TOUT NEUF! Soyez l'une des premières personnes à séjourner dans cette immense unité magnifique au Long Beach Resort, situé au cœur de Panama City Beach. À quelques pas de la plage et tout ce dont vous avez besoin est ici dans ce condo entièrement rénové et parfaitement décoré !!

Entrez dans la cuisine entièrement blanche et profitez des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable et de l'énorme îlot. Entièrement approvisionné avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner des repas gastronomiques, vous pouvez discuter avec la famille sur la grande île ou garder un œil sur le gros gibier dans la tanière, à quelques pas du salon. La disposition à aire ouverte en fait un espace idéal pour se divertir, que vous regardiez des films sur la télévision à écran plat, que vous prépariez des cocktails au * wet bar * ou que vous vous détendiez au coucher du soleil sur la terrasse surplombant la plage de sable blanc. N'oubliez pas les soirées jeux et films en famille dans le grand salon avec de nombreux sièges pour tout le monde!

Vous aurez plus d'espace que vous n'en avez besoin ici! La chambre principale a un lit King, avec une salle de bain, sa propre télévision à écran plat et une vue imprenable sur l'océan. La salle de bain en forme de spa est entièrement rénovée et le mobilier et les draps sont neufs dans TOUTES les chambres. La deuxième chambre a un lit King, ainsi que sa propre salle de bain rénovée avec double vasques et carrelage neuf. La troisième chambre a 2 lits Queen, une télévision à écran plat et sa propre salle de bain à quelques pas. La troisième salle de bain est également rénovée avec de la place pour beaucoup! Il y a un canapé-lit Queen supplémentaire dans la tanière si nécessaire. La laveuse et la sécheuse de taille COMPLÈTE sont dans l'unité pour votre commodité.

À quelques pas de l'océan, vos journées seront remplies d'activités de plage, de baignade et de shopping. Pier Park est à proximité, et vous et vos invités ne vous ennuierez jamais! Great stay!

Great space to stay. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and bake. Location was good and beach was very nice and not overly crowded. Just note that the sleeping space of “den” is the living room.

AMAZING VIEW!

Million dollar view from our condo. Check in & out process was very easy. Pool area and beach were very nice and well kept. The guys working on the beach were very helpful.

This was a great property! It was in the perfect location. Gorgeous views and pictures match perfectly with the condo. There was plenty of room for all 9 of us. We would definitely come back to stay again! No complaints.

Very nice condo

We have stayed in a lot of condos . This was definitely our favorite . The condo is very comfortable and has everything you need . It is in a great location. We saw lots of dolphins from the balcony. We hope to come back next year.

What a Gem!

This property was exactly as described and it was just as pretty as it was in the pictures! We were located in tower2 and had close access to the hot tub, pool, lagoon pool, and the beach. Elevators were very fast, check in was easy, and we had the most amazing well stocked kitchen! Love the large screen tv in all rooms and the beds were so comfortable! So tastefully decorated and it was a joy to stay there!

Summer Vacation 2024

This was a an easy and pleasurable stay from the booking, to check in and check out. If we had questions prior to checkin, they were answered in a timely manner. The condo itself was clean and newly remodeled. We will def recommend to family and friends as well as plan to return to this same unit. Our ONLY complaint, is one of the king size beds did NOT have a mattress cover. Instead, they used a sheet to cover the mattress. We ended up going to WalMart to buy a king size mattress cover to replace the sheet they were using. Easy fix and I'm sure there was a mistake somewhere! Overall, 4.8 out of 5 stars! Thank you for a great vacation and stay!

Fantastic stay!

Perfect location, condo, weather and everything else. All problems except one were fixed within 24 hours. Parking passes were supposed to be in the room. We called every day and never did receive parking passes. The security was very understanding but it was a bit annoying to have to explain our situation every time we came in the complex.

Large condo

The 3 bed/3 bath condo was very spacious with all the ammenities needed. The large balcony and views were awesome. We did have issues with the televisions, one of which never was usable during the week. (89yr old Mom, just wished a working television in her room in the evenings) She could only utilize the one bedroom, as it was the only one with a walk in shower.

Comfortable beds

The listing is as stated. Two of the bathrooms are not updated, but functional. Mattress are comfortable. Kitchen was great, there is a separate ice maker which was a big plus!! The patio furniture is cheap and needs to be updated. We rent at Long Beach every year and enjoy sitting on the balcony and the furniture is the cheapest and most uncomfortable we have ever rented.

