Cette maison dispose de quatre chambres et quatre salles de bains et peut accueillir jusqu'à 12 personnes, avec 10 lits et 2 sur un canapé-lit. La maison a été méticuleusement conservée et est joliment décorée dans un style chic et balnéaire.

La disposition est parfaite pour les familles voyageant ensemble ou pour ceux qui souhaitent avoir suffisamment d’espace pour leur famille. Deux chambres sont situées au premier étage, chacune avec une salle de bains privative. La chambre au premier étage la plus au sud dispose d'un lit queen; la chambre au premier étage la plus au nord est la chambre principale au premier étage et dispose d'un lit king. Le deuxième étage vous accueille avec une grande salle lumineuse et aérée, une salle à manger et une cuisine, ainsi que tout ce dont votre famille peut avoir besoin pour préparer un pique-nique à la plage ou pour accueillir un chef local lors d'un repas privé à la maison. Le deuxième étage possède également un balcon orienté au sud, avec des fauteuils à bascule pour se détendre et profiter de la brise du golfe du Mexique. Les enfants apprécieront un espace qui leur est propre - une chambre avec lits superposés au deuxième étage, dotée de quatre lits jumeaux et se connectant à une salle de bain complète. Le troisième étage comprend une chambre principale avec une salle de bain avec baignoire moderne, un grand comptoir avec deux lavabos et un lit queen-size. Il y a aussi un espace supplémentaire pour recevoir avec une télévision et un canapé-lit. Lorsque vous sortez, le clou de la maison est à ne pas manquer: un grand balcon confortable avec un mini-réfrigérateur, un gril et une télévision. Le balcon offre une vue imprenable, y compris celle sur le golfe du Mexique - idéal pour prendre un café au lever du soleil ou un cocktail au coucher du soleil.

Idéalement située à l'extrême sud de Seacrest Beach North, cette maison se trouve à quelques minutes de marche du village de South Walton et à quelques minutes en vélo de la plage de Rosemary. Perfect location! Short walk to beach and 1 minute from pool and a couple minute walk to area with shops and eating! 4 bikes was fun to ride around on! Totally will stay here again!!!

Beautiful and spacious home

This home was beautifully designed and with the layout across three floors, provided everyone enough space between two sets of grandparents, parents, and kid. The check-in and check-out process was easy. The proximity to the beach allowed a shirt and direct jaunt to the ocean, though the tram option was also nice to have for the grandparents. We had a lovely stay and plan to return!

Beautiful house

The house was beautiful, clean, and very large - more than enough room for our party of 6. Conveniently located within walking distance of food, shops, ocean, and pool. Benchmark was great to rent from and highly recommend! It should be noted that the designated Rosemary beach area for this property is very small. This was the only downside but a big deal for us. We ventured out to visit the many little beach towns along 30A and found a lot of gorgeous, spacious public beaches to visit instead.

A Home Away from home

Three of our bikes were stolen. And despite three nights in a row, fire alarms went off in the middle of the night. We did not get this resolved for awhile. The place was lovely and we loved it.

Great Location, Poor Cleanliness

Location is WONDERFUL! Easy access to pool, beach, restaurants, and, shops. We loved the location. Property management company was responsive throughout our stay and immediately addressed issues we first discovered. The property was NOT clean and upkeep is not good. This includes: Black mold in showers, clogged sink (full of hair), 3rd floor grill that was covered with grease and food, 3rd floor deck area (kitchen area) that was covered in smoot, grease, and dirt. Third floor deck area that has dirt and black mold/smoot on the doors. The oven was not clean and had food particles and drippings inside (this cause the smoked alarm to go off when we attempted to use the oven). We found 3+ cockroaches during our stay and the main level (send floor) bathroom door could not be closed all the way and locked. Property management company did clean oven, fixed the bathroom door, brushed down the grill, and unclogged the drain. This was appreciated however, the grill area was not cleaned. We cleaned this ourselves and documented with pictures. The property has so much potential with a proper cleaning and upkeep as the location in second to none.

