Inside, the space is equipped with a smart TV ready for your favourite streaming apps, a washer/dryer, and a compact countertop oven for easy cooking.

The studio features a brand-new, cozy UK Double-size bed. A small double sofa also converts into a bed for a third guest—let us know in advance so we can prepare it for you.

The private studio home is located on a quiet residential road. The home is south facing and patio is west facing - great for sunset.

The home is located on the ground floor with access to the private patio. There is a shared corridor to access the home and the home itself is private.

There is a new UK Double size bed with a high end mattress, as well as a pull out UK small double size sofa bed that is 120cm wide.

There is a retro kitchenette, equipped with a mini fridge-freezer, over counter compact oven with 2 hobs, microwave and a washer dryer. The kitchen tap water is filtered and is drinking water.

There is a new Smart TV equipped with apps like Netflix, ready for you to login into.

There is a mobile air cooling unit, with variable settings, to provide cool air (not US style integrated air con).

This is a private studio apartment on the ground floor of a terraced house. After the main street entrance, the studio is located straight ahead. There is one step at the main entrance and one step to the flat.

Lockbox access is located on the premises for easy self-check in and self-check-out.

The standard room rates are for 2 people occupancy and any additional guest will be charged per night. Recommended occupancy is for 3 guests. If you would like to have more guests then send us a message.

If you are more than 2 guests then you will need the sofa bed, so make a request for it when you book. There will be an additional one-off GBP53 set up and linen charge that will be sent to you when you make the request.

If your group are 2 guests, and would like the sofa bed set up, do request and the one-time setup and linen fee of GBP53 will be sent across.

We do allow one service animal, and we use a professional cleaning company post any furry friend visit and that is why there is an additional pet fee so be sure to book them in when you reserve.

Biscay Road in Hammersmith is a quiet, residential street with terraced houses, characterized by its proximity to The Eventim Apollo, a historic and iconic live music and entertainment venue. It also benefits from access to the River Thames towpath, offering scenic walking and cycling routes.

The street is within walking distance of Hammersmith Broadway, a hub for shopping, dining, and entertainment, including the renowned Riverside Studios. The area is well-served by public transport (see Getting Around description).

There are plenty of local neighborhood restaurants and health food shops on Fulham Palace Road, as well as the more commercial fast-food options that can be found in Hammersmith Broadway. See our local Guidebook for our favorite restaurant and grocery shopping recommendations.

We are a 5 minute walk to Hammersmith Broadway which is a major transport hub and commercial center, featuring shopping areas, restaurants and office spaces.

It serves several London Underground (tube lines) with access to District, Piccadilly and Hammersmith and City lines that get you to major tourist attractions like Covent Garden and Soho in under 30 mins. The Piccadilly line gets you to and from Heathrow Airport in under 40 mins.

Hammersmith Broadway is also a major bus interchange offering a wide range of bus routes across all of London. Bus no. 9 takes you from Hammersmith to Aldwych, passing landmarks like Kensington, South Kensington, and the Royal Albert Hall. Bus no. 27 takes you to Notting Hill, Camden, Paddington, Regent`s Park and the West End.

There is a £53 set-up fee for the sofa-bed, to cover linen, laundry & set up. Please note, linen is not stored at the property - requests for sofa-bed to be made well in advance. Requests made after the reservation starts requiring a second housekeeping visit will be charged at GBP95.

We have a travel cot and high-chair, subject to availability so please book well in advance.

If you are bringing a pet then do book them in because there is a fee! We only allow one pet in the flat, though do reach out to discuss further.

Parking: there is plenty of parking on the road. There is paid parking from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. After 5pm and weekends are free. Parking can be paid via the Ringo App.

We kindly ask that you remove your shoes in the entrance corridor. We’re big fans of keeping things clean!

Hosting parties is not allowed, and any damage to the property must be compensated.

Smoking or e-smoking is only permitted in the outdoor garden/patio area. A fumigation fee of £500 will be charged if any smoke smell is detected inside the property.

Our listing price is for 2 guests. An additional charge of £30 per night applies for each extra guest. Please specify the total number of guests when making your booking request. If additional guests are joining partway through your stay, let us know so we can adjust the price accordingly.

If your group is larger than 2 guests, you`ll need the sofa bed. Be sure to request it at the time of booking, as there’s an additional £53 setup charge.

A £150 charge will apply if any pets are found on the premises, whether visiting or staying.

Please follow the bin instructions outlined in the house manual. Food delivery or shopping bags should not be used to dispose of rubbish—please use the provided bin bags and seal them properly before discarding waste.

Use the grey face towels for makeup removal (please reserve the white towels for other purposes). White bathroom towels should only be used for personal hygiene. Kitchen towels and paper towels are available for other tasks. If you notice any stained towels or bedding, please report them.

Please do not flush face wipes, sanitary items, or any other unnatural products down the toilet. Use the bathroom bin provided instead.

We ask that you leave the home as you found it. If anything gets damaged, please let us know. We wish you a wonderful stay!
