Sandy Key est une des plus grandes propriétés en front de mer dans le Florida Panhandle avec plus de 790 pieds de front de mer. Notre fraîchement peinte et meublée unité possède un grand balcon privé donnant sur les plages de sable blanc et les eaux émeraude du golfe du Mexique. Perdido Key a été classé comme le top 5 des plages par Conde Nast. Sandy Key se trouve à quelques minutes à pied du golfe Island National Seashore avec de belles dunes de sable et une faune variée. levers et couchers de soleil de balcon sont superbes!

Notre condo a été entièrement rénové et réaménagé y compris draperies personnalisées, écran plat HD TV sont dans les deux chambres et le salon. DVD fourni dans le salon également. Internet sans fil est disponible dans toute l'unité. Cuisine Magnifiquement décorée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable pleine grandeur et tous les éléments essentiels de cuisine fournis. Pour votre commodité, une laveuse et sécheuse sont fournis dans le condo.

Sandy Key a deux piscines, dont une chauffée, un bain à remous, salle d'exercice et des courts de tennis et de la plus belle plage de la clé.

Nous fournissons tous les draps y compris la literie, serviettes de bain et cuisine. Nous vous suggérons d'apporter des serviettes de plage. Ce est notre condo personnels que nous pensons que vous serez vraiment plaisir!

Weekend Getaway

My husband and I loved our stay this past weekend! The condo was just as described. Easy check in and check out. The location was perfect, we was in a couple of miles of some great restaurants! We would definitely stay here again.

Overall condo unit, resort, amd area

The unit was overall exactly what we were looking for. Lots of updates have been made and it was fully stocked. Having a storage unit for beach stuff was absolutely the best weve stayed many times in various condos and never have had this luxury.The only negatives to the unit would be there was no hot water in the kitchen, the master bath could use some updates with more lighting, and the elevator can be heard every time it is used. The condo was very clean and beautiful all around. The pool and beach was perfect. It would be nice if Sandy Key would hire a beach comber to help clean the beach ( there was seaweed all over the beach and hid the beautiful white sand that the area ia known for. Perdido Key is very laid back and prides itself on that atmosphere. If you want to do anything upbeat and high energy youll need to drive to Orange Beach or Pensicola. Thats where all the shops, ice cream, and most of the restaraunts are. The seafood pick was by far The Salty Pearl! The best seafood we"ve ever had in the panhandle!!! We also ate at the FloraBama at Orange Beach...a must as well!

Great location and perfect unit for us. The building is close to state parks and great restaurants, but still has a feeling of being a bit secluded. Excellent communication and responsiveness from the owner.

Fantastic Condo

Enjoyed our stay. Property met expectations and convenient to places we wanted to see. Got to see Bamahenge but Lady in the Bay was not there yet. Fairhope AL is a great day trip.

Beth was awesome! The stay was amazing. They were very fast to respond to any concerns we had, and the pictures are very accurate for the property! You’re beach side, 8th floor, and everything described is as expected!

Great condo and location

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Even during peak season, the complex and beach never felt overcrowded. Having access to the storage unit on the first floor for beach chairs, etc. was especially nice. The unit is well stocked with everything you would need during your stay. Dealing with the owner (Beth) leading up to our stay, was easy as well. I will definitely look to book this condo in the future.

Very nice place and owners.

This is our 2nd time at the complex and first time at this condo. Place was as advertised and fairly well equipped. Large balcony with great views. Owner was very nice and responsive. Would prefer a local place to pick up and leave keys vs mailing back, but minor detail. Would stay here again if we come back.

Amazing Views

Everything was great. The icing on the cake was waking up to an amazing view every morning. The private beach access allowed space and comfort for the kids to enjoy the sand. We prepared our own meals and had everything we needed. Never had to wait for the elevator to get to the top floor. Would definitely stay again!

