Located on the third floor of a building dating from 1860,the apartment will surprise you lit by the light of day that makes the apartment cosy.
The living room is a warm room, carefully decorated always in the unique spirit of the Parisian style. From the entrance of the apartment to the bathroom, the mix of precious materials and furniture together convey a harmonious elegance.
The Space:
Modernized by a famous French Architect, the place mixes contemporary French Design and Antiques from Paris famous craftsmen (Maison Lucien Gau…).
The apartment has:

-1 fully equipped kitchen
-1 master bedroom
-2nd bedroom
-1 bathroom (shower and sink)
-1 separate WC
The apartment comfortable for 4 people, and a maximum of 7 people.
The sleeping arrangement is organized as follow, all bed and bath linen being provided:
Bedroom 1 with a 5***** double-bed high comfort mattresses
Bedroom 2 with a 5***** double-bed high comfort mattresses
Living Room with one very high quality sofa bed for two & one sofa bed for one.
The apartment is equipped with :
TV, high speed Wifi
a washer dryer, a hair dryer
a nespresso coffee machine, a water boiler, a toaster
a fridge, an induction plate, a micro-wave, pans and other cooking wares
a baby bed if needed
Guest Access:
Easy Access : before your arrival we send you all the access information including a video on how to get inside the building and the apartment.
To get the keys of the apartment:
- You will have to collect the keys in a secure box with a code inside the building
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is on the third floor with elevator.
- Please take some time to carefully read the rules of the apartment that we have placed on the table of the kitchen
The Neighborhood:
There is no most alive district than the first one!
Surrounded by a Cultural and Art museum created and called by one of our french president : George Pompidou, 5 minutes walking distance from the Louvre museum housing the Mona Lisa overlooks the Tuileries Garden, and 10 minutes from Notre Dame de Paris, with plenty of lovely brasseries, bars and Jazz bars, you will find everything you need. At day time cross the street, and visit the city’s oldest existing neighborhood : Le Marais. Have a walk back and enjoy a moment of shopping, before to admire the view from the river seine, where Notre Dame de Paris, is getting rebuilt.
Getting Around:
2 miuntes: Line 4 Métro châtelet, exit number 10 : Place saint opportune.
5 minutes : Line 4,7,14 & RER A, RER B
Other Things to Note:
Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm => From 2pm you can leave your luggages in the apartment. The cleaning lady comes to clean the apartment between 11am and 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment.
Check-out / Departure : until 11am
We do not serve breakfast.
Cleaning is done before each arrival and after each departure only.
We are in a heritage building with sensitive neighbors. Please be careful during your stay to the house rules :
- no smoking in the apartment or in the building's courtyard
- no drugs
- no parties
- no music
- no persons other than those who have registered their identity cards
- no noise in the common areas of the building
- no animals
- no professional photo or video shoots
If one of the above house rules is broken:
A penalty of the full amount of the deposit will be charged.
- A separate deposit of 1000 Euros on Swikly will be made and sent to you and needs to be validated at least 48hours prior your arrival.
The reservation will be cancelled as soon as the infraction is noticed and you will no longer be able to stay in the apartment.
- If the keys of the apartment is lost, 170€ will be charged.
