Une autre unité que nous aimerions partager avec vous! Unité au rez-de-chaussée nouvellement achetée à quelques pas de la magnifique baie de Wailua. Demandez à n'importe qui, Lae nani est la première station balnéaire de la côte de la noix de coco; vos vacances dépasseront certainement vos attentes.

Profitez d'une tasse de café célèbre de Kauai tout en regardant le lever du soleil. Sortez de votre véranda pour profiter du magnifique parc, des étangs de carpes koï et bien sûr de l'océan qui est là! Passez la journée à la plage à quelques pas de l'unité. Si vous êtes vraiment chanceux, l'observation d'un phoque moine sur la plage est un régal. (Assurez-vous de garder vos distances, ce sont des espèces protégées!) Tout ce que vous voulez d'un condo face à l'océan est là pour que vous puissiez en profiter.

Cette unité récemment rénovée et entièrement meublée a des sols carrelés dans la cuisine, le salon et la salle de bain. La cuisine comprend de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable et tous les accessoires de cuisine. Nouvelle table à manger avec dessus en verre et 4 chaises. TV écran plat dans le salon. Canapé-lit pliant. WiFi sans fil pour rester en contact avec le monde. Tous les nouveaux meubles de chambre, y compris un lit king size, une commode et des draps. Lampes de lecture réglables à côté du lit pour ceux qui veulent lire "juste un autre chapitre" avant de s'installer pour la nuit. Nouveaux ventilateurs de plafond partout quand un peu de refroidissement supplémentaire est souhaité. Chaises et table lanai confortables pour l'expérience totale de la vie dans un paradis tropical.

Le stationnement est à quelques mètres de votre porte d'entrée, ce qui facilite l'accès pour tous. Aucun escalier nécessaire pour entrer dans l'unité. Barres de sécurité dans la baignoire pour ceux qui veulent un peu plus de stabilité.

Piscine, barbecues à gaz, court de tennis et laverie disponibles sur place pour ajouter à votre confort et votre plaisir.

Situé à Kapaa, sur la côte est de Kauai, son emplacement est parfait pour ceux qui souhaitent un emplacement à mi-chemin lorsqu'ils choisissent de courir vers le nord ou le côté ouest de l'île.

À distance de marche du centre commercial Coconut Marketplace avec des boutiques de cadeaux, des galeries d'art, des cafés et des divertissements. Restaurants et épiceries également à quelques minutes du condo.

Loved our Lae Nani stay!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was the perfect size for us, had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. The additional beach chairs provided, cooler, towels and umbrella were a nice surprise too and very useful. No air conditioning was no problem as condo is well-ventilated with windows for the island breeze. Location is super convenient with shops & restaurants close by within walking distance and easy to get to the north and south parts of the island. Our favorite part though, was the view from the patio and being able to walk right outside to the beach. Beautiful grounds on the property as well. We will definitely recommend to others and we hope to be back someday ourselves!

Relaxing Kauai stay

Lovely Resort

2nd time staying at the Lae Nani resort and we throughly enjoyed it! We love the grounds, the location, and this unit was nice, clean and very comfortable! The location is perfect, easy to visit the north and south of the island. We’ll be back!

Beachfront condo

The location on the island is great. Only about 30 minutes to the north side and 30 to the south. Also, the view from the patio is unbeatable. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

Better than a honeymoon suite!

There was nothing to dislike about this home away from home! They had everything you could need for a beach day and more, the house was a perfect size for two people and the view couldn’t get any better. Craig and Shari were awesome, fast replying and ready to help or answer anything we asked. It was truly an awesome and great experience!

A lovely spot

We really enjoyed our stay here. It's just a few steps from the beach and at low tide you can spot tropical fish swimming in the protected areas without even needing snorkeling gear. We spent more time at the condo than we intended because the patio and ocean breeze is just so pleasant. The only thing I wished for but didn't find was a rack for drying swimsuits, towels, and some laundry. Otherwise, it had everything we needed. I would happily stay here again.

Beautiful place

We loved our stay here. We were a little surprised that there was no air conditioning, it was in the listing, I just missed it! However, it was okay in the mornings and once the sun went down. We were usually out most of the day anyway. Everything was in working order and just as it was stated in the listing. We loved sitting out on the lanai each morning drinking our coffee. Mahalo!

