This beautiful Gulf-front vacation rental includes large patio doors in the living room, and main bedroom leading to a private patio that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Other features of this warm and inviting vacation rental include a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The main bath includes a walk-in shower and twin sinks. Each bedroom and the living area have TVs and DVD players.

THINGS TO KNOW
This is a non-smoking vacation rental, which applies both inside the home and on the balcony. (There is a dedicated smoking area in the parking lot.) This policy is strictly enforced.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Wouldn’t rent again

My initial rating for cleanliness was a 4. There were long hairs in the garden tub, but I knew we wouldn’t use it anyway, so not a big deal. But as our stay progressed, there were issues. There is what appears to be mold in the shower and on the exhaust vent. On day 3, I noticed 2 large toenails in the bedroom floor - none of us cut our nails while there. 🤢 There is also not a dead bolt or any interior lock on the door like most hotels have. On day 4 of our stay, our code quit working. My son was in the unit to let us in, but I texted guest services. They first gave me a response about not checking in until 4. It was 5:30, and we weren’t just checking in! They offered some things to do, but nothing worked. My son said he thought he had entered ***6** instead of ***9** when he went in, but the door opened. So we tried that, and it for sure worked. So I guess they changed the code a day early, and guest services wasn’t able to troubleshoot that. The internet was very spotty. Our cell service was bad and many time we couldn’t even search for restaurants or maps on WiFi.

Short trip

We have stayed in this building many times. This unit is adequate for what we needed. Good location. Good floor (13) to view wildlife from the balcony. Good swimming location. Across from our favorite pizza (Lillian's). Loved the table and chairs on the balcony. The unit is older with stained, but comfortable furniture. Older appliances, but all worked. Decor was minimal and not well though out. That didn't bother us, but did affect my overall rating. Some maintenance and updating would be a plus. The price was good value and that reflects the current state. We never realized the building is not very well insulated between floors until this visit with a rude person above us scraping chairs on the tile and watching loud TV at all hours of the night and morning. Duly noted for future reference.

Clean, cool, and overall great place to vacation!

Condo was very clean, a/c worked wonderfully, and very convenient to get to and access to the beach was awesome!!! Only issue is parking, but not a deal breaker.

Birthday Trip

The location of the condo was perfect, not alot of people around and easy to get around. Quick drive to Orange Beach and to Pensacola. The condo itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. I liked that Vacasa did reach out once we were settled to make sure all was well. We agreed this is a property on our return to visit list.

Spring Break

Our family loved this home for our spring break trip! We enjoyed the pool (even though it was chilly) and the hot tub. Access to the beach was perfect. We were disappointed in Vacasa’s response time. There wasn’t enough towels for each guest. No oven mitts in the house. Only one extra blanket in the whole house. The kitchen light flickers and the sliding door makes an awful sound when the wind hits it. Even through all that we really enjoyed our stay and our trip. We would come back!

Serene, Clean, Marine, but No Caffeine

Everything was wonderful. The view is amazing. The accommodations were clean. The marine life, the birds, (pelicans, herons and seagulls mostly), and the boats passing by occasionally, was entertaining at times, peaceful and relaxing to observe from the balcony. That particular stretch of beach is sparsely populated, relatively speaking, and really nice to take early morning and late evening walks on. Two issues that were a little disappointing: There were two coffee makers. Both were broken/non-working. The other issue: This only happened two days. Despite the fact that it's supposed to be a no smoking property, there was someone smoking while sitting out on their balcony. Their smoke filled our balcony. They were only there two days, but it was still a disappointment. I imagine we could have called and complained about the broken coffee makers and the cigarette smoke, but we made do. Sometimes when you complain, it can backfire. We didn't want angry neighbors, and figuring out how to make coffee without coffee makers is easy enough. Still, we would highly recommend working with Vacasa. Everything went smoothly, and there were people on site to care for any issues. Thank you for a wonderful time, Vacasa!

