You will love this three bedroom eco-friendly home. Living, dining, kitchen are open floor plan with smart TV, Wifi, Bose radio, comfortable seating, and a tastefully done tropical decor.
Lanai has pass-thru to the kitchen for easy outdoor entertaining or dining.
Separate laundry room has full size washer and dryer.
Key West inspired primary bedroom with en suite, king size sleep number bed and makeup alcove.
Second bedroom has twin beds and a charming coastal decor.
Third bedroom has queen sized bed with private patio for reading or drinks and to enjoy the gentle sound of the Koi pond.

We are retired and originally from the cold white North in Pennsylvania off of lake Erie. In the past decade we have learned to enjoy the most out of the beautiful Florida sunshine. Let us help you enjoy it to the fullest. We can offer you the full host experience and be your travel guides or we can let you just enjoy being away from home.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Our Eco friendly home is in a quiet neighborhood in Sebastian Highlands. Sebastian is located 5 minutes from the ocean for beach lovers, fishing, surfing or just watching the sunrise. Yet located where you can do day trips to the many amusement parks Orlando has to offer. You can watch rockets being launched from your own backyard. The large fenced in backyard is being designed with a tropical feel, where the dogs and children can happily play, while the adults enjoy the sunshine and a cold refreshing drink on the patio. We have a gas grill and outdoor dining table if you like to eat outdoors and a fully stocked kitchen that has an open floor plan for those who like to cook and enjoy company at the same time. If you don't feel like cooking there is a large selection of waterfront dining just one and a half miles away. We have books, games and puzzles for both young people and adults. We are a new startup vacation rental and our goal is to give you a five-star experience. We live close and can make sure that we are there for you if needed. We can also help you plan day trips to Disney world, SeaWorld, Kennedy space center and the numerous other excursions you may be interested in. If the adults want to get away babysitting can often be arranged for an additional fee.
