Welcome to our Sebastian Sunrise Cottage! Spacious one level home with open kitchen featuring a huge master suite and 2 additional bedrooms and bath plus an office/den. There is a separate driveway for your boat and a private deck in the backyard. We are walking distance to Sebastian's River District and many restaurants. Enjoy biking, kayaking, paddle boarding and nearby parks. Bask in the river breezes from your back deck. Community dock on the Indian River with direct shot to Sebastian Inlet and Atlantic Ocean. Wabasso Beach on the open Atlantic is a short drive. Or if you've brought your boat- take a cruise from the nearby boat launch and head on over to the Sebastian Inlet State Park and the beautiful beaches and snorkeling there! Come and experience a taste of "Old Florida" where the beauty of the area shines through!
Walt Disney World and other Orlando attractions are just 90 minutes away. Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach are just 50 min north.

Retirement Party

Stayed at the place while here for my brother’s retirement party at Djon's Steak and Lobster House 522 Ocean Ave, Melbourne Beach, FL. Great restaurant. Delicious lobster and other seafood items The house was comfortable, clean and we were enjoying our stay. Highly likely to rent this property if and when we come back to this area.

Better than expected

This home was ever better than expected. Cindy made it super easy to navigate the home, the owners book and notes around the house were written just like she was there telling you. The location was perfect. Close to many cute riverside restaurants and close to town. Our family really enjoyed our time there. We will definitely use the house again when we go to visit our Father who lives in Sebastian.

Great place to enjoy Sebastian.

We enjoyed the home and it had all we needed so we could enjoy our stay. Close to the lagoon, we could see water from the deck, walking distance to restaurants. Great town. We enjoyed watching the Ospreys, dolphins in the lagoon and pelicans. Quiet neighborhood. Able to access the ocean too! Better than we expected!

Super Clean and Comfortable

Great out of the way neighborhood, close to many top restaurants and things to do. Very clean and updated property. Great host, with excellent communication. Can't recommend it highly enough. Softer mattress in the Master Bedroom, firmer mattress in the hall bathroom, both King size. Check out the Skydivers in the morning...very cool...

Super Sunrise Cottage

From booking through check out Cindy made our Christmas week stay with our out-of-state family members (pooch included) a breeze. This spacious well-appointed home in a quiet neighborhood has lots going for it. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. The home is close to many activities, eateries, and grocery stores. We'd definitely return.

Perfect Escape

Went down to Florida to break up the winter with my dog stayed for 10 days was great. Friends cane for a weekend and great location clise to Vero, Melbourne, Coco and Fellsmere’s headwaters and stick marsh

My husband Jack and I are true explorers and love traveling. We are foodies, hikers and Ocean lovers although we prefer ports and harbors over hanging on the beach. We love to find things to do off the beaten path. We own a vacation rental on Cape Cod, MA called “Orleans Escape” and in 2021 we purchased our “Sebastian Sunrise Cottage” in Sebastian Florida. We have a 19 ft. Boston Whaler that is is easy to tow. We are responsive hosts and offer many amenities and work hard to keep our properties in excellent condition! We often travel with our 7 year old Lab mix named Poppy who is a a sweet friendly girl. She loves a good hike! We are neat & tidy and have been complimented many times for leaving a rental in better condition than we found it. Recently we traveled through Italy with a Rick Steve's tour. Next up on our list is more of Europe but we will probably still do some tours before we feel comfortable in vacation rentals although the "Senior Nomads" are our heroes! read less
