This Summer Vacation home, will make your whole family happy. Plenty of world class fishing and numerous golf courses for Dad. Only 5 minutes away are quiet beaches for the kids to play and mom to read a book and relax. Only 1.5 miles from Riverview Park and waterfront dining with nightly live music. and for a day trip only 90 minutes away is Disney world.
You will love this three bedroom eco-friendly home. Living, dining, kitchen are open floor plan with smart TV, Wifi, Bose radio, comfortable seating, and a tastefully done tropical decor.
Lanai has pass-thru to the kitchen for easy outdoor entertaining or dining.
Separate laundry room has full size washer and dryer.
Key West inspired primary bedroom with en suite, king size sleep number bed and makeup alcove.
Second bedroom has twin beds and a charming coastal decor.
Third bedroom has queen sized bed with private patio for reading or drinks and to enjoy the gentle sound of the Koi pond.
There is a lovely front porch with rocking chairs to watch the spectacular Florida sunsets.
Back yard is fenced in and patio has seating area, dining area with umbrella and gas grill for enjoying our famous sunshine.

Wonderful place to stay!

This property is super cute with all the amenities you need. The hosts are friendly and welcoming, even offering to check on our pup while we were out. We appreciated having a great, and conveniently located place to stay!

Amazing stay!

Our stay was fantastic! We stayed for 4 nights w our 3 kiddos. They had ana amzing time and are already asking if we can come back and stay. Trudy (the property manager) was absolutely amazing. She reached out multiple times to ensure we had everything we needed.

Beautiful home nicely decorated wonderful hosts

The home features a fenced in back yard with grill, Koi pond. Beds were very comfortable and rooms are spacious. Amazing hosts provided everything we could possibly want. We can’t wait to return!

Beautiful home filled with a lot of cheer and charm. The colors of the house are bright and happy. Nice size rooms. Super clean and very comfortable beds with quality pillows. Nice cushy bath towels too. And the couch - so comfy. We definitely had an amazing time with our family & friends! Highly recommend.

The host met us when we arrived. Walked us through the house and made sure we knew where everything was and how it worked. We loved the king size Sleep number bed. This was by far the best VRBO we have stayed in yet. This place was given “the mother’s touch” everything you could possibly need was there. We will definitely be back.

Girls weekend

I cannot tell you what a great time we had. The house was gorgeous and perfectly suited for our girls weekend even though it was only Friday. We were able to take advantage of all the wonderful restaurants and nightlife on the Riverside and then have a beautiful home to come back to shared bottles of wine good chick flicks comfortable seating and lots and lots of laughter.recomm anybody

Delightful home!

We truly enjoyed our 1-night stay in Sunny Days. It was very clean, well located, and delightfully decorated! It was practically perfect in everyway (we couldn't locate the washer and dryer mentioned in the listing, and we were surprised to find the bathroom door in the primary bathroom was clear glass). The hosts were very responsive! We definitely recommend Sunny Days.

We are retired and originally from the cold white North in Pennsylvania off of lake Erie. In the past decade we have learned to enjoy the most out of the beautiful Florida sunshine. Let us help you enjoy it to the fullest. We can offer you the full host experience and be your travel guides or we can let you just enjoy being away from home.

Our Eco friendly home is in a quiet neighborhood in Sebastian Highlands. Sebastian is located 5 minutes from the ocean for beach lovers, fishing, surfing or just watching the sunrise. Yet located where you can do day trips to the many amusement parks Orlando has to offer. You can watch rockets being launched from your own backyard. The large fenced in backyard is being designed with a tropical feel, where the dogs and children can happily play, while the adults enjoy the sunshine and a cold refreshing drink on the patio. We have a gas grill and outdoor dining table if you like to eat outdoors and a fully stocked kitchen that has an open floor plan for those who like to cook and enjoy company at the same time. If you don't feel like cooking there is a large selection of waterfront dining just one and a half miles away. We have books, games and puzzles for both young people and adults. We are a new startup vacation rental and our goal is to give you a five-star experience. We live close and can make sure that we are there for you if needed. We can also help you plan day trips to Disney world, SeaWorld, Kennedy space center and the numerous other excursions you may be interested in. If the adults want to get away babysitting can often be arranged for an additional fee.
