol was very responsive. The only issue we had was scanning the bar code to exit the garage. We had to push the button for them to lift the gate. We will definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect! Owner communicated well and really worked with me in so many ways! 3 bedroom, 3 bath worked well for our family. Great location to walk to everything. Everything was provided from beach chairs, wagon and even a grocery cart!

We have been to PCB multiple times over the years and this was by far the cleanest and well appointed unit we have stayed. Great 3rd floor location on the same level as the crosswalk and we were able to use the stairs most days instead of the elevators to access the pool and beach. The balcony furniture is in excellent condition, and a great place to relax and enjoy the view of the gulf. Carol was a fantastic host. I heavily rely on the property reviews when researching our vacation, and I highly recommend Calypso unit 1-301.

This is the perfect condo. It was very clean, and this unit was well stocked with everything we needed. All of the furniture and appliances are in great shape, and beds were comfortable. The view was great. So convenient being on the same floor as the parking garage bridge. We’ve stayed at a lot of high rise condos, and Calypso had hands down the fastest elevators. Carol was awesome. Great communication from her, and she was so quick to answer any questions we had. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation.

This condo was exceptional! Corner unit with all the views. We had 4 adults and 4 kids 7 and under. It was perfect! Being on the 3rd floor made it so easy to access the beach but also the parking garage as needed. Host is very accommodating and very easy to communicate with. We will be staying again! The property was just as described in the listing. Wonderful location and easy access to Pier Park. Our host was very helpful when we had to reach out to her. The property was very clean and the amenities the host made available were great. It was easy check in and check out. All we needed to bring was our clothes and any food we wanted to enjoy. We definitely would stay here again.

The condo was very nice and clean. It was very well decorated. It was very organized and all info and instructions were in place for everything. Carol, the host was very nice and very easy to communicate with when needed. The den and all three bedrooms have very large and good televisions. We very much enjoyed our stay in this condo. I highly recommend it!

Excellent property. Definitely want to choose this unit over others. It has windows all the way around it and you can see both the beach and ocean while still being high enough to have privacy. Owners were kind and helpful. We will be trying to secure this unit every time we visit PCB.

Hands down best condo we have stayed in going on 11 years of gulf vacays. Beautifully remodeled and clean. Huge 3 bed and 3 bath, very quiet , right by trash chute. Take the stairs- super fast and right beside the condo door. Huge balcony with a tabletop, and 4 other chairs. The condo already has a collapsible grocery cart, beach buggy, extra beach chairs , toys, and we left 3 more boogie boards to compliment the one they already had. Separate laundry room. Extra large fleece blankets (4), tons of comfy pillows on the beds. I can’t find anything we didn’t like about this place. One adult and 4 teenagers. We walked everywhere and never touched the rental car. RENT THIS CONDO!
