Mana Kai 412 with direct ocean views and beach access! Mana Kai is one of Kihei's most exclusive resorts, located right on Keawakapu Beach!

This beautifully upgraded 2bd/2bath is perfect for families or couples traveling together. Enjoy gazing off at the magical Maui waters, catch a whale or two breaching during season, or enjoy a breathe-taking sunset with direct ocean views from your private lanai. Dine alfresco with seating for four.

The living area is perfectly appointed with new furnishings and large flat screen TV. Open directly to the kitchen fully equipped with everything any home chef would need.

The Primary suite is located right off the living area with King bed and luxurious linens. The ensuite bath offers a walk in shower and large vanity.

Guest suite is very spacious with king bed, luxurious linens, flat screen TV and ensuite bath.

Split AC throughout keeps this beautiful condo cool and comfortable all year long.

Mana Kai 412 offers the perfect Hawaiian retreat! The resort atmosphere includes oceanfront pool, two propane BBQ's, onsite laundry facilities on each floor, free parking, fitness center, activities center, general store, and business center.

Please be aware that all Mana Kai units feature a primary bedroom that is an “open concept” and is not closed off from the living room area.

The full dining restaurant on property will be closed for renovations until late 2024-early 2025. Renovations have been delayed. When they commence, there may be noise heard from 8 am-5 pm, Monday thru Friday. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and appreciate your understanding.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.Other things to note**The restaurant on property will be closed for renovations through October 2023. In addition, beginning March 06th, 2023, the basement will also be undergoing repairs and renovations. We expect that the duration will be 4-5 months, with more information to come once the project has investigated the extent of the repairs. There may be loud noises during the day. During this period of time, the gym and the business center will be closed. Renovations will be from 8am-5pm, Monday thru Friday. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and appreciate your understanding.**

Please note: Upon confirming your reservation, we will request your personal email address. A company specific rental agreement will be emailed to the provided address. Once we have received your completed rental agreement, detailed arrival instructions will be emailed to you one week prior to your stay.

Perfect location!

The location never disappoints. I was disappointed in the communication from the property manager. They did not get me my code or parking space. When I reached out there was no way to contact except a VM and an email. I did both and never received a response even after I had security help me at 9pm. They did get a response from the property manager and I was in my room by 10pm. The condo itself was great. There was almost everything I could need. Maybe a Keurig instead of a coffee pot LOL

Go to Maui. It’s open and the locals need are support.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Took the whole family to Maui for 10 days. Had three condos at the Mana Kai. The whole facility and staff are 5star. Already making plans for another trip to Maui and the Mana Kai.

Absolute paradise

Wow, we were just so delighted with our stay here. Steps to a wonderful snorkelling / swimming beach (go in the morning, the water is much calmer!), got surprised by a sea turtle out there, little shop downstairs with basics (ice, drinks, snacks). And the condo itself!! The bed was SO COMFORTABLE. The tv swivels so you can easily laze about in bed or on the sofa. Not that you’ll be watching much tv. We ate breakfast on the balcony, then out all day and back to the balcony for happy hour before dinner. We loved our stay here. The host has also stocked the kitchen and unit with everything you’ll need. And NICE wine glasses and big coffee mugs, not the usual tiny tourist sized ones. The only thing missing that we wished for was a cooler bag for our road to Hana day! Mahalo, thank you so much!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Mana Kai was an excellent place to stay in Maui with our family of four (2 kids, 9 yo and 6 yo) plus grandma. Unit #412 was super nice. Both the building and the unit present as in the pictures. No big surprises. There are some major renovations going on to the building - read the notices - which are focused on the restaurant, outdoor tiki bar and fitness centers as of now. These did not impact our stay in any significant way. Although I must say I’d be excited to come back when they are done as it will truly enhance an already great experience .
