Maison spacieuse dans le quartier des musées, à quelques minutes de Santa Fe Plaza.

Cette grande maison isolée et appréciée est située dans le quartier recherché de Santa Fe Museum Hill. La maison est ornée des détails de style traditionnel de Santa Fe tels que; une cheminée kiva, des plafonds viga et un grand jardin privé avec des passerelles en dalle et des belvédÚres. Cette spacieuse maison de 2000 pieds carrés vous offrira une pause tranquille aprÚs une longue journée de visites ou d'activités commerciales.

Il est à seulement 9 minutes de la place du centre-ville historique de Santa Fe et du Santa Fe Railyard. Le bassin de ski de Santa Fe et plusieurs zones de loisirs en milieu sauvage sont à proximité et à seulement deux minutes en voiture de la rue des musées suivants: Wheelwright Museum of the American Indian, Museum of International Folk Art et Museum of Indian Arts and Culture . Lorsque vous voyagez sur l'autoroute, la maison est à une courte distance pratique de Old Pecos Trail (sortie 284 de la I-25).

Une cuisine et un coin repas modernes et entiÚrement équipés offrent aux clients toutes les commodités pour cuisiner et manger. Les clients peuvent profiter des 300 jours de beau temps clair du Nouveau-Mexique avec les nombreux espaces extérieurs de la maison: un porche fermé entouré d'un porche extérieur; une magnifique roseraie; un gazebo; une tonnelle; et un espace contemplatif.

Spectacular home! We loved everything about this house. It is so convenient to the Plaza and everywhere else we wanted to visit. The backyard to the home is absolutely beautiful. My sisters and I were so impressed with the cleanliness of the home. It was very well taken care of and absolutely spotless. We are already planning our next trip back to this lovely home.

Absolutely fabulous! Beautiful home with everything you need. We enjoyed the well-maintained backyard and gazebos, not to mention the awesome patio. Quiet neighborhood, driveway parking and close to plaza, shopping and restaurants. 3 spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms worked well for our girls' trip to Santa Fe. The host was very responsive and gracious. We would love to stay again for another girls' trip! All in all, 5 star!!!!!

The property is well maintained and equipped with everything you will need. The courtyard is beautifully landscaped and the neighborhood is quiet. Easy access to the plaza and must-see attractions. The host is gracious and easy to contact.

Pleasant and cozy

This house was comfortable and roomy with an excellent lay out. The back yard, back porch and screened porch are the highlights. Roxanne, the property owner, was super helpful and responsive and even immediately shipped some items a friend of mine left behind. So thoughtful of her!

Fabulous!

This was the first Marine Corps reunion that we have had outside of San Diego. 4 of us stayed at this location. There were 12 total staying at other locations and we all met up at Hyde Park for the main reunion. One of us lives in Espanola but NM was new to all the rest and I have to say, NM did not disappoint! Absolutely beautiful and this property was the best that we have stayed at yet anywhere! Thanks Roxanne for everything!

Lovely, peaceful home for 8 days

Our party of three adults would frequently remark to each other throughout our 8-day stay how peaceful and beautiful the home, garden, and porch were. I cooked extensively and the pristine kitchen had a super variety of cookware and coffee pots for us coffee lovers! Roxanne was VERY accomodating in communication and a special request. The Southwest-inspired artwork throughout the house and the peach trees and roses galore made us feel as if we were in a well-tended home away from home. We talked about returning to this very relaxing place.

Lovely space with easy access to the area

This was a lovely home with a nice screened in porch as well as backyard. Clean house, well-maintained yard with seating areas, well-appointed kitchen, and space to spread out a bit. Near the "museum hill" we enjoyed visiting them, as well as driving out of Santa Fe for day trips to Abiquiu (Georgia O'Keeffe and Ghost Ranch), and to Los Alamos (beautiful scenery!), as well as to some of the pueblos that were open. We did drive into the center of Santa Fe one day, and then to Canyon Rd area another. It was nice that we could park two cars in the driveway as we were two couples coming from different directions meeting in Santa Fe. There are some steps into the living room, and down to outside back porch/back yard, even though it's a one-floor house otherwise. This was not a problem for us but may be for others. Two adult couples stayed here. A 3rd bedroom was available (and if used, would have shared the hall bathroom), but we didn't need it. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Quick responses from owners when needed.

This place was comfy and very nice. The outdoor property is an oasis! We really enjoyed staying here and would consider staying here again. Very close to restaurants and cool places to visit but not quite walkable although the neighborhood is nice to walk in.

We are repeat guests who enjoy Santa Fe. I am elderly & use a walker so the house is perfect for my needs. The check-in is easy & secure. The kitchen is well-stocked, and beyond our level; however, it's nice to have so much available.

I was a amazing . The house was very clean & well organized clear notes everywhere so you don's get lost . a lot of nice art all around the house and was loaded with all our needs to the small details that we did not find all our pervious vacation houses . Cozy, quiet and thoughtful abode

The property itself is comfortable and quiet, away from the busier urban areas, but is still no more than 10 minutes from any of the attractions we went to. Very thoughtful owners as well, providing all the amenities, from lotion and soap to cooking utensils to stationary at the desk. They also provided recommended restaurants and local information. All-around a great place to stay!

A must place to stay in Santa Fe

Stayed here with our older niece and nephew. They loved the place and truly so did we. Excellent location close to everything. Reached out to the owner because we thought there was something wrong with the clothes washer. It was fine, just took a little longer than we’re used to filling up (we’re from the Great Lakes area). Once we realized (up in the mountains) all was good. The house was amazing, clean and plenty of room for the four us. Nice for the niece and nephew to have their own space to veg. out.Back porch and yard were a welcome sight and used by all. Highly recommend this property.

We also enjoy fly fishing, biking, hiking and canoeing. Not only do we travel around our state we love to travel around the U.S. using VRBO.

It was my mother's home after she retired. She wanted to be near all the art and culture offerings of Santa Fe.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

My mom loved this home because it was the perfect combination of being near activites such as museums, restaurants, churches, Santa Fe Plaza, shopping and the hospitals but also located in a quiet neighborhood with a large backyard that became a canvas to her love of gardening.
