With sweeping views of the Mediterranean, refined interiors, and exceptional outdoor space, this is the perfect base for a sophisticated coastal escape.

The apartment is arranged over two levels. The upper floor features a bright, open-plan living and dining area with direct access to a covered terrace offering stunning sea views. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, and washing machine, making it ideal for longer stays or home-cooked meals. The living space is comfortably furnished and includes WiFi, satellite TV, and a sound system for your entertainment.

An amazing home in a truly beautiful setting

Our family so enjoyed our stay. The front garden is gorgeous. The back pool area is lovely and overlooks the sea, with amazing panoramic views. Inside, the dining room overlooks the same views. As one of our friends said: "it looks like a place a Hollywood actor or actress might own."

Superb villa

In a quiet location, with incredible views out over the sea this villa was even better than we expected. The photos on vrbo are exactly as the villa is, pretty gardens, comfortable clean accommodation ,well furnished and equipped , a lovely terrace with sun loungers and table and chairs for dining al fresco. Good contact from the lovely hosts, and helpful information for arrival and checkin , We cannot wait to come back, it’s so lovely, and there is plenty to see and do in Antibes and the surrounding area.

Incredible views and perfect location!!

We enjoyed our time in the home so much and the only tricky part was checking out to go home :) Ebby was incredibly helpful when we had wifi issues day one and checked in on us to make sure the company got it sorted for our stay. The grounds of the home are impeccable and it's a glorious oasis aidst the beauty of Cap D'Antibes. We can't wait to be back

We stayed for a week in January and loved the property : excellent views on the sea, very comfortable appartment in a very nice villa, convenient layout, top location in Cap d'Antibes. We can only recommend!

Heavenly location with uninterrupted sea views.

The villa has magnificent gardens and sea views in a quite locations neighbouring other villas. Beaches are accessible on foot and shops and bakeries also at walking distance.

A wonderful location

We were staying for one week at this wonderful property. The flat was clean at arrival and property staff took care of the garden and pool during the week. Together with our youths we really enjoyed the spacious flat and the beautiful outdoor area, including the pool.

Beautiful but HOT

The host is the best. Super communicative. However Antibes in July was blazing hot and this location only has a small ac unit in the master bedroom downstairs. As soon as you walk out of the bedroom you’re hot by a heat wave. It was exponentially hotter inside than outside but there are mosquitoes so you can’t open windows. We had to leave less than 24 hours arriving. Again, the host is amazing but absent putting more AC units in the apartment it’s a spring or fall rental for us.

Great Location with Ocean View & Pool

Fantastic location overlooking Mediterranean sea. Really enjoyed our morning dip in the pool and walks (quite long!) down to the beach and along to the town for dinner. Had to contact the property manager for location of towels (we thought they should have been laid out), also Wifi slow by modern day standards but these were minor inconveniences in a memorable stay!

Fantastic location on the Cap

We stayed in this propoerty in April for a week and found the villa and the apartment excellent. The apartment feels like a real villa, being on two floors with hig ceielings in the living areas and large well kept gardens and swimming pool. The views are breathtaking and the apartments is tastefully decorated.

Amazing View, Gorgeous Location

The property is beautiful. The view is stunning. The pool was nice and clean. It was a good size and layout for a family of four. We had free parking on the road right in front of the gate. There is a very lovely beach about 15 min to walk or 2 min drive. We did have a few hiccups. The wifi didn’t work and the AC produced a lot of water that we had to empty at night. Also, the door to the master bedroom could not be closed and the showers could use an update and are not very accessible for larger individuals or mobility challenges. Despite some challenges, this property is a gem. I would recommend it.

Great Place

We stayed in the villa for a week in June with our two children. The place was great as the children could swim while we enjoyed the terrace and the views to the sea. Waking up in the morning with glorious views of the sea from the main bedroom was wonderful and being able to have breakfast right outside of the bedroom was fantastic. We could not have expected more and the place was great value for money.

Marvelous view, lots of space and comfort

The view was just marvelous. As a family of four we could all enjoy it at every meal. Everything was very comfortable, more than enough space. Kitchen was well equipped. Only 1km from the beach, 1.8km from the bakery. Unfortunately, Wi-Fi/ TV was not working.

Spectacular Home on the Sea

One could only dream about having a home amongst the Mansions and hills over Antibes of Mediterranean Sea. This modest duplex is appointed nicely with a clean home, complete with 3 WC. Plenty of supplies, linens and pillows. Breathtaking sunrise and all day ocean views. A dream for the dreamer. We can’t wait to return.

Wonderful View

For this price this place is perfect! Apartment is lovely and in a great position in Antibes with wonderful views over the med. it was equipped with everything our party of 4 needed and the old town is beautiful and full of character. If I had to pick holes it is a little tired in places ie some doors don’t quite fit properly and there is a slight musky smell but the price is right and it would not stop me from returning. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Wonderful place

We spent twelve days at the villa in August 2015 and everything was perfect. The view is priceless, both from the terrace and from the garden/pool. The house is very comfortable and we really appreciated it was fully equipped , very clean and good for a family with a little daughter (like us). We enjoyed a beautiful stay, the place is quiet and peaceful and very close to beaches in Antibes and Juan Les Pins/Golfe Juan. Everything was very well-organized and well-managed. I definitely suggest it for a vacation in Cote d'Azur.

outstanding gardens and fantastic views

My wife and myself had a wonderful 8 days at the villa . It was fitted out tastefully and contained any appliance that would be needed. The gardens were outstanding and the views fantastic. Numerous restaurants and facilities were nearby and the fine beaches were at the door. Unlike many places parking was plentiful both in the villa grounds and on the nearby road. We will be there again next year if not later this year.

Beautiful memories made in Antibes

Our stay in Antibes was wonderful. The view of the sea from the dining room was breathtaking. The villa is in a nice quiet neighborhood very close to walks along the waterfront. We liked the fact that it had plenty of space for a family of 4, plus a pool, and gardens surrounding the apartment. They also had books, DVDs, and games for use. We did not use the kitchen but it is well stocked with whatever you may need. The communication with the property managers was quick and efficient. The information they provided about the date and gate allowed us to get in with ease. The things we would have liked better were softer beds and maybe more restaurants in walking distance. Overall, it is a nice property in a beautiful area. I am so glad they put this property on VRBO because it made us choose Antibes, a city that we now love.

Breathtaking!

The owner was very accessible. They were organized and so accommodating. They made sure that someone was there to help us get in to the apartment, show us around and answer any questions we had. The place is just as pictured! Er sat for hours just staring at the meditation sea! The view is truly picturesque! Thanks again for sharing your wonderful home!
