A / C Brenneckes Beach House est une maison de vacances avec vue sur l'océan à trois, quatre chambres à coucher. Situé en face du parc de la plage de Poipu au cœur de Poipu, Kauai - cette maison de deux étages dispose de grandes baies vitrées, deux grandes vérandas (terrasses) et un système de divertissement T.V. Etre niveau diviser est comme avoir deux endroits distincts, mais vous êtes tous dans une maison. Oubliez d'être dans une petite chambre d'hôtel ou d'obtenir une chambre communicante sans espace. Cette maison est de 2500 pieds carrés. Beaucoup de place pour tout le monde. À quelques pas - 100 pieds de la plage. Pas d'emballage de la voiture, mettre tout le monde ensemble et ensuite oublier quelque chose. Vous venez chercher votre serviette et allez. Si vous avez oublié quelque chose, il est seulement un pas en arrière. Quelqu'un veut rentrer à la maison et de manger. Pas de problème, à quelques pas. Commodité rend cette maison du vacances de détente pour vous et tout le monde vous voyagez avec. Ne pas envie de sortir pour le dîner, barbecue sur le balcon et dîner sous les étoiles. Économisez de l'argent et le mal de tête de mettre tout le monde prêt à aller pour le petit déjeuner. Juste le petit déjeuner sur la véranda (balcon) et apaiser votre matin pour les belles couleurs de l'océan tandis que les vagues de l'océan se détendre votre corps et l'esprit. Nous avons une douche chaude / froide à l'extérieur-ce est le confort! Table de ping-pong dans le garage. laveuse et sécheuse complète dans le cas où vous voulez faire la lessive. Beaucoup de stationnement. Prêt à partir en vacances?

S'il vous plaît noter que le marqueur sur VRBO est incorrect. Nous sommes littéralement 150 pi. De la plage. Idéalement situé au shopping et de nombreux restaurants. Poipu Beach a récemment été reconnue comme la plage n ° 1 dans le U. S.A. Vous pouvez marcher ou de conduire à tous les nouveaux restaurants. Jouer au golf ou profiter d'un massage. Il est tout à votre porte.

Vous et vos invités seront à seulement 100 pieds de la plage avec vue sur l'océan et les sons apaisants de l'océan tous les jours. Poipu Beach a tout: bodyboard, surf, paddle board, plongée, vélo, ou tout simplement traîner manger une glace pilée.

We had so much fun and enjoyed our stay tremendously. The location was pefect and we all got to do all of the things we wanted. The downstairs ac needs attention, but everthing else was excellent! We will using VRBO again.

Great Stay in Poipu Beach

House was perfect for a beach vacation for 7 family members. Great view of the ocean and beach. Near restaurants. Sea turtles on the beach. Snorkeling and surf riding nearby. Air conditioning and fans. Full kitchen and laundry. Nice outdoor lanai.

Right at the beach

Great house right by Poipu and Brennecke's beach. Outdoor shower is super nice for getting the sand off after playing in the waves all day. Close to lots of places to eat. House is well put together, AC works really well.

Such an amazing Property!!!

Our family had such an amazing experience in Kauai! This property was a great location with everything our family of 7 could want. Just steps away from the beaches and such a comfortable house. Thanks to our host, Steve, all arrangements and contacts were easy and just as advertised. We hope to come back again sooooon!

Comfortable home, great location

Plenty of room upstairs and down for sleeping, baths, and living area. Lanai was great for just hanging out and looking out over the ocean. Poipu Beach right across the street with excellent turtle watching and snorkeling, which we did every day. Steve, our host, was always accessible and great to work with.

The location to the beach was amazing. Also loved how the adult rooms with private baths were upstairs and the kids had the downstairs all to themselves. Ideal set up for two families!

