Nice and convenient

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seaside Towers is at convenient location with different bus routes. Condo is clean and secured. My daughter and I spent a month here and supplies are sufficient. All electric appliances are also well maintained, nice feeling when doing "housework", LOL. The only downside is the carpark which located at the lower floor is too small as part of the parking was being used for building's infrastructure. We didn't rent a car so it's alright but my friend with family members just can't park his car and had to park at the meter. To sum up, we have good experience here at Seaside Towers and would recommend it to others.

Hits and misses

Overall the property was fine. Not great but not bad just fine. The light switches were confusing and the amount of electrical expanders was a bit unnerving. For the price I guess it was fair? The AC made the room warmer oddly, unless it was on fan mode and I couldn't cool down below 80 degrees at night unless I had the windows open. Then it was loud. It's near shops and all which is fine. If you plan to spend very little time in the unit then you'll be fine, if you want to feel homey or to be able to easily use the TV you won't like. I couldn't even get the Netflix to work. All in all it was fine. Like I'd give a solid B-.

It’s was perfect.

Better than expected.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were pleasantly surprised by how much we enjoyed our stay at the condo. Though the condo tower is around 60 years old, we found our unit was very clean, well equipped for long stays and relatively quiet. The tower has a high ratio of owner occupied which meant better security and lower tourist traffic and noise. The location is right in the heart of Waikiki with many restaurants, stores and bus services nearby. The weather was very humid during our stay and we found the portable air conditioner could not keep up with the demand. Also he plastic air duct to the a/c needs to be replaced. We would also recommend installing black out curtains in the bedroom to reduce the light and heat. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would return to this unit.

Great Value

Great property in a great location. A definite value. If you are going to Waikiki consider this unit. The photos are fairly accurate. The hosts did everything they could to make our stay a wonderful time. Right in the center of Waikiki within walking distance to so much. We rented the unit as a transition to move to the mainland. When we go back for a visit this unit will be the first we consider.

Idealer Standort in Waikiki

Standort liegt im Herzen von Waikiki.. Alle notwendigen Geschäfte und der Strand sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Schneller Anschluss an die Autobahnen. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen bestens ausgestattet. Insbesoneder die Waschmaschine und der Tumbler sind ein Plus. Einziger Wehmutstropfen ist der kleine (kurze) Einstellplatz in der Tiefgarage.

Great stay!

We spent a wonderful time at this rental. It is spotless when we arrived and the location was perfect. You can walk to Waikiki beach and all the good restaurants nearby. The manager was really kind and responsive to email/messages. Overall, it’s a great place to stay as a vacation home!

Reviewer Comments: 1ヶ月滞在しました。お部屋は清潔で快適、場所も便利。駐車スペースは狭いので、レンタカー利用時はコンパクトカーが良い。事前に分かっていたので問題無し。ただ、パーキングから外に出る時もリモコンキーが必要なので、チェックアウト後レンタカーを空港で返却の場合は注意が必要。レンタカーを一旦、シーサイドAvなどに置き、リモコンキー返却の際に再度部屋に戻る必要があります。パーキングスペースは、階下にあります。なので、スーツケースがあると少し大変です。全体的には、大変良いコンドミニアムですので、また機会があれば利用0
