Les Villas de Poipu Kai sont le développement le plus récent et le plus luxueux du complexe touristique de Poipu Kai, situé sur la côte sud ensoleillée de Kauai! L'unité C110 est une villa de luxe de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains située au rez-de-chaussée, offrant plus de 1 600 pieds carrés d'espace habitable et une grande véranda donnant sur la magnifique ceinture de verdure de Poipu. Il dispose de deux chambres de maître spacieuses, avec des lits king size, salle de bains privative et beaucoup d'espace de rangement. Une troisième chambre a deux lits jumeaux et une salle de bain complète séparée supplémentaire.

Cette élégante villa est située près de la ceinture de verdure de Poipu, avec son allée pavée menant à certaines des plus belles plages de la rive sud de Kauai. Faites une promenade de 3 minutes à la plage de Brennecke pour observer les tortues de mer ou pour un bodyboard et bodyboard de classe mondiale. Ou dirigez-vous 5 minutes dans la direction opposée pour un accès rapide au Grand Hyatt Resort et à la plage Shipwrecks. Poipu est une base idéale pour explorer Garden Isle, de Waimea Canyon et Polihale à l'ouest à Princeville et Hanalei au nord.

Great location and wonderful villa. Gym was closed for the duration of stay. Easy walk to the beach, really appreciated the wagon and beach gear (inc. toys, chairs, pool noodles, cooler, boogie board and more!) Well appointed kitchen although the non-stick pans are getting worn. Would absolutely stay again, highly recommend!

Great vacation with adult children

Check in was easy. Location to beaches and a few restaurants was excellent. We used the green belt for hikes/running. Lots of room for 6 adults (2 couples, 2 other adults) to sleep, eat, and relax. Unit supplied with everything we’d want plus lots of extras (like sandwich bags, beach equipment, lint roller, aloe, etc). Only downside was there isn’t assigned parking and there were a few times we took the last spot with someone trying to come in behind us. Would definitely stay here again!

5 Days in Paradise

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this lovely and comfortable home. This unit is on the end of the building on the ground level. This allows the visitors to experience the beautifully landscaped grounds when sitting on the lanai.We all enjoyed the beautiful pool which is perfect for young and old. Perfect Property in Perfect Location

Excellent accommodation with everything you need in an ideal location. Next to pool with spa and five minute walk to beach, where you can see Green Turtles and Hawaiian Monk Seals lying on the beach. Also Spinner Dolphins and Humpback Whales frolicking in the sea, if you are lucky.

Elope in Paradise!

We loved our stay at Poipu Kai and would book again in a heartbeat! The grounds are stunning with lots of paths to explore. The house was airy, beautiful, and a great place to gather while exploring the island. The bathroom is Spa-Like and immaculate. We loved the living room windows that open completely so that the interior space merges with the outdoor patio if desired. Great central location for exploring South Kauai. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful comfortable condo for the whole family

Beautiful grounds, pool, and place. It was such a wonderful comfortable space for our family. I would come again in a heartbeat. It was so clean and beds were comfortable. The showers were amazing!! Condo is well laid out for privacy between guests. Well stocked beach gear and everything in good condition. Comfortable beds. Nice to have a stone walkway right from the condo to the beach. Pool and jacuzzi were well maintsined, perfect temperature and clear water. Nice big gas barbeques by the pool. Very quiet and relaxing.

We made this place our home for 16 nights! It was clean, comfortable, well equipped kitchen the location is fantastic as it is in the corner of building C which means your patio is not facing the pool. We loved being able to get up have breakfast and walk down to Poipu beach the accommodations, amenities and location made this place ideal. It is for families with kids we enjoyed the pool the green lawn where my boys kicked the soccer ball while we grilled. The BBQ’s were spotless they keep the grounds impeccably clean. I used their business center and gym I felt I was at a resort while having the comforts of home. We made several friends during our 2 plus weeks there. I appreciated how responsive Stephen was and the assistance received from Kat during our stay. This vacation for our family was one we will never forget. God willing we will be back soon. Thank you.

Kauai Perfection

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The accommodations went far and above our expectations, especially in the kitchen. We've stayed at many places that have slim pickins for cooking/baking in the kitchen, and we were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to eat at "home" because of all the supplies they had on hand. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms supplied great shower pressure. There were so many beach supplies. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. We wont hesitate to book this place again next time we come to Poipu.

Perfection

This was a perfect condo, island location, and pool. Our family of four could not have been happier with our choice of stay. It is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. It had all the beach supplies we needed too. Easy short walk to a boogie boarding beach, snorkeling spot and restaurants. We loved playing pickle ball at the nearby tennis courts. We really appreciated the AC in the hotter August temps. We will absolutely stay here again when we return to Kauai. Five stars in all ways.

Believe the Reviews! This Place is Great!

I always pick top rated properties, but expect to be let down at least a little. But this condo really lives up to all the glowing reviews it’s received. Three large bedrooms, a well appointed kitchen and a lovely outdoor space. The pool is steps away and the beach is a pleasant 0.4 mile walk through a park like setting. There’s a fun restaurant, Brennecke’s, close by. I could go on. Bottom line: you will not be disappointed if you stay here!

Awesome stay!

We had a dream stay at this house. My children said "Wow! This feels like a place we could live in forever". It is really well stocked, important for people like us who are dietarily-restricted and need to cook, and has ample bath and pool towels, also important for this active family. Other things to note: It is also immaculately clean, very spacious (we are from Texas so this is no small feat!), has lots of pool/beach related items so we didn't need to bring all of our stuff with us. Of utmost importance, Stephen was highly communicative, kind and receptive; we are so grateful. We will definitely DEFINITELY 100% stay here again. Thank you!
