Beau studio privé calme avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan depuis le pont commun ou votre terrasse privée ainsi que par la porte principale du studio. NOUVEAU: unité de climatisation pour les nuits chaudes (bien qu'un ventilateur de plafond soit généralement tout ce qui est nécessaire). La kitchenette extérieure est parfaite pour les voyageurs ayant un minimum de cuisson. Terrasse commune a grande table de pique-nique, barbecue à gaz, et une laverie. Beau cadre tropical, lanai couvert pour les repas, la lecture ou le yoga. Une promenade de 8 minutes à Lanikai ou Kailua Beach et une promenade à travers le parc à Buzz's Restaurant ou Kalapawai Market. Entrée privée. Great Beach Hideaway

My wife and I booked this studio for our anniversary. The owner was helpful and friendly and had the kitchen well stocked, and we appreciated the kayak and snorkeling gear. We really enjoyed breakfasting on the private deck with a great view of the Mokes. It was cozy for two people but was great to come back to and relax after a day of adventuring!

Exceptional location, wonderful host

We had a lovely month in Lanikai, staying at Noni’s artistically furnished garden suite. We could watch the sun rise from our bed , walk to either Lanikai or Kailua Beach (hence avoiding the traffic and parking challenges particularly in Lanikai ), and enjoy being in a peaceful residential neighbourhood with friendly neighbours .. We were concerned the kitchenette might be a challenge for a month’s stay , at a time of covid when we preferred not to frequent restaurants but found even in the small space , we could still , with some planning , prepare three course meals. Noni was very generous , adding a rice cooker and toaster oven to our kitchen . Noni is a wonderful host , very welcoming yet respectful of our privacy , and plays a wicked game of scrabble too The location on top of a hill has an outstanding view, and although you do share the deck space (and washer and dryer), really not a problem . Mahalo Noni, we shall meet again . Anna and Sue

Nice but not as private as expected.

Great view. Set up was nice other than that there were 2 other rentals on the same property which limited the privacy for us. We didn't understand that there would be others renting at the same location. Would have preferred more privacy. Noni was very nice and professional in how she managed the property.

Lanikai Studio

Noni’s property is wonderful and it is perfectly located near Lanikai and Kailua beaches. Morning sunrises and views of the Mokes from the patio can’t be beat. Everything you may need is just two miles away in town. I would highly recommend her place! Mahalo!

Breathtaking view

Ms. Noni, is a sweet lady to work with. Her generosity of opening her home to others, shows an selfless spirit. She is extremely educational by providing options of the local cuisine, her eye for detail in her art is jaw dropping and her spirit of the island is heartwarming. The proximity of her home to town is an easy 5-7 mins and the options are endless. If you're looking for a home to stay with a serene feel, this is the place. Mahalo!

Great location

Property worked well. Great location to lanikai and Kailua beaches. Great views and clean comfortable accommodations. Would stay again. Noni the property owner was great. A part of her family was staying at same time and it was like no one else was there.

What a treasured find!

This place was absolutely amazing. Drinking coffee from the Patio every morning to see the most breathtaking sunrises. Walking distance to the beach as well.

Always a breeze

It was a wonderful stay and we enjoyed the view and having the breeze going through the apartment all the time. We didn’t cook there, always went out to eat, except in the morning. The location is great. Easy walk to Lanikai beach. There is only one restaurant down there, which we walked to as well. You need a car to go downtown, which is fun with a few breweries and restaurants. Noni was helpful with everything! Thank you! I would love to come back!

Noni’s place

Great place to stay. Going to sleep every night to the sound of distant surf, rustling palm fronds and occasionally rain falling on the foleiage. Ideal for a weeks stay. Central to everything you need on Oahu.

Home away from home

Noni was such a welcoming host. The house is perfectly located. We walked to and from Kailua daily and back and forth from lanikai no problem. Didn’t have to deal with any crazy lanikai traffic as it’s at the end of the loop. The bed was very comfortable and you can’t beat those views! Best views are from the shared deck but the smaller private deck is very peaceful. Loved the outdoor kitchen. Very clean. Exactly what we needed. Mahalo Noni!!

Perfect

This is a lovely spot. Noni is a wonderful host. There is a charming indoor space as well as great views from several outdoor spaces, well-appointed, and charming. We were happy to be tucked up and away from the main road through Lanikai, which is busier than it was during our last stay (20 years ago!). We will be back sooner this time.

Loved it!

We stayed for 3 nights here and really enjoyed it! The view really is just as colorful as the pictures are, amazing sunrise views looking out over the Mokes. There were all kinds of beach gear available for the short walk down the hill to Lanakai Beach including a tandem sit-on-top kayak which we took advantage of. The wheels to the cart the kayak down were not the greatest fit and it was a challenge getting it back up the hill, perhaps bring some straps to help the kayak stay in place for an easier transport. There were all kinds of options on where to hang out at the house depending on what you prefer. Noni was a wonderful host and was very helpful. It seemed like a bit of a walk to get to any services, so we ended up driving to town which was about 5 to 10 minutes away. We'd definitely return next time we stay on Oahu's windward side, a lovely visit!

Cute, Quaint & Clean

This is a great VRBO rental for 2. Awesome location, cute decor & set up. Rental was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Great view from Lanai!!

A little piece of paradise

Spectacular view of the ocean and of The Mokes.... beautiful beaches close by for swimming and long walks. Our accommodations were perfect - we enjoyed preparing our meals in the outdoor kitchen and waking up to the sound of the ocean waves. We loved our early mornings on the deck watching the sun rise. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Noni was a wonderful hostess, flexible and accommodating to our needs.

Beautiful stay

We stayed at Noni's studio for few days and had such a relaxing time. The view of Lanikai from the room was exactly what I had hoped for. Noni was very helpful and responsive with our questions. Thank you for a lovely stay. Hope to visit again.

Amazing place in an amazing location!

This is a perfect little Hawaii studio with comfortable accommodations, an awesome outdoor space and is an easy walk to beautiful Lanikai and Kailua beaches. Also, Noni, the owner couldn't be nicer. We had a great week here and wouldn't hesitate to come back and stay here again!

Artist and longtime Lanikai resident, Noni, her siblings and parents have lived in this Lanikai home perched on the hill since 1961. She is the retired art teacher from Kailua High School and currently teaches fitness and yoga classes in Kailua.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Private entrance down the staircase on the side of the house. Parking on the front grassblock. Roughly 250 square feet including the covered outdoor spaces. Our common deck is shared with guests and family as needed. You can interact as much or as little as you wish.Large common deck outside of the main door. You'll hear palm trees swaying all night.

Our quiet neighborhood is located on the front end of Lanikai, a plus when there is traffic. Great views of Ocean and Mokulua Islands from deck and front door.
