Another wonderful stay!

This is our second trip to this property and it was just as wonderful as it was our first time! The location is perfect, parking was easy, the property was clean and comfortable. We are looking forward to our third stay!

It was a perfect week. Nicely decorated condo with large kitchen and new, quality appliances. We loved the large capacity washer and dryer. Nice to keep up on laundry and go home without any dirty clothes. The balcony is large and so comfortable to sit and watch the waves come rolling in. We had a great time crab hunting every evening with my grandsons (ages 3 and 6). Condo is located close to shopping and entertainment. I hope to return to this lovely home away from home yearly.

This condo has a great layout at a great location. The owner provides everything you need and we did not have any problems. If you are looking for a beach front property in perdido key area look no further.

Beach getaway

My daughter, daughter in law, and I came down for the Mullet toss and stayed in this beautifully decorated condo on the beach. The host is very nice and easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to stay here again!

A Short but Wonderful Visit to a Warm and Beautiful Area

This was an easy in and easy out, and beautiful condo. It included literally everything that we needed. We love the area near the Florida-Alabama Gulf Coast. We try to get down to this area for a week in the February-March time period, and have done so 6 or more times. The beach is peaceful, and much less crowded than during the summer season.

Wonderful!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this condo. Everything was as advertised. Condo was clean and beautifully decorated. The view from the large balcony was amazing! Kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. The beds are super comfortable .The owner is awesome and very accommodating. Would absolutely stay here again

Cozy clean convenient

We have loved Perdido the past couple of years and hope to stay in this property again! Clean, up to date, all the condo essentials you need for a great and easy beach trip. Check in was smooth and no problems during our stay. Comfy beds and nice linens. Very pleased!

Great stay

We have been visiting Perdido/Orange beach area for twelve years. This is by far the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in. We loved the condo itself and the property. Loved the closet and ice maker was a bonus! Great location as well. So easy to work with Jenny and she was very thorough with her checkin and check out procedures. Highly recommend!

Amazing Stay!

We booked this condo for a getaway with my best friend and her her husband. Having grown up in Pensacola my expectations can be a bit high and this beautiful condo did not disappoint! The communication with Jenny was by far the best out of any rental I have stayed in. We had a minor issue with the door code and she immediately responded and helped. The condo was sparkling clean, well stocked, beds we’re comfortable and the view was spectacular. We will be making this our new yearly trip place to stay.

Beautiful condo with beautiful views

This condo exceeded my expectations. As soon as we walked in and set our things down, the kids asked “Can we live here!?!!” The balcony with the view of the beach was a little piece of heaven. The walk to the beach was short and easy. The condo was exceptionally clean and well taken care of. The large ice maker was a nice touch and was amazing for packing a little lunch and drinks cooler. Highly recommend!

Perfect vacation

Can’t say enough good things about this home. The unit is spacious and well laid out. The furnishings are lovely and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessity. Location to food/activities is great, beach access is a snap, and view from the oceanfront balcony is gorgeous. The view from the kitchen and 2nd bedroom is lovely as well. When choosing a vacation rental, the size and furnishings of the balcony was important to us. This balcony is large and well furnished. Communication with the owner could not have been better. Perfect vacation. (Side note, the guest bed is squeaky. That is our only complaint). We will be back. Highly recommend.

Great Residence and Communication

The condo was perfect for a low-key get away with a group of high school senior girls. The girls piled into the second bedroom with the bunk bed and queen bed, which left the large bedroom with the view to the attentive adult. The condo itself was beautiful with a large deck and everything we needed for a laid-back week at the beach. It is not in the middle of the hustle of Orange Beach or Gulf Shores, but there were plenty of restaurants and stores close by. The communication and directions by the host was excellent. The only thing we did not know was that the beach-side pool was out of order during the time we were there in March.