Poipu beach house

We enjoyed the house so much . Being right across the street from the beach and seeing the turtles come up every evening was amazing . The playground was an added bonus from our granddaughter. Host was very responsive and made sure we enjoyed ourselves. Definitely recommend staying here

Poipu Beach House - Family Vacation

We loved this spacious beach house. Short walk to the beach to snorkel, watch Green sea turtles and Monk seals. The perfect vacation spot for our family of seven. The house had everything we needed to enjoy the beach. Loved our stay. And the host was quick to reply! Thanks Steve!

Perfect Poipu Getaway

The owner, Steve, was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The home was perfect…well equipped and had everything you’d ever need. The location cannot be beat. The playground, the beach, the pickleball court, the turtles, restaurants within walking distance…all in all one of the most relaxing vacations we’ve ever had. We were all so happy to be there (5 adults, 1 toddler). Thank you.

Everything and more

As they stay in real estate, the three most important factors and considering purchasing a home are location, location, and location. For the location alone, you are not going to find a better property to rent, but the amenities and graciousness of the host go far beyond expectations. Our group had six, which was very easily accommodated with room to spare.Po’ipu Beach is an incredibly popular destination In Kauai. Whereas everyone else will be searching for parking for up to a half an hour, you will be taking a 3o second walk to see the turtles and the seals, watch the whales breach, snorkel and one of the most interesting coves, and body surf/boogieboard on one of the Local inlets. you will not be disappointed!

Great stay

Property was as described. Easy access to both Brenekke's and Poipu Beaches, with views of the ocean from the porch. Kitchen was reasonably well stocked. Could have used more kitchen towels. We texted with the owner about a small issue (our group needed an additional fan) and he was responsive, and reimbursed us for the purchase. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation in paradise!

Family fun for everyone!

We selected Kauai for our family vacation. There were nine of us including my adult children and grandchildren. This house was perfect for us. It was clean, had plenty of beds, an excellent open kitchen, dining, living area and a patio with ocean views. Steve was great with communication and the house had everything we needed. It was also just a few steps to the beach where we enjoyed snorkeling, boogie boarding, and relaxing in the sun. My favorite part was watching the turtles swim up to the beach to rest overnight or watching them swim back into the ocean each morning. Truly amazing!! A perfect family vacation for all ages.

Amazing House!!

What is not to love about this home? This space was perfect for our family of four plus two friends…the layout provides enough rooms for everyone to feel like they have their own space, each bedroom has a window toward the ocean (which is seriously steps away) and there are upstairs and downstairs decks. SO GLAD we chose this house over one of the hotels. We hope to return some day! Thank you, Steve. We were so blessed by your beautiful home!

Great location, across from Poipu beach. House was great.

The house was everything we expected and were looking for. The Location was perfect just 100 yards from the beach. House has plenty of space for all of your sleeping needs. Owner was quick to respond and helpful. There was snorkeling gear and beach towels available for our use. The AC was located in the upstairs family room and we used it daily, only negative thing I could say is the downstairs bedrooms were a little warm during the day but this is expected in Hawaii, during the evening it cooled off and was much more tolerable. We were extremely pleased with the home and location, and highly recommend it, as we plan on making this a regular family destination.

Magical stay

Spacious and airy. Outside merged beautifully with inside. We loved being so close to the park and beaches and water. It made it posssible for us to do our own things individually and easily reconvene all together. We all liked having a good mix of alone time and family time. It was pleasant to cook in the kitchen and there were numerous places to eat that we could walk to. We appreciated the stock of beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys ( which we used even though our youngest is 29), and various other beach paraphernalia. My wife and I especially loved leaving the louvered windows open and hearing the ocean at night. Parking was easy. The outdoor shower made rinsing off the sand easy and pleasant. Nobody wanted to leave and we all hope to be back again.

Great location! Right across from Poipu Beach Park.

The location of this property is unbeatable. It is right across the street from Poipu Breach Park, and in between Brennecke Beach and Poipu Beach. Each morning, the sea turtles and seals would come up onto the beach at Poipu. Brennecke is an awesome bodysurfing/ bodyboard beach, while Poipu has a nice cove for snorkeling, and a great surf break right to the West of that. ALL within walking distance. Also, don't forget to grab a Puka Dog and fresh squeezed lemonade at their spot right below Brennecke Beach Broiler. Yum! Steve is a great host, and the instructions are easy to follow. The house could use some updating, but we didn't really care too much because we were out at the beach most of the days. Mahalo!