Great for families but prepare to climb stairs

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here with two couple and two small children. The upstairs balcony is a wonderful place to hangout. The beach was only a 7 minute walk, much quicker than waiting on the tram. The pool was also only a 5 minute walk. We appreciated the bikes on the property and used the natural gas grill on the upstairs balcony. We were disappointed in the kitchen, it wasn’t stocked with cookware the way we wished it was. There was also only ceramic dishes. We would have loved some cheap plastic plates so we weren’t so concerned with breaking something with the kids. The other downside that we didn’t pay much attention to in the listing is the living room is on the 2nd floor. So no matter what bedroom you’re in, prepare to climb steps. May not be the best for someone with mobility issues.

Location, Location, Location

This property has the perfect location. It is one block off of 30A, meaning you have about a two minute walk to shops and restaurants, a 5 minute walk to the beach, and a 2 min walk to the pool. The location made our vacation so easy and enjoyable. There is a free tram available in the neighborhood but we didn’t have to use it because we were so close to everything. The Seacrest Beach community is charming and feels very safe. The kids loved riding around the neighborhood on the 4 bikes that came with the house. The property had plenty of room for our two families of five. Everyone had their own space and it did not feel crowded. It was clean and looked just like the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook most meals at the property. There is a grill on the 3rd floor deck. Check in/check out is a breeze. The management company was easy to communicate with and left clear instructions. The only negative thing that I can say is the management company supplies very little extra in terms of household items like dish soap, Kleenex, laundry pods, etc. Be prepared to buy those things if you are staying longer than a day or two. Not at all a deal breaker, just something to be aware of. We had the very best time and will definitely book again!

Would stay in the area again

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off I’d like to say the area was great. The house could use some work. The first night we got there I spilled a few drops of water on the ground and wiped it up. Seeing all the dirt on the napkin made me think that maybe the floor was dirty so I wiped a few other spots and found out the floor was disgusting. There was food everywhere and clearly hadn’t been cleaned a a very long time. With us having young children we couldn’t keep it like this. My wife and I spent the entire next morning mopping the three floors. furthermore, two of the King beds were completely uncomfortable and need to be replaced immediately. One was completely flat and felt like sleeping on a board. The other was as slanted in myWife’s side and appeared to be broken.

Great house for families traveling together!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time staying in Royal Seaview. We traveled as three families with small children, and the layout worked great: two families stayed on the first floor (each with their own bathroom) and one on the top floor, with the kids in the bunk room on the middle floor. (The only downside was that every bathroom is connected to a bedroom, which can be tricky if you want to use a bathroom after the kids are asleep). The house was clean and as pictured. It was a pretty short walk to the beach, though we’d recommend reserving beach chairs because it was fast enough that lugging chair’s and other stuff down there got old (if you take a wagon, they make you carry it all the way down the stairs to the beach, which from a practical standpoint means carrying a wagon full of stuff down the stairs unless you want to make multiple trips up and down). The house is very close to the shops/restaurants in Seacrest, and a short walk to all the stuff in Rosemary Beach. The top deck was fun for hanging out and grilling. The property management company was quick to respond and fix an issue we had with one of the A/C units. Overall, was a fun place to stay.

Our family enjoyed this beautiful rental home in a very convenient location. We could walk or bike to the town, beach, play ground and restaurants. And the management company was very easy to get in touch with with any questions that came up. We’d highly recommend it.

Beautiful Home in a wonderful location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Royal Seaview was exactly as described and we enjoyed our stay very much (despite the terrible weather, rained every day!) The home is decorated in a tasteful, beachy decor. There was plenty of room, the beds are very comfortable, beautiful bathrooms, a well equipped Kitchen, had everything needed to prepare a meal and the outdoor kitchen on 3rd floor was so nice for the night we grilled seafood. The house was very clean and the (4) bikes that were included were an added plus and much appreciated .I can't say enough about Benchmark Management, they were very attentive, checked on us several times during our visit, everything was handled by email & text with all codes being sent to us prior to arrival, so check in is a Breeze! I would definitely recommend Benchmark Management!
