Great location

This was a great place to stay. Great location near the beach and the Blue Mountain Creamery. The pool in the back yard was a hit.

Great location, great home

Pool heater was not working the first 2 nights. The house was wonderful, the location was perfect, and after the pool heater was fixed the trip was perfect.

October 2017 Stay

We loved the house and especially the pool area. It was nice that every room had a porch as well! Short walk from the beach and short drives to restaurants and the grocery store made this a great reunion for our friends!

We have so enjoyed our stay in the Blue Mountain Beach area, and this gorgeous beach home! Our kids especially love this large pool which they have immediate backyard access to! Every aspect of this trip has been splendid. We especially appreciate the owners welcome gift, and the management's super assistance in booking!

Beautiful home, perfect location

This home is spacious, has a great layout for a family of five or a family gathering of a dozen. We loved being just a short walk to the beach. Having a private pool is also such a nice luxury; we enjoyed several evenings of shaded pool time as the sun was setting. The neighborhood is not as packed and chaotic as Seaside or Destin, but there are still lots of options nearby for food and entertainment. We thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to the Florida beach!

July 2017 Stay

The house was perfect for our group of 13! We made wonderful memories with our friends and kids. It was the first time for all of us on the Emerald Coast, and we loved every second! The house was a great size and everyone had plenty of room. The pool was perfect for a larger group and we loved the porch area too! The house was in a great location and we were able to access the beach easily. We would definitely recommend replacing the couch- as it was uncomfortable, and the washer made a loud squeaking noise every time it ran, but other than that we had a wonderful time!!!

We had a great time again on the Florida gulf coast! The house was located very conveniently to the beach and was very spacious for the 11 of us! The small private pool was a wonderful complement to our stay!However, the location is loud at night from the 30A traffic. The house floors were very filthy dirty, the sheets were very scratchy, the kitchen was less equipped than other homes we've rented and the sectional in the living room was extremely uncomfortable as it's meant for an outdoor patio space, rather than indoors. 360 Blue staff are wonderful to work with and extremely responsive when we needed some issues addressed but we did have a very negative experience with the cleaning lady who insisted on cleaning, vacuuming and mopping while we were all in the house during a large lunch party. She vacuumed at our feet while we were seated to lunch! No one called to let us know the cleaning lady was coming. (We were trapped at home at this time because the lock was malfunctioning). We were all dumbfound

We enjoyed our 2 weeks here. The layout of the house was great for our large family. The living area is much larger than it looks in the picture. The kids loved the pool. Someone came and cleaned it while we were there. It was great having the golf cart. We had lots of rain and developed a leak. 360 had someone come the day we called. However, there are some issues with the house. 1. The most serious is the 3rd floor bathroom. There is some kind of a leak. The tile on the floor is loose snd seems unstable. The effects of this leak can be seen in the bathroom below. There is a smell of mold on the 3rd floor so this problem has been present for a while. 2. The dishwasher needs to be replaced. Water never fully empties after being run. Dishes do not get clean. It is not anchored properly so the whole thing tilts forward when you open it. 3. The kitchen is not very clean and is totally disorganized. Pots and pans in terrible condition. To be continued—

Great location

Overall this is a good place to stay. Had some issues but the management co., 360 is great. The place could definitely use a facelift, bathrooms & kitchen. We did pay for a heated pool and were unable to use it for 3/7 days. 2 days the heater stopped working(they sent someone right over) the other day was due to high winds that blew so much debris in it the kids weren’t able to enjoy it the last day. We called, twice, but nobody came out to clean it.

We were pretty disappointed with this property. Dirty when we checked in- 360 sent a team to clean again. Fans still had about 6 months of dust on them after the cleaning crew came. Kitchen is poorly laid out. One of the cabinets is screwed closed because there’s a pendant hanging too close. The front door and the downstairs bedroom doors only open about half way. You can hear a lot of traffic noise. 360 has much better properties available. I wouldn’t book this one again.

Great time... Everyone absolutely loved the house, this is our second time staying here... We had three family's and it was just perfect... Kids loved the pool and the short walk to the beach was great! Also loved being so close to the creamery.... Overall a great visit.... Hope to visit again. This year was our sixth year in a row we have been coming ... Thanks again for our great experience!!!

Awesome time. The weather was fantastic - only about an hour of rain the entire week and that was before they all got up!! House and pool are super; grandkids enjoyed the pool every day. Thanks for a great Spring Break 2019! There were 2 families and kids in this great house and it worked out perfectly for us. close to the beach, convenient to stores and restaurants, yet not in the middle of the craziness of Seaside. We enjoyed our stay in Santa Rosa but I would like to mention that the state of the house was less than desirable. The house is in dire need of painting and looks like it has been roughly treated which I understand can happen with rentals. Someone needs to take a week and give this house some needed cleaning and painting to make it rentable. I have never rented a place that looked in that bad of shape. We had to kill several roaches in the bathrooms. Also, the traffic noise is terrible which would have been nice to know before staying there. Also, the information on the house stated that there is a pull-out sofa IN the 3rd floor game room and there is not. Strangely, there is a pull out sofa on the landing of the 3rd floor which cannot be opened due to not enough space. On a positive note, 360 Blue was a great company to rent through, but I would not stay at this particular property again.

Great stay at 19 Sand Castle Court. Two seconds from the beach, great house for large group and a beautiful neighborhood. 360 Blue was wonderful and very responsive to our multiple vacation requests, and we can't wait to return!

This home was great! The pool was the perfect size for our family! Clean, stocked and the wine from the owners was great! Al was awesome and so great to work with when he stopped by! We will definitely be staying with 360 Blue again! Thank you for a wonderful week!

July 2018 Stay

We had a fantastic trip and wonderful stay! We were a group of three families - 6 adults and 6 kids ranging in age from 1-11. The house setup was perfect for our group to enjoy each other but also have some privacy. Perfect amount of space from bedrooms to the kitchen and table. The pool area was perfect! Such a great size pool and lots of chairs. The location was also perfect, a short walk to the beach, ice cream, bakery, etc. Each day that passed we were more grateful for having picked such a great house and spot on 30a. 360Blue was always helpful and easy to work with. We sent the guys on the brewery tour and arranged a classic bonfire on the beach one night which was a treat loved by all. Highly recommend!

We agree that this home perfectly accommodates large groups and the location of the home is a great option for a fun yet relaxing beach getaway! May 2018 Stay

My family of 4 stayed for 6 days. We survived Hurricane Alberto & once the weather cleared we really enjoyed the pool and backyard while the beach was closed. The home is nice but we have had more of a luxury home feel with better finishes for less money. The flooring is cheap, the crown molding looks homemade, several items were broken or in disrepair. The blender worked for one drink. The vacuum cleaner was broken and useless. The dishwasher is not installed properly to the point the door hits the floor and will smash your feet while loading it. The dishwasher is not screwed into the counter mounts. It will only clean dishes that have been prewashed completely. The cabinet door to the lazy Susan was hanging by one screw. On the second attempt to open it, it fell off completely. The back door was very dirty with large black smudges all over the handle on the outside entry like it’s never been cleaned. Our feet & socks were black every day from walking throughout the house. We also had spiders to deal with.
