Our communication with the owner was easy and timely. Check in and tour of the property was simple, and the apartment is well appointed. Everything was clean and all the appliances worked. It was a lovely stay!
Easy access to Chiswick High Road, all ground floor and accessible, no stairs. Sainsburyâs 5 min walk for shopping and we paid to park there too. Flat clean, well equipped and comfortable.
This huge, comfortable apartment is quiet as a tomb, despite being right on the main road with buses stopping right in front. Very close to several tube stations and one block from an enormous Sainsburyâs. Also an easy walk to 5 pubs and multiple restaurants, including a great Malaysian takeout. Paul was supportive and easy to communicate with. I will be back next year!
I couldn't have asked for a better stay in London! This apartment was great - the location was incredible, just a 5-minute walk to the Underground station and a 5-minute walk to the local grocery store.The apartment itself was bright, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We slept four people - two in the king-sized bed and one on each of on the living room sofas. What really made this stay exceptional was how responsive and accommodating the host was. Paul was excellent at communicating and willing to provide flexibility with arrangements at the beginning and the end of the stay. He went above and beyond to address our specific needs and I can't say enough about his kindness. Better than we expected ! Great support from owner of the flat. Friendly and helpful concierges . Lovely area with a park 5 mins walk away. Absolutely loved it.
Spacious apartment. Well located. Good communication with host. Needs attention to cleaners not doing their job fully, which should be easily resolved. Otherwise highly recommended.
Consider yourself lucky if you are looking for West side accommodations and you stumble onto Paul's 500 Chiswick High Road apartment. Modern in every way, totally fit for purpose (and then some) and ideally located. Close to Kew and Richmond, District Line trains to Central London and the Overground. Great parks and dining choices in and around Chiswick plus convenient grocery shopping. The flat is roomy with a huge washer-dryer, lots of seating and there is an outdoor terrace the length of the apartment. We had a 3 week stay. It is very private and quiet. No street noise. Our host Paul is just a great guy. Prompt in answering any questions and a joy to work with. I'd say he goes over and above.
Surprisingly quiet apartment with a great location on Chiswick High Road. We arrived very early (before normal check in time) and the concierge stored our luggage until the apartment was ready. Staff were incredibly helpful and a credit to the property. Communication with the owner was always prompt. The apartment was suitable for 3 (my teenage son slept in the living room on the very long couch). Small courtyard space, good kitchen, and spacious. Highly recommend
Overall, this Chiswick property was in a great location if you donât want to be in the hustle and bustle of London. The tube station is within walking distance and 30 minute tube ride youâre in central London. During our stay we had a minor issue with the shower slowly draining, but within minutes of messaging the property manager, he came up with a solution and within the hour he was at our door ready to fix the problem. I highly recommend this property.
We had a great stay in Chiswick! This apartment is located conveniently closed to two tube stops, bus stops and a grocery store. Our goal was to visit good friends in the area and this clean, comfortable space worked out perfectly. The building staff was very helpful and friendly and communication with the owner was terrific.
