Ma liste était sur Airbnb avant ma liste ici et il y avait plus de 70 (critiques 5 étoiles sur Airbnb. S'il vous plaît examiner tous mes commentaires en images ci-dessous.

C'est un condo entièrement rénové avec 1 lit king size, 1 lit bébé est semi-privé avec des rideaux pour fermer la chambre. 1 salle de bain complète avec jacuzzi, lit de repos avec matelas pneumatique gigogne ci-dessous. Chambre d'enfant en bas âge. Ce condo est situé dans une rue résidentielle calme bordée d’arbres du parc Irving, idéalement situé à mi-chemin entre O'Hare et le centre-ville (15 minutes en taxi ou en train). Vous pouvez marcher jusqu'aux transports en commun (ligne bleue) ou prendre un taxi pour vous rendre à Wrigley, Lincoln Park ou au centre-ville.
Nous avons créé un espace idéal pour les familles, les amis, les amateurs de sport et les voyageurs d'affaires!

Irving Park est un quartier résidentiel calme et familial situé dans la partie nord de Chicago. Vous trouverez des bars et des restaurants disséminés dans les quartiers résidentiels, ainsi que des épiceries, des dépanneurs, des pharmacies et des magasins situés dans les rues principales (Irving Park, Elston et Addison).
Mes parents vivent ici depuis 35 ans et n’ont jamais eu de problèmes de sécurité. Ils sont tous deux retraités et voyagent!
Si vous louez une voiture pendant votre séjour, le parking dans la rue sera facile et pratique.

CVS, Walgreens et Tony's (épicerie) sont tous accessibles à pied. Vous trouverez des cafés et des restaurants dans le quartier, mais si vous cherchez une "scène de la vie nocturne", Irving Park n'en offre pas beaucoup.

Vous pouvez prendre un taxi, Uber ou les transports en commun (10 minutes à pied du train Blue Line) pour vous rendre n'importe où dans la ville en moins de 15 minutes.

NOT recommended, Stay AWAY!

The unit is a middle unit of a 3 flat. Arrived at night, NO porch light, hard to find the lockbox. Front door to building had bolt left open so it wouldn't close. When we went to open the door to the unit, the lock on the door was loose. It appeared as if the door had been kicked in prior and a plate was placed around the lock to cover up the door damage, yet you could still see cracks around the door lock. Once inside, there was no lever on the bolt lock above the door lock, rather, a key was required to lock the bolt lock. BUT, no key was given for the bolt lock. We found the same with the back door to the unit. These locks are ILLEGAL and dangerous. So we were not comfortable right away. The one bed in the one bedroom was pushed against a side wall with only ONE way to get in the bed. If the person sleeping next to the wall needs to get up in middle of the night, they are forced to crawl to the end of the bed to get in/out. The shower was a nightmare. It turns out that there is a 4 person jacuzzi tub, not a normal tub, with a high side and glass doors you need to step over and through to get to the shower inside. This style of jacuzzi tub is not meant to stand in for showering and is not safe. The mattress was actually comfortable BUT we couldn't sleep thanks to the tenant above who was walking back and forth, jumping, slamming things and crazy LOUD till 4am! We did NOT stay a 2nd night. This place should NOT be a short term rental AT ALL!!!! BEWARE! STAY AWAY!! RIPOFF!

I LOVED THIS PLACE

I loved it from the communication to the freedom , everything about the place was cleans and convient , its more so a one bedroom with sleep space ! We made it work and it was very comfy as well ! The neighbors were pleasant and I really enjoyed the stay!!!

Property is advertised as sleeping 6 adults. There are NOT bed spaces for 6 adults. One bedroom with a door & 1 king bed. One curtained off space with a twin & trundle bed. One closet with a CRIB bed in a frame on the floor. Thankfully the couch was large or someone would have had to sleep on the floor. The tub is sunken and jetted and is not easily accessible. I’m 5’ and could just barley step in. My husband has physical limitations and in no way could use the tub/shower. To the owner: advertise your property correctly. It only sleeps 4 adults and you know it. You also need to provide more sheets since you have people sleeping on a couch.

Not two bedrooms

I am sorry, but this place was advertised as "two bedrooms" and it is not. There is only one bedroom and in the living room there is a bunk bed and a curtain to "divide" it from the sitting area of the living room. There is a closet space where a tiny little child's bed was put in (not even a twin bed) perhaps good for families with a 2-3 year old who is not afraid of tight places. I specifically asked for parking and was told there was "parking in the street" -- Not so. This is a crowded street with many buildings, many people and, therefore, many cars. We ended up parking at least a few blocks away each time. Bathroom door did not work. Bedroom floor had not been swept when we arrived -- there were hairs and bobbie pins on the floor as if someone had been fixing their hair, and a tube of purple paint. For a two night stay, it was ok.

Short girls trip

My self and my best friend rented this air bnb for a short trip with my teenage daughter and her two friends. Overall it was a great experience in a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay again.

Loved this place! Perfect for families and groups!

Myself and four of my friends stayed here to celebrate my birthday. I was the only one that had been to Chicago but I had only been once and I have to say this location was perfect! We loved the convenient street parking since we had drove. We had no problems getting Ubers and were able to get into the city quickly. We also took the train one day which was within walking distance of this place. The place was very clean and check in was a breeze. We had plenty of space for 5 women. The only downside was only having one bathroom but we made it work. The property owner is very nice and easy to get into contact with. We are already planning another trip and hope to stay here again! Thank you for the awesome place!!!

Awesome Condo

When I first stumbled upon this apartment, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. The place was very clean, comfortable, modern and it had everything possible to feel at home, Edith is the most thoughtful, and gracious host. The bedroom, bathroom, and shower were excellent as well as the TV entertainment center. Not to mention the travel brochures, restaurants, and special attraction guides that were in the living room area. I had no issues with street parking. The check in and check out process was simple. Edith was easily available to contact and her parents also resided in the building. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and I know I will rent this condo in the future. Thanks Edith!

Comfortable but noisy

I really wanted to love this property. The owner was very nice, responsive and easy to contact. It is also in a very nice neighborhood. Finding street parking was super easy. It has a great layout, and the beds are very comfortable. It really had all the space we needed for a two night stay with three small kids. Unfortunately, the upstairs tenant kept us up all night. In fact, on the second night, s/he kept us up until to 2:30 a.m. I do not believe the tenant was being unreasonably loud, but because of the building (no sound barrier), there was no avoiding us hearing every single footstep, chair push, toilet flush, etc. And given that we could hear voices from above, I have no doubt they heard ours from below - so I was equally concerned/self-conscious about the amount of noise we were making. This was a deal breaker for us and we will not be returning. There were also a few long black hairs on the floor in the living room, bathroom and couch when we arrived that I had to wipe up - otherwise the place seemed clean.

Neat and updated apartment

Edith has a very clean and up-to-date modern apartment. The best I've stayed while in Chicago. The living room area is huge with a comfortable couch. The main bed room bed was one of the best bed I've slept in. The only reason why I gave a 4 star out of 5 is because the 2nd bedroom is the size of a small closet with a toddler bed in it. I would definitely recommend this apartment to a small size group to stay in.

They still live here but , Just retired and now travel a lot. They spend there time with me in Dallas, Tx. and they also travel to Leon , Gto. Mexico. I wanted to help them to make extra money for them to enjoy there retirement. I live in Dallas texas for the last 13 years but, go back to Chicago 4-6 times a year. ( I have all my family there) I love RENTING for my travels and have used it so many times. I now host and have experience as a guest. So ,I know what guest may like for there stay.