Beautiful Views

We enjoyed a month long stay in this condo. It was clean and well- stocked. The kitchen had a pizza pan, muffin pan, casserole dishes, and plenty of other pots and pans. The balcony has comfortable zero gravity chairs as well as a table and seating. Cleanliness 10; Safety equipment 10; Kitchen Function 10 ( has everything you need to cook, serve , and clean,) ; Laundry function 7 ( washing machine is loud and slow but it does the job) Maintenance 8( could use paint touch ups, updated furniture, washing machine) ; furniture and comfort 7 : view from balcony PRICELESS!; Overall experience 9( Would definitely stay here again) Perhaps for winter guests more blankets could be provided. Tip for guests: If during a windy night you hear a shrill whistling sound, put a towel at the bottom of the Living room sliding door.

Spa Whirlpool Inoperative

Good property overall, clean and up-to-date with good furnishings inside and on the balcony. The beach chairs are in serious need of WD-40 but we were able to make them work. The hot tub was not even close to being hot and other property owners informed us it has been an ongoing issue for some time. The property ad should indicate it does not work. My group visited in January and one of the key things we had planned to enjoy, and had booked this property for, was to enjoy a hot tub. Needless to say, we were very disappointed and the property owner refused to offer us anything, not even so much as an apology. If the ad for this property was accurate (aka "honest"), I would not have been upset; however, the ad continues to offer a "Spa Whirlpool" as an amenity. Mr. / Ms. Property Owner, It is only an amenity if you're a penguin and love cold water.

Perfect!

I would definitely recommend this condo! It was very clean and just like the pictures. King size bed was comfortable. The shower had great water pressure. This condo had everything we needed and the location was great. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful beach area

Loved the beach and pool combination. The condo was cute and comfortable. The view was gorgeous and people in the area friendly. The location wasnt super built up which was nice. The main road was a bit hard to pull out onto. Would suggest little charges like providing beach towels and basic spices.

Decent condo, but could have been better

The condo unit was cute and spacious. I liked the layout. The table and chair set out on the balcony was nice. We liked eating out there. If I’m being honest, the mattress was uncomfortable and we did not sleep well. It was a challenge cooking food as far as baking pizza, cookies, & baked fish due to the fact that there were no pans. The parking space was the worst one. It was space 53. There’s a sign at the pool area to go to space 53 for smoking and it was a tight squeeze. Also, when we pulled the covers back to go to bed on night one, the sheets were stained with red spots. It looked like blood. So there are definitely things that could have made the stay more comfortable.

Great….but…..!

Okay; this is a beautiful spot, comfortable beds, good furniture, useful kitchen and baths. Slightly dated… - a lightbuld out in one bathroom - an outlet in Master next to master bed not functioning (one outlet works, one does not) - master bath sinks completely stopped up - weather stripping around door peeling off… That said; I would even stay here again, provided the above things are tended to (easy fixes)…..nice view, beautiful beach…. Two issues worth nothing… - right now (December) they are conducting major exterior work that begins at 8 and can be heard in the unit; and does not wnd until end of day… AND ….the “designated smoking area” for the entire condo is “Parking Space 53,” the same space designates for this unit… If you are used to staying in a condo that is stocked (coffee filters, spices, olive oil, etc.) you will not find those here…salt and pepper….that’s it. Gym is equipped but SMALL space…mayvr no more than 2 patrons at a time.. Again, overall—a good spot…fix the above and my rating would move from 3 to 5 Stars….. Vacasa was great to work with…..

Great Stay

Great room, great location on the beach with a great view, near good restaurants. The only reason I gave a 4 on the check -in is because there is no early check-in. Not a big deal, but would have been nice to have the option. I would stay again.

Perdido Key is pardise

The location of the condo, the ease of check-in, parking, and check-out were so easy. We booked this condo specifically because it included a chair and umbrella setup at the beach for the entire stay. We were notified by Vacasa a couple of weeks before arrival and notified that the relationship with the beach service had been cancelled. We called Vacasa directly and were told that we would not receive a credit. That disappointed us. All the balconies in the building overlook the Gulf of Mexico. The balcony was a good size that accommodated a high top table for 4, and a few extra chairs for seating. We were very disappointed with the internet. You would not think that would be a concern for a leisurely trip to the beach. However, when we wanted to research things to do or restaurants, we had a very spotty connection. It was frustrating. The unit needed some bulbs replaced and some plumbing issues addressed. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay.
