Regardez les dauphins nager de votre porte! Accueil dispose d'un lit king size avec salle de bains dans la chambre principale. Chambre a un lit queen. Il y a un futon dans le salon qui peut accueillir deux personnes. Cette maison est mis en place pour se détendre, avec des couleurs ouest clés et décoration sereine. Vous pourrez vous détendre avec votre famille ou à pied des lieux de divertissement en direct locales. Cet emplacement offre tout cela! Vue sur la rivière parc est deux pâtés de maisons avec des grillades, aire de jeux, un parc aquatique et un terrain de volley-ball. Festivals se produisent dans ce parc souvent. Sebastian Florida est un lieu de vacances en première!

Perfect getaway

The house was clean and very spacious! Fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs. Located within walking distance of parks, restaurants and bars. Let's talk about the view........ FREAKING GORGEOUS!!! To wake up and see that makes me jealous of the locals! We have family and friends that live in Sebastian that are also recommending this home to others!! The extra touches with snacks and daily essentials was so kind! Definitely will be booking with Robin again.

Sebastian get away

The property is just across the street from the Indian River and you get a wonderful view. The house was clean and well stocked and the host was very helpful with any problems.

Wonderful holiday get-a-way!

We really enjoyed our stay in Sebastian, the property was perfect for our family. The host had the home stocked above and beyond what we would have expected and made it very comfortable being there, would go back and recommend it to anyone.

River house

Wonderful cottage! Was very convenient to where our Dad is in memory care. We fished right in front of the cottage and even though we didn’t catch anything, we saw plenty of dolphins! Beautiful sunrises

We enjoyed our stay in Sebastian and part of that enjoyment was living a while in this nice home. It has a lot of space and close to activities and restaurants. We have already booked for next year.

SIX stars!

Cannot recommend this place enough! The house is lovely--spacious, sunny, airy, very comfortable, and immaculately clean--and Robin was beyond wonderful in every thoughtful way. Location is perfect, with the riverside walking path and nearby park and easy access to shopping just blocks away. Neighbors on both sides were friendly and welcoming, too! This is a gem.

Birthday weekend

Came down for our grandson's birthday, and this house was perfect. Walking distance to Riverside Park and directly across from the public riverfront walking trail. Close to everything, view is fantastic, house was the perfect size, clean, and Robin supplied us with all kinds of welcome goodies (plus had all the staples on hand). Will stay again.

Lovely house! / Perfect location!

Robin was an awesome host! The house was as described and super clean. Robin included a lot of extras from toiletries to snacks that really made our 2 week stay feel like a home away from home. The views of the water were beautiful and the house was walking distance to all of our favorite places in Sebastian ! Would definitely stay here again :)

Oh the view!

Lovely house, roomy and comfortable and the view of the river was wonderful. I enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning! Robin provided everything we needed including a lovely selection of snacks. Excellent communication and easy check in too. Highly recommend.

A stellar property and host. This house is in the most convenient area of Sebastian, walkable to many restaurants/attractions. We have stayed here numerous times and it’s just a perfect 5 star in all ways.

All the goodies!

Not only was the view perfect, but we had a basket of treats waiting for us and plenty of toiletries in case we forgot something. The home was very clean and the water was hot! We’ll definitely stay again!

Cute roomy two bedroom overlooking the Indian River

The River House is a home away from home for us when visiting Sebastian. We feel so spoiled when we visit. Robin supplies the home with so many goodies such as many snacks, bottled water, any cleaning and laundry needs, many personal needs, etc.. There are many CD movies, and games for rainy times. The front of the house has floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Indian River. You can't beat the view and location. There are many restaurants within walking distance. Robin is a terrific host. The home is light and bright. We love it!!!

Better than we could have even dreamed!

Absolutely LOVE this place! Everything you can think if, you have here in this hidden gem. From the small touches such as lotion, soap and toothpaste, to the big items like toilet paper and paper towels this place has everything. I would recommend to anyone looking for a stay at Sebastian that's close to everything, cozy like home, and the best sunrise you can find! Dont hesitate - rent this place!

Perfect home and vacation location

I was so surprised how large and clean this home was! She left so much stuff for us to use, when ch worked out perfectly being disable and not being able to shop right away.This was my family's first vacation , I was a single mom and never could do this for my children.sadly I am very sick so I may not be able to do this ever again.so when I say it meant every thing that me I mean it.The splashrlpark and fishing and stores and entertainment all in walking distance .thank you for the memories

Wonderful Home

This home is in a perfect location. Beautiful views! We saw dolphins on our daily walk. Walking distance to several restaurants on the water and around town. Robin is an excellent host and provided a very comfortable stay. She even had some treats for us and a coffee mug to keep! Will definitely be back!!

Riverhouse

The Riverhouse is our favorite VRBO property of all time. The location cannot be beat…..walking distance to multiple restaurants, bars, breweries. Robin is a terrific host. She provides everything you need to enjoy your stay and the level of cleanliness in her house is unmatchable. It’s one of the many reasons we keep returning!!