Fantastic experience

We had an absolutely wonderful experience here. We spent lots of time relaxing on the patio enjoying the beautiful view of the landscaped grounds and ocean beyond. Being on the ground floor was perfect because we could wander out onto the grass with our toddler and run around. And then around the corner is a protected cove perfect for kids to swim and the pool as well. With a well equipped kitchen and a market 5 min walk away we were able to balance cooking at home with going out to restaurants. And the location on the island was super easy as a home base from which to explore. Everything was perfect. We would return in a heartbeat.

Our first visit to Kauai and we were blown away by the property at Lae Nani. Love that the condo was on the first floor for easy access to the beach. The beach was so close and we loved hearing and seeing the waves. Shari and Craig were very easy to work with and their condo has all the amenities we needed (pots, pans, spices, towels, beach chairs). The only first world complaints are that there is no air conditioning or a washer/dryer in the unit. Not a deal breaker as the island breezes blow through enough to cool the room with the windows open and there is coin laundry on property. Overall a great place to stay on the island! Highly recommend.

Beachfront Paradise

The unit is just as described. It is ground level and steps to the beach. Sitting out on the lanai for coffee in the morning and drinks at sunset was everything we thought it would be. The unit is clean and the owners and property mgr were very responsive when the lights went out briefly on much of the island one night. The shower was remodeled and perfect for children and elderly who may need a removable shower head with a built in seat. LavaLava is next door, offering live music and food every night until 9pm. Coconut Marketplace is a 2minute walk, with shops, food, and a large ABC grocery/store. This is a lovely property!

Beautiful Kauai stay

The unit was nice, grounds excellent, location perfect. The pull out smelled. I washed all the bedding that was already on it and it was better except the bed pillows smelled badly of mold and had no pillow cases. Didn’t use them. Pull out mattress very uncomfortable. A towel bar in the small bathroom would be nice. The floor needs a good mopping. The kitchen was very well equipped. The construction noise in the units above was a little disturbing for over a week. Felt very secure there. The grounds keepers do an excellent job. Overall a very nice place to stay

Nice Accommodations

I enjoyed my stay at this property. It was close enough to walk places in the evening and centrally located on the island for overall day trips both North and South. The only reason for the 4 ilo 5 star review is due to the lack of AC. I didn't have an appreciation for that necessity. With this being a ground floor unit and the bedroom right off the walkway outside, you know everything that is going on outside and hear everyone inside from outside too. Not having privacy nor quiet bothered me. Unfortunately closing shutters in the heat this time of year is not an option. You have to be willing to have the fan cranked overhead and windows wide open to get any air at all. I didn't care for it and didn't sleep well. Otherwise the unit was more than accommodating, clean, and nicely appointed. The outside patio facing the ocean was really a nice sitting area too!

Beautiful view; lovely property

Our first visit to Kauai was made more special at Lae Nani and this property. My husband and I stayed in this unit; my brother and his wife were in another and we all loved our time there. (My brother/S-in-L had stayed in this condo resort before and loved it.) First, the property is wonderful - great location and beautiful beach access with a nice restaurant nearby and quick walk to see the sunrise every morning. This unit also was perfect for us. The bed was wonderful, and space was very comfortable. (We loved sitting outside on the porch drinking mimosas in the morning and mai tais in the evening while looking at the ocean.) Also, I am a photographer and found so many lovely opportunities right around this property. We loved strolling in the starlit nights with the tiki torches. And so much care is taken to make the outdoor space beautiful. We will be back! And we would rent this unit again. (One note: we didn’t realize no A/C when we booked and worried about that upon arrival - but we didn’t need to! Overhead fan plus two provided bedroom fans and open windows kept us very comfortable to sleep. )

Our family has been coming to Kauai for years. We were there when the first stop light was installed in Lihue! When we decided to purchase our own home away from home, we choose Kapaa. The most beautiful beaches on the island are on the east side of the island. Lush flowers and sparkling waterfalls! We hope you enjoy our slice of paradise as much as we do!
