The apartment is arranged over two levels, both with air conditioning systems. The upper floor features a bright, open-plan living and dining area with direct access to a covered terrace offering stunning sea views. My two adult children and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. Everything from the view of the water, the clean well appointed interior, responsiveness of our host Regina (to my many questions) and the surrounding area hit all high marks! I would highly recommend this property.

Regina’s home and property were amazing! The view from the main bedroom and sunroom of the Mediterranean Sea was incredible. The kitchen was lovely and well thought out. The second bedroom would be ideal for children as it has twin beds. The neighborhood was beautiful to walk in and getting to Old Town Antibes was an easy Uber or bike ride.

Property was as described, and more spacious than the photos in the communal areas. The hosts communication was fantastic from start to finish always on hand to support. The shared pool was great and was never busy for the whole fortnight we were there.

An amazing home in a truly beautiful setting

Our family so enjoyed our stay. The front garden is gorgeous. The back pool area is lovely and overlooks the sea, with amazing panoramic views. Inside, the dining room overlooks the same views. As one of our friends said: "it looks like a place a Hollywood actor or actress might own."

Great location!

The stay was wonderful and location superb. Villa is in tranquil setting and stems with style & historic Cap D'Antibes atmosphere. Downstairs with sleeping rooms has a touch of basement scent and I understood that air conditioning will be improved for the future.

Heavenly location with uninterrupted sea views.

The villa has magnificent gardens and sea views in a quite locations neighbouring other villas. Beaches are accessible on foot and shops and bakeries also at walking distance.

A wonderful location

We were staying for one week at this wonderful property. The flat was clean at arrival and property staff took care of the garden and pool during the week. Together with our youths we really enjoyed the spacious flat and the beautiful outdoor area, including the pool.

Great Villa

We have stayed at Villa Miranizza on two occasions. The location cannot be better. The views are dramatic and the owner is accomodating and a gentleman. We reccomend this property without hesitation and we will definitely return in the future.

Superb villa

In a quiet location, with incredible views out over the sea this villa was even better than we expected. The photos on vrbo are exactly as the villa is, pretty gardens, comfortable clean accommodation ,well furnished and equipped , a lovely terrace with sun loungers and table and chairs for dining al fresco. Good contact from the lovely hosts, and helpful information for arrival and checkin , We cannot wait to come back, it’s so lovely, and there is plenty to see and do in Antibes and the surrounding area.

Incredible views and perfect location!!

We enjoyed our time in the home so much and the only tricky part was checking out to go home :) Ebby was incredibly helpful when we had wifi issues day one and checked in on us to make sure the company got it sorted for our stay. The grounds of the home are impeccable and it's a glorious oasis aidst the beauty of Cap D'Antibes. We can't wait to be back

The location on the Cap is fantastic

Wife and I with our two boys 11 and 9 has a wonderful holiday focused on the lovely beaches on the Cap and in Cannes The house is a short drive away from the many sites and restaurants of Old Antibes. Although the house is a little tired everything if perfectly functional and the views are just breath taking

Fantastic location on the Cap

We stayed in this propoerty in April for a week and found the villa and the apartment excellent. The apartment feels like a real villa, being on two floors with hig ceielings in the living areas and large well kept gardens and swimming pool. The views are breathtaking and the apartments is tastefully decorated.

Great Place

We stayed in the villa for a week in June with our two children. The place was great as the children could swim while we enjoyed the terrace and the views to the sea. Waking up in the morning with glorious views of the sea from the main bedroom was wonderful and being able to have breakfast right outside of the bedroom was fantastic. We could not have expected more and the place was great value for money.
