THE UNIQUENESS OF STAYING IN A HISTORICAL MONUMENT (100 mÂČ â 1076 sq ft)
A truly unique experience. This amazing apartment within the Palais Royal is a real treat. The Palais Royal is a palace located opposite the Louvre and a few steps from Opera. A prime location in the very heart of historical Paris. Through time, itâs inhabitants include prominent figures such as Cardinal Richelieu, King Louis XIII,Louis XIV and the Bonaparte family.
An extraordinary place to stay with itâs unmatched view from the apartment windows overlooking the charming gardens and fountain of Palais Royal. This superb apartment has a great and layout with two spacious bedrooms with splittable king size beds and two bathrooms, one of which has a separate WC, a grand living room and a fully equipped kitchen and dinning area. The apartment has been modernized to give maximum comfort and to make your stay memorable.
This apartment is also a perfect spot to organise fashion and jewelry showrooms as it is in the heart of Fashion weekâs most thriving events! Subject to specific rates so donât hesitate to contact us for a quote.
MINIMUM STAY: We do have a one week rental policy, so the weekly rate applies even for shorter stays if the apartment is available for one full week. We can only prorate the nights if the apartment is available for fewer nights between other bookings OR ACCEPT A SHORTER STAY IF REQUESTED AT THE LAST MINUTE. So don't hesitate to check with us, we usually have last minute deals where we can accept a shorter stay without applying the minimum week policy.

The French government has announced they will be banning all AC systems that run on water by October 1st 2025 as it is obviously a huge waste of water and we all have to act on this environmental problem the best we can.
Therefore, as nearly all of our installations are concerned with this new law, We will be stopping the use of such units (to this day they were the only systems we are able to install in old Parisian buildings.) by its legal date. In regards to our guests' comfort, we will provide portable mobile AC units, fans, and air coolers depending on the configurations of the apartment.

Originally called the Palais-Cardinal, the palace was the personal residence of Cardinal Richelieu. At his death, it became the property of the King and was re-named, Palais Royal. After Louis XIII's death, it became the home of Queen Mother Anne of Austria and her young sons Louis XIV and Philippe, Duc d'Anjou along with her advisor Cardinal Mazarin. The royal families continued living in the palace until the Revolution and later was also home to the cadet branch of the Bonaparte family under the Second Empire.
