Villa Cataldo is a characteristic and welcoming three-story ancient house situated a few miles from the shores of Lake Trasimeno. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Cataldo you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the surrounding hills. Villa Cataldo is 520 square meters (5600 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, two private patios, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 13 km (8.1 miles) from Magione, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant, a grocery store and the bus stop at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile) and the closest beach (Zocco Beach Club) at 12.8 km (roughly 7.9 miles).
You will reach Villa Cataldo from the parking area going up a route that includes approximately three stairway steps.
To stay at Villa Cataldo you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. The parking space is suitable for up to four cars.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The area is equipped with two sun umbrellas and deck chairs. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the valley and of the greenery. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.
Garden
The garden is 2000 square meters (21500 square feet). It is partly shaded by tall trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a gazebo. In the garden you will find a children's playground and you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table, and you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a pleasant view of the greenery and of the hills.
First Apartment, Bottom FloorPatio 1
The first patio is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic porch. It is equipped with two armchairs and two benches and with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a nice view of the greenery.
Living Room 1
The first living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. The furnishings are warm and welcoming, and include a sofa, three armchairs and a desk. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room also has a window, as well as a small high window. Here you will also find a safe.
Kitchen 1
You will be able to enter the first kitchen from the living room through an access area. The ceiling of the first kitchen is barrel-vaulted. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and an American-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the first patio. The room also has a high window.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include an armchair. The room has a window.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include an armchair. The room has a window.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the kitchen through an access area. It has a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a high window.

You will be able to enter the dining room from the living room through an access area, climbing two steps. The furnishings are classic and welcoming, and include a suspended chandelier. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. From the dining room you will be able to enter the first patio going down approximately 15 steps, through a French door. The room also has a window.

You will be able to enter the second kitchen from the dining room climbing three steps. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a toaster. Here you will also find a washing machine (hidden in a utility room), an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The kitchen has a window.
