Bienvenue à Casa Sonrisa! Marchez partout de cette casita chéri dans la hanche et le quartier historique de Guadalupe / Railyard. Disponible à la location toute l'année, pour plusieurs jours, hebdomadaire et séjours mensuels.

Dans cette maison douce adobe, tous les efforts ont été faits pour vous assurer un séjour confortable et inoubliable, à commencer par une bouteille «bienvenue» de vin du Nouveau-Mexique. Nous avons décoré notre casita avec l'art local et des meubles, et nous espérons qu'il va se sentir comme votre propre maison gaie à Santa Fe.

2 chambres dormir 4 personnes, avec un lit queen dans une chambre et d'un lit king dans l'autre. Chacun est fait avec une couette en duvet (non-bas / couettes hypoallergéniques sont disponibles sur demande). Il ya aussi un canapé dans le salon qui se déplie en un lit de taille, pouvant accueillir plus de personnes 1-2. La chambre principale dispose de sa propre cheminée Kiva, et les deux chambres se partagent un patio extérieur privé. Il y a une salle de bains attenante à la chambre principale, et une autre grande salle de bains dans le couloir principal. Chaque chambre dispose d'un ventilateur de plafond.

(S'il vous plaît noter que le lit de la reine est assez élevé sur le sol pour certaines personnes âgées ou très jeunes.)

La maison est équipée de toutes les commodités que vous pourriez avoir besoin pendant votre séjour: accès internet, 2 téléviseurs et lecteurs de DVD, câble, une chaîne stéréo, haut-parleurs iPod, W / D, D / W, les draps / serviettes de toilette, un sèche-cheveux, peignoirs en éponge de spa, et articles de toilette supplémentaires.

De style traditionnel, la casita dispose très haute viga (poutre) plafonds, cheminées 2 Kiva, planchers en brique partout, et la tuile mexicaine dans les salles de bains et cuisine. Casa Sonrisa est une maison de plain-pied, ce qui en fait une option confortable pour ceux qui préfèrent pas d'escaliers.

Il ya de stationnement hors rue en face de la maison pour 1 véhicule.

A perfect spot!

This is the second time over the past 9 years that my husband and I have rented this house. It is a wonderful place and so convenient to attractions. We walked every where and always felt safe. The house is just as advertised.

Stay at Casa Sonrisa in Santa Fe

First of all, and most importantly, we would stay at Casa Sonrisa again. It is very roomy with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen comes very well supplied with cooking utensils, spices, condiments, coffee, and all necessary appliances. There is a grill on the patio and furniture outside to enjoy the outside early spring weather. Downtown Santa Fe is only a five-minute walk. Taru supplied a full list of places to visit, like galleries and museums, restaurants and cafes, breweries and wineries, including a wine store and patio right across the street from our rental.The Railyard and Farmers' Market are short walks away. Public transportation is good. Buses run frequently, even on the weekends. The vast majority of storekeepers are dog-friendly. The property manager was easy to contact and responsive to our questions. There was off-street parking, though it was a little tight, but manageable. The dog park was within a mile and very large. Unfortunately, dog owners do not watch their pets as closely as they should, so if you go to The Ortiz, keep a sharp eye on your dog as well as other owners and dogs. Again, the next time we visit Santa Fe, we will want to rent Casa Sonrisa again.

Perfect little home with great access to town

We had a great stay at this home. It is a very well appointed home and a fully stocked kitchen. The home has great NM decor and is very comfy with an outdoor area to grill or sit and enjoy breakfast or coffee. We used the home as our base for exploring downtown Santa Fe and for hiking in the area. Thank you for the use of your home!

A Delightful and Relaxing Stay!

The property was everything we had hoped it would be… the location, comfort, amenities, communication, and charm were all 5 star. We particularly enjoyed the kiva fireplace. Can’t wait to return!

Great casita for Santa Fe getaway

Loved this casita! Heated floors gave it a very warm and comfy feeling. Centrally located and in walking distance of amazing restaurants, the railyard with farmers market and artist markets, and shopping. Not far from downtown Santa Fe as well. I would stay here again!

Comfortable casita in a great neighborhood

I had another lovely stay in this casita. It’s in a great neighborhood within walking distance to both the downtown and the Railyard District. I felt like a local during my month long stay as it has all the conveniences of home and is very comfortable and spacious.

Santa Fe style and comfort

We enjoyed our two-week stay at this lovely home with Santa Fe design and comfort. The rental was very well equipped for all of our needs, and included many small touches we don't typically find in vacation rentals, including a welcome bottle of wine, robes, and toiletries. We also found the location was highly desirable, and enjoyed walking to shopping and restaurants.

Fantastic Casita

We had a great time in Santa Fe, in part due to our lodging. The casita was clean, cute and comfy and was within walking distance of a lot of things to do in town. Taru and Mary even provided a bottle of wine for our stay. Communication with them and the property manager was easy and instructions were very clear. I would definitely stay here again if returning to Santa Fe.

Pandemic Getaway

The property was perfect. I travelled with my adult daughter and son. My daughter had to work each morning until 11a. The internet was fantastic, and I was able to sit outside and enjoy the environiment. There was plenty of space for us all to enjoy our time. It was so convenient to walk to the plaza or other restaurants at night. Tanya, the caretaker was so sweet brining over a bottle of wine ;even the yoga mat was a nice touch--we used it. Such a homey comfortable place. If I had to provide any suggestion, it might be to have town maps available at the location, although we got around just fine. When we return to Santa Fe we will definitely try to stay there again. Judy, Josh and Rachel

Great location and great service!

We enjoyed our stay - what a lovely, cozy and comfortable place! Taru and Mary were extremely responsive at check-in and when we needed to extend our stay by one night. We had everything we needed and in a great location within walking distance of restaurants and local attractions. Great for my husband and I with our two adult kids. The only time we drove was to get to the ski valley. Thanks for a great place to stay! We'll be back :)

We're a mother and daughter who own the house together. Our family is originally from the Washington, DC area, and we also lived in Rome, Italy for 4 years. Currently, my mother lives in Virginia, and I live in Washington, DC. We're avid fans of the arts, especially music (our photo is at the Santa Fe opera), and lovers of the outdoors. Santa Fe is a great place for those things and more.

Casa Sonrisa is our family's home when we're in town, but primarily a vacation rental property for most of the year. While we are not local, our gracious caretaker will be available for any questions or concerns you may have during your stay. We look forward to hosting you soon!

The Guadalupe/Railyard neighborhood is thriving, with lots of shops, restaurants, galleries, and a great farmer's market within walking distance. Plus, the Santa Fe's famous plaza is just a short 10-minute walk away. Since we put down roots in this part of town in 2004, it continues to evolve and become more interesting every time we visit.

We fell in love with our casita because it is sweet and unique. With architectural touches such as viga ceilings throughout, banco seating in the main room, and even a little nicho tucked into the hallway wall, our casita offers a cozy and traditional environment to our guests. Also, the location can't be beat!
