Ce condo au 3ème étage entièrement meublé est situé dans un cadre serein et surplombe le 9ème trou du parcours de Magnolia Brunswick Plantation. Quelques marches supplémentaires, mais très calme et sans bruit d'en haut. Cette unité dispose de planchers de bois franc, bien meublée avec toutes les commodités pour les golfeurs et la famille. Téléviseur à écran plat dans les chambres et un immense salon de 50 pouces. Bien meublé pour une retraite reposante de la plage. Une courte promenade de la piscine extérieure. Belle Sunset Beach est à 10 minutes en voiture et les restaurants de fruits de mer abondent dans le village de Calabash, célèbre pour ses fruits de mer frais à proximité des bateaux de pêche à Calabash. La plantation Brunswick accueille 27 trous de golf, un pro shop, un putting green et un driving range ainsi qu'un restaurant et un pub sur place.

Great Place To Stay

The location was awesome on the golf course! It is situated by the ninth hole at Brunswick Plantation. Condo was very clean. Access to all restaurants, golf courses and grocery store in the Calabasha area. Great stay!

Great place! Will be back next year.

For a second consecutive year, we spent our summer vacation in this condo. Very nice place. Well located. Close to our favorite beach and 45 minutes from Myrtle Beach activities. We will be back next year.

Nice condo

My wife and I spent a month at this condo. John the property manager was easy to deal with, always answered any questions or concern I had right away. The only issue I had with the unit was the stairs do to my bad knees. I would recommend this place for golfers or beach goers. Thanks John

Condo in need of some love and care

The owner knew that we were coming to spend our honeymoon. As you walked up to the door there was bird poop all over. Jacuzzi tub had brown stuff and lots of hair in the bottom. Bathroom ventilation fans were in great need of dusting and or vacuuming. No working lights in the second bedroom. Dining room chandelier had only two working lightbulbs. Fridge had none. Sliding door curtain had nothing to open or close it with. The list goes on. Owner thought we should have called him and he would have sent his cleaners back. REALLY? We were on our honeymoon and the last thing we wanted was strangers coming in to do what should have been done before we got there. Never offered any kind of a refund even though we sent him pictures. Would definitely not recommend staying there as the owner doesn't seem to check on his property. Sad

Excellent stay!

John was so wonderful to work with! He was informative and very responsive to all of our questions. The property looks just like the pictures: clean, spacious and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay! Safe neighborhood, on a beautiful golf course and an easy drive to the grocery store and local restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great place at a good price

This was the first time we stay at Brunswick Plantation and it was perfect! For 10 years, we was at Little River and now, we will be at Brunswick Plantation for the next years !! Good place near the beach we loved. For those who wish to visit Myrtle Beach often, it may be a little bit far, but us, it was just fine. Thans to the ownet. See you next year !

Myrtle Beach Area - Summer 2022

Spacious, clean, well kept unit. Excellent overall value for the location. Easy access to Calabash restaurants and local beaches and a short ride down to the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach proper. Lost of local golf available, our longest morning drive was only 20 minutes. Would stay here again in a heartbeat, highly recommend.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay! Made several trips to Sunset Beach and Myrtle Beach. The pool is close by and was a great alternative on our non-beach days. We would definitely stay there again!

This 3rd floor condo is super clean and quiet. The furniture, appliances are very nice and well maintained. Plenty of space for a relaxing visit. Condo overlooks golf course fairway. Thanks for a great stay.

Quiet community

Lovely condo on back fairways, just watch out for those stray balls!! Pool refreshing & not crowded. Was disappointed that exercise room & indoor poo closed. Community bistro had great food, teriyaki wings were great

Peaceful golf course views from deck

A very well maintained older condo on a nice plantation. John responded immediately to any texts sent. Easy check in but note it is on third floor with no elevator. Quiet deck with golf course views.

The condo was very nice.

This was our first time being away from home for an extended period. We learned that anything over one week was too long for us and we decided we would visit more of the New England states in our future. We appreciate the beauty of North and South Carolina, however we feel better staying closer to home.