Great Family Stay

We just returned from five days at this condo. Very clean and spacious. Washer and dryer available which was nice to have. Great communication from the owners. Some noise from being close to the elevator but it quieted down later at night. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking necessities. We did not use much as we were on vacation and didn’t want to cook! Location is perfectly located between Pensacola and Orange Beach on beautiful Perdido Key.

WONDERFUL SPRING BREAK

Overall the condo was very nice, very clean. We loved being on the 8th floor for the view. Pools were nice, gym was great. This was our 4th time staying at Sandy Key and I believe I would definitely rent this one again. Owners were a delight to chat with and answer all questions and were quick to reply with a small glitch we had. Other than that, this place is awesome. The swings overlooking the beach is one of my favorite places to be.

Great Condo with Amazing Views

This was our first time to vacation in this part of Florida as we usually vacation at Navarre beach. The condo had everything we needed. It was well furnished, very clean, nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The views of the Gulf was breathtaking from the balcony and the beach was pristine and white. This condo is conveniently located to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. The owners, Beth and Charles are fantastic and very easy to work with. You will not be disappointed staying here as I highly recommend staying here. My family and I had such a great and relaxing time on our vacation that we are planning another trip to this property soon.

Great location, nice place

Overall our experience was good. The location was great to access many restaurants and fun activities. The property itself was nice. During our stay it was more during off season so they were doing some maintenance and painting outside and elevator repairs. The only negative to this condo is it’s right next to the elevator on the 8th floor. From the guest bedroom, you can hear the elevator motor sound. We used a fan at night to help drown out that noise. Outside of that the condo is very spacious and nice.

Beautiful & Relaxing Stay

This is the first time my husband and I have visited this part of Florida and it had been over two years (because of CoVid) since we had been anywhere. So, staying at this lovely location and gorgeous condo felt like heaven. We initially had a couple of glitches (we were driving in the dark and couldn't find our way) and then had a bit of difficulty operating the TV. However, with the guidance of the very helpful owners, we quickly found the place and were able to get the TV working. The condo was completely updated and beautifully furnished and we immediately felt right at home. Our view from the 8th floor looking out over the beach and Gulf of Mexico couldn't be beat and was stunning. We would highly recommend staying at this condo and hope to come back in the future.

Beach Haven

I'm so glad that I chose Sandy Key for our girls getaway. This unit is on the 4th floor, Tower 1 of 3. You step out of the elevator and it's literally steps to your unit!! The complex is well maintained and I noticed several people working on the grounds while we were there. I love the fact that 1 of the 2 pools is heated-with a restroom centrally located in Tower 2-so convenient. We rented the beach loungers/umbrellas for the weekend-again, so convenient. The condo is beautifully decorated-you won't be disappointed. We stocked up on food/drinks @ Publix on our way in. There are other major chain stores in the area as well. Several restaurants in the area as well. Perdido Key has long been one of my favorite beaches-and I think I've now found my favorite condo! Thank you Sandra and Jay for such a smooth transaction from start to finish.

Lovely condo

The view from the balcony is just beautiful. There were plenty of towels, dishware, silverware and pots/pans. The unit was clean and accommodating. We never had to wait more than a minute or two for an elevator. The storage locker was full of chairs, beach toys, a canopy tent and an umbrella. Having this so close to the beach made it so much easier each night as we carried items up after a long day on the beach. We did the Wal-Mart grocery ordering and just went in to pick up groceries vs having to spend time at the grocery....what a time save that was. BUT....beware if you go late in the afternoon on Saturday, you will hit major traffic at the bridge. The only real con of the condo is you can hear the mechanism of the elevator in the bedrooms. Not loud, just a humming sound each time the elevator moved. We kind of got used to it. Overall, it was well worth the money spent.

We had such a wonderful experience here! The views of the ocean were breathtaking—waking up to the sound of waves was pure magic. The building was spotless and very well-maintained, which made our stay feel even more relaxing. The beds were super comfortable, and the living area was spacious and cozy—perfect for lounging after a day at the beach. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful getaway!
