• Primary Suite (3rd Floor) – King bed, sleeps 2, private patio, ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2 (2nd Floor) – Queen bed, sleeps 2.
• Bedroom 3 (2nd Floor) – Queen bed, sleeps 2.
• Bedroom 4 (2nd Floor) – Queen bed, sleeps 2.
• Total guest capacity: 8 guests maximum.

• Beach Gear: Complimentary beach chairs, towels, and umbrella provided.
• Guests must sign a separate e-sign agreement with Coast Vacation Homes, and complete ID and credit card verification.
• There is a full-time, live-in housekeeper residing on the non-guest accessible first level. Guest privacy is respected at all times.
• The pictured driveway is not for guest use; ample street parking is available.
• Occasional minor airplane noise may be heard; the home is not directly under the flight path.
• Stairs are required to access the main living areas of the home.