Great Property

This house was perfect for us, plenty of room and parking for our whole party of 6 and two cars. It has easy access to the beach with lots of swimming, snorkeling, and boogie boarding opportunities. There is a nice big lanai on the upper level that is perfect for sitting and watching the ocean. My 101 year old father was with us and he spent hours out on the lanai! There are, by my father's count (lol) 13 steps to go up to the second floor. He was able to manage that but it is something to keep in mind if steps are a challenge. There is living area downstairs as well, but the kitchen and dining area are upstairs. Steve, the owner, was very assessable and responds almost immediately to emails and text messages if you have questions during your stay. I definitely 10/10 recommend this property!

Beautiful house in a convenient location

Our family of five adults, three children, and an infant enjoyed staying in this house for five days. The location was convenient, walking to the two beaches across the small road and 12 min walking distance to ShipWreck beach. The tennis court also has pickleball courts and we joined the locals in their open play in the morning. That was fun.The house is spacious, and we love sitting out and dining on the lanai. Plenty of towels and beach towels for use, and the outdoor shower with the wooden fence was great for cleaning up the kids before entering the house.The only surprise we had was somehow disappointing, as the second bedroom upstairs had no AC and was too warm to sleep despite the cooler temperature outside at night. We had to keep the living room AC on and use the small fan to blow air into the bedroom all night while sleeping. We were told that there is a plan to install AC in that bedroom in the future.The master bedroom I stayed in was nice, with a big bathroom and a good shower with good water volume and pressure.We are planning to stay in this house again. Hopefully, there will be a new iron and ironing board available to use the next time. Thanks for hosting us.

Cannot beat the location

Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. The location is top notch. It's a 3 minute walk to the beach, a 3 minute walk to Puka Dog, a 3 minute walk to Brennecke's... Just awesome. The lanai on the second floor is huge. The breeze was super nice all day. The second floor was very spacious. A nice layout. The kitchen was nice. The house is older. And you can definitely feel it. We had been getting bottled water during our stay, occasionally using the filtered water and ice from the fridge. The last day we ran out and the filter light came on the fridge. We realized after looking s little closer that the cleaners had not been maintaining that part of the fridge, so we ended up no longer using the ice or water. The first floor was spacious as well. It looks like they are in the process of renovating the first floor into something like an inlaw suite. It will look nice when it's done. The second bedroom downstairs was separated by a curtain and was very warm, even with the fan in the room. It was bareable mostly because it was not the peak of summer. The house overall could use a good deep cleaning. Like washing the rugs and carpets and getting a good mopping of the floors. The place was clean enough. But it just felt a little sticky.All this to say we really enjoyed this property. Sure there are things that could be a bit better. But overall it was a really good stay. The owner is an excellent communicator, which is always a huge plus. Highly recommend this location.

This property is wonderful for families. It’s a 2 minute walk to the beach that has both a calm bay on one side and the waves on the other. It’s perfect for toddlers and teenagers. The host is very responsive and friendly. The master bedroom and bathroom are large and comfortable. We’d definitely come back.

The location of the property was amazing. There was plenty of beach gear in the garage that made for the perfect beach day. Steve was great with the check-in and checkout process made everything super easy and was quick to respond. The only downside was the TVs didn’t work well as far as connection to the Internet and we kept getting kicked off of the Wi-Fi. Luckily the house is in such an amazing place, We weren’t on our phones/tablets at the house much at all so didn’t really bother us. All in all 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

This location is a dream, and the house is spacious, super comfortable, and has AC! We loved our time here so much. The view of the water never got old, and it was so nice being less than a five minute walk from Brennecke’s Beach, Poipu Beach, Puka Dog, and Brennecke’s Grill. If we ever return to south shore this is the only house we’d stay in!