Family Vacation

My family and I have been traveling to PCB for years and always stay at Long Beach Resort. This was our first time in this condo, it was great! The condo had top of the line appliances which was nice since we cooked in the condo each night due to the pandemic. HUGE BONUS was the Separate ice maker! That thing saved us so much money from having to go buy bags of ice each day for our cooler, that was a nice little surprise :) The beds were comfortable but the couch could use an update. It’s a leather couch which I like but the bottom cushions do not stay in place. Plenty of seating at the island and table & I enjoyed the condo being on the 7th floor. Wasn’t too low, or too high. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

We love Long Beach Resort!

We absolutely love Long Beach Resort and it’s location to everything! We’ve stayed here for two years and plan to come back next year. It’s never crowded, and the layout of the condos are perfect. No waiting for elevators, easy to find parking, and love having a gated property with security. The only downfalls for this particular unit for us was that the dryer did not work properly. We had to dry our clothes for up to three hours. We also were not able to get the oven to turn on. Also, the couch cushions would not stay put, they constantly kept coming out of place making it uncomfortable. Other than those issues, it was an amazing trip!

Beautiful Condo & view but poor housekeeping ...

My family and I arrived July 11th and had no issues finding the property, parking or getting into our condo with key code. The condo was as beautiful as listed, but one problem the housekeeping. I know this is a beach condo and there will be dirt or sand, but we just expected way cleaner. I did address this with the manager during our stay. Overall we had a fabulous trip and enjoyed the large kitchen to eat in with all the COVID 19 restrictions and concerns. I would definitely stay in this condo again, but would ask that the condo be cleaned properly before our arrival.

Perfect week!

This unit was perfect for my family. The checkin process was so easy with the code we received. We arrived there promptly at 4 PM cst and the code worked. Place is beautiful and was nice that each of my kids and their guest had their own bathrooms and beach views in the front rooms. My husband and I took the back suite and also had a nice beach view plus the pool. The beds were all very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with so many things, even though we didn’t use half of it since we went out to eat most nights. The ice maker in the room worked great, after we figured out we had to close the drain, took us a day to figure out why it wasn’t working. The unit had pool noodles that we used everyday and were so lucky to have picture perfect beach conditions each day. The beach chair rental was a nice added touch as well. We did rent two more sets so everyone had their own. Absolutely love the pool and used it every late afternoon and night. One thing I did notice was in the dryer where the lint screen is, it was missing a corner and did have a swimsuit string get snagged on it and ripped but thankfully it was out last night there. We are all in agreement we would absolutely rent this unit again!!!

dirty

arrived and the bracelets and car tags were not there as we were told so on the first day we had to wait until those were delivered to us before we could go to pool or beach. the floors were filthy our feet were black from walking in the condo. i addressed this the first day and we were told there would be someone that day to clean the floors, no one ever showed up. still dirty the day we left. bathtub needs to be re caulked. mold around the caulking. toilet was rusty. no way should you ask for the kind of money you are asking for to rent this place. I will never stay at this condo again and i really should be reimbursed some money. 10,000 dollars for this? we also had to ask for more wash cloths and towels. I don't go on vacation to have to wash a load of washcloths every day. if you have 8 people staying in a room, i would think more than 1 washcloth per person isn't too much to ask for paying that much money?? if anything was dropped and slid under the couch, it came out with dust bunnies and feathers. the pictures paint a beautiful updated condo, but when arriving you find the filth.

Great condo with a great view

Overall great 5-day stay with plenty of space for our 3 couples. The view and big balcony can't be beat. Cleanliness and stocked inventory was great. Very nice updated kitchen. Only negative issues were the beds in the room with 2 queens. They seem to have lost needed firmness. You end up sinking into a hole in the middle. My husband and I had to sleep separately because we both sunk into the center when we tried to sleep together. Also bedroom TVs didn't seem to be able to get a good enough connection to use them. We never called for maintenance or service … they might have been able to fix that if we had. Overall the condo is a great choice. If they fixed those two issues, it would be absolutely perfect!

Best condo on the beach

This condo has everything you need to cook with or if you don't want to cook it's close to great restaurants! We have been coming here for 5 years and if you have any issues with anything vacation life properties are just a phone call away and resolve the problem quickly. Great people to work with!!

Starting in August 2025 Long Beach Resort will be commencing renovations with an expected completion date of April 2026. This will include repairing concrete columns, balcony slabs, hallway walkways and stucco. The construction crew will be committed to mitigating disruptions as much as possible. Pools will be off-limits for much of the construction time and balconies will be inaccessible for a period starting in November 2025. Noise levels will vary and occasional jackhammering of concrete will create high noise levels during this time.
