Dear Gregory, we are very sorry for your complains, our first goal is our guest satisfaction. sincerely we don't understand what you mean about "no kitchen supplies" etc.. the kitchen is provided by coffe machine (nespresso and moka), 2 fridges, freezer, hoven, gas stove, wine glasses, water glasses, bitter glasses, flat plates, soup plates, dessert plates, coffee cups, large milk cups, complete cutlery, special knives, pans, pots, and more also… as you can see in the pictures there’s also a 12 seats table in the main big dining room, that’s why our costumer usually don’t eat in the kitchen. As a rental apartment, we give a welcome kit in each bathroom: 4 towels per person (one for the swimming pool, one shower towel, one face towel and one bidet towel). I also have to remind you that: - you cancel the private chef one day before, after around 10 or more mails with requested changes to the menu (for 4 people). Usually, in case of cancellation, penalty charges are applied, but in our case they were not - you moved the interior furniture (with a damage to the antique terracotta floor and we didn’t ask for any refund) - you simply didn’t ask for more supplies or towels, we could have given them to you! Dear Mr Christopher, thank you for your feedback and your suggestion, let me give some clarification. I'm sorry if there were any missing outlets. We've provided a power strip so you don't run out of outlets. If you had mentioned this during your stay, I would have fixed it immediately. In the kitchen there are moka pots of various sizes, as well as Nespresso and a kettle. As for the dishcloths, I'm surprised because we always leave a fair amount of them, in any case we have already taken care of replenishing them. The bathroom problem, as reported by the technician, was the drain that had been moved by someone... I can't know if you moved it yourself, or somebody else, but I think it's not a problem but it's not a problem attributable to the apartment. before arrival we always send our "suggestions" with restaurant, places to visit, supermarket etc etc.. in any case I always ask costumer to write me via whatsapp (Not mail) so I can immediately read and intervene! anyway, I hope you enjoyed your stay!
