La maison et la petite maison sont toutes neuves! Nous sommes un établissement sans fumée. La maison principale a un chien, mais la petite maison est sans animaux. Accès facile avec entrée séparée et entrée sans clé! Place de parking privée. Si plus de deux personnes ajoutent 25 $ par nuit. Peut accueillir jusqu'à quatre personnes (2 dans la chambre et 2 sur le canapé-lit).

Here for work

Had an excellent stay! Hosts were excellent with communication; the place was perfect for what I needed--traveling by myself for work for several days. Location was close enough to many restaurant and shops (driving). Would absolutely stay again!

Second time stayed

Once again I stayed here to play in some poker tournaments at Bestbet (10 min away). Clean and quiet as always. I'll stay here everytime I go to Jacksonville. Every part of the process was simple and easy.

Loved the Crepe Myrtle Cottage!

We were very pleased with our accommodations. The cottage is clean, comfortable and well supplied. We especially enjoyed the private, peaceful, well-manicured backyard. Mindi and Rick provided detailed recommendations for area attractions, restaurants, beaches and shopping. We highly recommend!

So cute!

This little bungalow was just perfect for my boyfriend and I! It was so cute and clean and we really loved the hammock in the back yard! We felt so safe with all of the ring cameras and security lighting at night!

Perfect!!

Property was amazing - very nice clean and cozy. I stayed for a few months for work and I never had any issues with the property or owners. It made me feel right at home and was the perfect size for me! It is a small home like it says in the description, but it basically everything I needed especially in the kitchen so if you also need to stay here for an extended period you don’t need to bring any kitchen items, which is so nice! The property is gorgeous and I highly recommend it!

Home Away From Home

The hosts are incredibly helpful and provided recommendations for pretty much everything! They have clear and frequent communication without being overbearing. The actual property was also amazing. It’s a quiet neighborhood which made it that much easier to relax after long days. I was in town for testing at Mayo Clinic for the week which was fairly stressful. Their elite hospitality made for one less worry/stressor in my week and that means more than they know!

EVERYTHING was just wonderful about this cottage.

Just lovely ... from the entrance into this little wonderland cottage through the beautifully lit yard. EVERYTHING was just decorated neat and orderly throughout the entire place. The hammock was a comfy spot to read. The interior of the cottage is decorated so eloquently. It was so very inviting each night I came back to it. I could go on and on. The bed was super comfy and the comforter was the COMFIEST, FLUFFIEST most snuggly thing I've ever been wrapped up in. I'll be back ! <3

I had sworn off person-to-person rentals after a few recent unfortunate experiences, but I decided to take a chance on Rick and Mindi's Crepe Myrtle Cottage while I was quarantining ahead of taking my immunocompromised dad to Mayo Clinic. I cannot overstate how delightful the place was! I felt totally refreshed and recharged and Rick + Mindi were fantastic hosts. They responded immediately to any questions that I had, and gave countless suggestions for places to eat and things to do in the area. I felt safe, protected, and cozy and I was so sad when I had to check out. It's clear that they truly love the little cottage and they want their guests to be comfortable and taken care of. Five stars! Ten stars! So good!

Well designed, built and maintained property with excellent host organization and communication

Over the years, my wife and I have stayed at a number of properties hosted by owners or management companies. This property is one of the best. It is a recent renovation using quality products that provide a very nice decor but also are very functional. The instructions regarding check-in, neighborhood, use of both the inside and outdoor amenities were excellent. Mindi and Rick were always available to answer questions and anticipated our needs.

Close to Mayo Clinic

This is a great safe and secure place just 10 minutes from the Mayo Clinic with no really little traffic issues. Rick and Mindi are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. Playing with their dog Spartan is a welcome distraction. I would definitely recommend this place.

Met our needs perfectly!

This was hands down the best VRBO experience we've ever had. The unit was clean and well-appointed. Rick and Mindi are wonderful hosts whom, after our extended stay of nearly one month, we consider friends. We needed a quiet place to recover from heart surgery at the Mayo Clinic. It was perfect. We'd give the Crepe Myrtle cottage our highest recommendation.

You won’t find a better rental in this price range! The Crepe Myrtle Cottage is set up beautifully, perfect for two persons. The location is on a quiet cul de sac, no traffic. Totally convenient, just off Beach Blvd, easy to get to and convenient to shopping. The unit is clean quiet and comfortable, with all modern conveniences. The property is well maintained and attractive. The owners are attentive and helpful in any way. We make a lot of trips to Jacksonville, this is definitely our best stay ever.
