The property was super close to the beach with great views of the ocean from the front patio. The kitchen was clean and spacious. There was plenty of room to relax in the living room and the bedrooms/bathrooms were neat, tidy, comfortable and spacious. Overall great property!

Almost next door to the beach access path. Good view of ocean from the kitchen window in moderate density area. People walk by night and day. Looks like area is almost all vacation duplexes and fourplexes. It is the ground floor with someone living in the upper floor. Spacious kitchen/living area. Good sized bedrooms - one with bunks. Rental unit and nearby area are spotlessly clean. Short walk to small businesses. Nearest grocery is Sprouts at 1 mile away.

This is a cute spot! My kids loved the proximity to the beach and quick access to the boardwalk. We didn’t expect to open the window blinds to other guests playing ping pong in the back yard or seeing a car parked directly in front of the bathroom window. If this was one rental, it would be perfect. However, things felt a little cramped and loud as this is a split property.

Place was wonderful, beautiful views and beautiful neighborhood. Owner of the home was a great host, very nice and super sweet. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, we all had so much fun.

This was a beautiful property in an incredible location. Just far enough off the beach to have a little privacy while still having perfect access to the beach - beautiful sunsets! The house has a great kitchen and nice family room for gathering that links perfectly with the roomy front patio. We really enjoyed the firepit. The bedrooms are roomy and comfortable too. Bluewater was super attentive and responded to inquiries rapidly even over the holiday. We would definitely rent here again!

Great location with outstanding views.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is in a fantastic location and laid out to capitalize on the ocean view for the kitchen and outdoor patio. Nice bedrooms and sleeping arrangements. The kitchen is stocked nicely. Overall a great stay. We look forward to staying here again.

Great location- clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen. Awesome water pressure and nice hot water! Parking space was needed for sure so make sure you note it’s a small car space

Gorgeous Location, Cute Beachy Property

The photos of this condo did not do it justice! The location was perfect and the view from the kitchen / patio was beautiful. There was a lot of space to relax, and the outdoor patio was especially nice to spend time at. It was easy to walk back and forth from the beach, and to local shops.

Perfect location

This place is so beautiful! Plenty of room and a great size kitchen. However it was not listed that the back two bedrooms do not have A/C vents in them (at least I don't think it was) and you can heat the residents upstairs at all times.

Its a dreamy beach home bottom unit. Walk out front door, turn right walk down 3 more houses and go surfing.

Spring Break trip with family

The property was as described and shown in the pictures. Location was great. We used it as a home base for the zoo, LEGOLAND, and many beach trips. Would stay here again. Would consider a larger place with more outside areas if staying with children, but the beach is your backyard here. Check in and check out were seamless. Kitchen was well stocked. Bbq outside and the gas fireplaces - in and out - were easy to use.
