A beautifully renovated apartment with a 40sqm living room with American kitchen is the perfect location for your escape to Nice.

The apartment is surprisingly quiet despite its location in the heart of Nice.
Shops, restaurants, sunlit dining terraces, rooftops, and the mingling nightlife await you at your doorstep but are sufficiently far not to disturb your peace.
Building
Set back from the road with a little gated garden, this beautiful Bourgeois building dating back to 1920 has recently been completely renovated. A few steps lead you to the entrance with marble staircase. A half floor elevator is available. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor.
Living area
This Nice apartment has been renovated and decorated with style. Enjoy a wonderfully spacious and airy living room with double height ceilings, light wood floors, and tall south facing windows -- it is a pleasure to be in. A small balcony with a table and two chairs allows you to enjoy a drink in the sun.
The living area is an open plan design and is cleverly designed into 3 distinct areas: the kitchen, the dining area and the sitting area with its original feature marble fireplace.
A three-seater sofa and an armchair seat 4 people, a flat screen TV and large bookcase complete the area encourage you to relax after a day’s sightseeing.
The long dining table seats 6 people comfortably.
The modern two-tone kitchen includes full size fridge/freezer, ceramic hop, microwave, oven, washing machine and dishwasher.
