Property was overall nice. Like other reviews stated, it needs some paint, cleaning of carpet. Stairs were steep for elderly family and front entry had no handrails. Nice fireplace, comfortable beds, and good area.

This is a basic place to stay in a quiet neighborhood. The place could use a fresh coat of paint and some of the blinds need to be replaced. This is the first place we stayed at where there was no coffee available. It served its purpose for us as we didn’t spend much time there. The company’s contact person was very kind and helpful as we were not given a code to the front door and we arrived after 9pm. I appreciated her reaching out to us afterwards to make sure we arrived okay.

Solitude ski trip

The house was nice and comfortable. The hot tub was the perfect thing after a long day on the cold slopes. The location couldnt be better. A quiet neighborhood mere minutes from great restaurants and shopping. A straight shot up the road to big canyon with solitude and brighton resorts.

Great location!

Very nice neighborhood of rentals in a very convenient area. House was nicely appointed with plenty of kitchenware. Plenty of towels for everyone, and the beds were comfy. Some things could be updated, but overall a good stay.

Nice Home and Location

Home was located in a good location close to mountains and amenities. The VRBO listing was accurate with a nice view of a park behind the home. The place could use a little updating, but the home was stocked well and had everything we needed for our stay.

Great Rental and Location

This is our favorite rental in SLC. Spacious, beautiful house with groceries/gas nearby, close to skiing with a great hot tub for afterward and a park with a walking path out the back. Very easy check-in/out. We would love it even better if we could bring a pet!

Good value for a larger group ski trip

We stayed here rather than up at Snowbird on a family ski trip because we needed 3BRs. It was a fine choice that had the expected amenities, although the layout of the unit is a little odd - the TV viewing area next to the kitchen, in particular, was not the most comfortable for viewing the TV. But, the unit had lots of space for our group, so we were happy.

Our kids loved the new playground equipment at the park. 20-30 minutes to Snowbird/Alta and Solitude and Brighton (longer for pow days and weekends). Large hot tub. Beds were comfortable. The only negative was the pots and pans were very warped and could use replacement. Great value and would stay there again!

A bit tired ... but good location

A few things: There were a number of issues but property manager did take care of these quickly. The loft is really not a separate bed space but two beds in hallway outside bedrooms (no privacy). We increased our stay from 4 days to 14 days but they refused to bring more dish and laundry soap - or toilet paper. A bit cheap for how much we spent. Overall. It was a decent rental.

Wonderful weekend with one unexpected problem

We had a wonderful weekend at the house with our family and enjoyed the time together. The hot tub was nice and the 2 car garage. We just had one problem that caused some frustration, the fridge started making a loud knocking noise that was heard throughtout the house. We called guest services 3 times before someone came the next day and looked at it after a very noisy day and night. We realize that it was a holiday weekend, and when they did come they were able to get it fixed for our last night.

Nice home

The house was very nice love the furnishings neighborhood etc. The only problem we had was with bugs. Now don't get me wrong they were not roaches, bed bugs. They were from the tree outside the house I believe. So they were everywhere in the master bedroom and eventually the whole house. I do believe there is a nest somewhere in the master bedroom. I will give credit where it is due. They answered back quickly and sprayed but it was an inconvenience to say the least. I still would book with them again just not that house.

When we stayed 3 months ago, our front door lock didn't work. When we arrived this time, 2 families were outside their house, their lock didn't work. When we left Sunday morning, we couldn't lock the front door. I called and told the answering service. We flew on to Oregon, stayed in a rental property, the front door lock was EASY, worked every time. Get some new locks !!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Large house in a good location - comfortably fit 8 adults. Walking distance to many restaurants and grocery store. Laundry is convenient but the dryer doesn’t work that well (had to do two dryer cycles for most things). The dishwasher is on its last leg as well. Unlike other rental properties we’ve stayed in, this place does not have many things that are usually found in weekend rentals. The house had everything that was necessary -but it was lacking many things that people who actually live there would use (drying rack for dishes, leftover spices or cooking oil, cleaning spray, games or DVDs, throw blankets, you get the idea). Not really a complaint, just a fact. All the beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

loved everything about it

first off let me clarify that the checkin process was confussing. One page gave the code to get into the house and another page says the lock pad is in on the backdoor. so we headed straight to the back door to get in and got confussed and found out the lock pad is on the front door not the back..so i dont know why it said to enter in from the back door? issue #2- way way way to many decorative pillows. needs like 20 less pillows on the couches and beds. everything was perfect ! no other complaints, I loved the window a/c units, we stayed nice and cool all night with a little white noise to drown out any noise within the house. fiddle with the buttons as one setting made the a/c unit turn on and off which was noisey, find the setting to keep is constintly on.(cant remember which one) hot tube gets the afternoon hot sun . we didnt have time to use it in the morning but would of loved to. playground at the park was all in the shade which was awesome. the bed in the master bedroom was very comfy, my grandkids LOVED the Harry Potty bedroom.. (thats what we named it) so check out the closet by the front door. there is a secret room in there with a matress. my autistic grandson loved to lay in there with the door shut. (it was just storage for an extra matress) but a fun area. quiet neighborhood. will definately stay there again
