COMPLEXE / COMMUNAUTÉ
Willow's Bay Retreat est un condo au 2e étage qui est juste à côté du canal principal ici sur l'île. Vous profiterez d'une vue magnifique sur le trafic maritime qui passe tout au long de la journée. Vous pouvez également pêcher juste à côté du quai ou simplement détendre vos soucis tout en profitant du soleil. Il y a aussi un bordereau de bateau réservé qui pourra accueillir un bateau de 25 '. Le complexe est situé un peu à l'écart de la route principale ici sur l'île, vous avez donc un bel endroit calme pour profiter avec vos proches, mais il est également assez proche pour profiter de tout ce que l'île a à offrir, y compris la plage et le tout -nouveau parc aquatique Schlitterbahn.

INTÉRIEUR
Ce condo confortable d'une chambre pourra facilement accueillir 4 personnes avec son lit queen dans la chambre et son canapé-lit dans le salon. Il a été récemment mis à jour avec des comptoirs en granit, des appareils modernes et un mobilier confortable ainsi que de beaux sols carrelés. Profitez d'une vue magnifique sur l'eau depuis le salon ou le patio et préparez le petit-déjeuner, le déjeuner et le dîner dans cette cuisine bien équipée.

Les draps pour chaque lit et les serviettes de bain pour chaque invité sont fournis.
Un séjour minimum de deux nuits est requis.
Les clients contractuels de Padre Escapes doivent être âgés de 25 ans ou plus.
L'invité doit avoir un permis de conduire de l'État ou une autre pièce d'identité acceptable.

Excellent stay

The apartment fit our needs very well. Full size washer/dryer was great. We don’t like carpet because of my wife’s allergies so the fact that it had tile and hardwood floors was great. Very nice modern full size appliances and a nice location. I would definitely recommend staying here especially if you’re staying for a week or more.

Lovely apartment

Very nice apartment neighbors quiet, only thing that I found was a problem was people do not pick up their dog poop or trash they toss trash in the water or on the roads , we are environmental people the place Padra island is lovely but garbage tossed anywhere is a concern and surely not a visual delight! The beach had trash floating on the seashore, very discouraging!

The condo was great. Loved the decor and the beach vibes. Enjoyed drinking coffee on the patio to the sunrise with the view of the channel. Only thing I did not like about the area which is not the fault of the provider was the stickers that would get stuck in my pets paws. They were every where. Other than that the place was PERFECT!

This place is clean and located close to the beach. However, while it is on a canal, it is on the end by the street so you have that traffic. The building looks run down on the outside but inside is nice. There is construction going on in front of the boat slips which doesn’t look great. It is the perfect size for a family of 3.

Well appointed and convenient location.

This property is a very clean unit and well furnished to meet your needs. It is located in a convenient location to access the beach and local grocery store. The bed was comfortable and had fresh soft linens. Since parking spaces are limited and we were towing a lowboy trailer to haul are UTV; we were able to park the mule in the designated parking space and park our truck and trailer on the street next to the building. The street parking was easily visible from the units balcony and since the street was extra wide there was no concerns with having my dually struck. Thank you for a wonderful stay and a week full of great memories.

Vacation

Very clean, would have like at least 2 more towels. Wish instead of Roku you had cable or dish. Not familiar with Roku and had problems. No TV in the bedroom which we would have like. Overall, those are silly things but was very impressed of the inside. The outside made us wonder what we were in for. Next time it will be a down stairs location for us. We are too old for the stairs. Like the key pad to get in and out of the house.

No frills but clean. Low rate (but you get what you pay for)

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Located at the end of a canal in a building, which from the outside looked run down and old (including one of the docks that was literally falling apart and unusable), The condo itself was adequate and clean. The furniture was worn but workable. Only my husband and I were staying there. No extra sheets or blankets in the unit which would’ve been nice to have for the couch. The management company was helpful when I called them with questions on check-out/in process. However, simply providing that information upfront and including it in the ‘informational package’ inside the condo (e.g. the fact that the “easy check out link” would be sent via email/text at 7 pm the night prior to check out) would eliminate confusion and the need for a call. Overall, I would pass on this one next time.
