With its blend of character and comfort, the cottage offers a perfect retreat in the heart of Berkswell Village, ideal for enjoying the fresh air and beautiful surroundings. Close to urban areas like Solihull & the NEC, it is also perfect for business.
The Space:
This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage in the heart of Berkswell offers a perfect blend of rural tranquillity and modern comfort. The cottage features a spacious but cosy living area creating a relaxing atmosphere, with a smart Tv featuring SKY glass and Netflix. The fully-equipped kitchen-diner has essential appliances, complementing the traditional cottage feel with rustic wooden beams and an inviting atmosphere. There's also useful space in the utility room/back door for coats, footwear and bags.
Both bedrooms are well-proportioned, the master has a large double made up of two twin beds that can be separated, the second has a queen-sized sofa bed. There is a bathroom and toilet on each floor.
Outside, the cottage is surrounded by a pretty south-facing garden and patio, providing a peaceful retreat, and there’s ample off-road parking.
The cottage offers a tranquil location in a charming rural village. For walkers, there are several footpaths close by including The Heart of England Way. In the village there is a lively café and a cosy welcoming pub within close walking distance. Shops, Post Office, fuel, etc, can be found a mile up the lane in Balsall Common.
Berkswell has it's own train station a mile away (on the direct line to/from London). Birmingham International Airport, the NEC and motorway network - plus the university campuses of Warwick and Coventry - are all within an easy 5-10-mins drive or 15-20mins cycle. The popular towns of Kenilworth, Stratford-upon-Avon and Warwick are also an easy drive away.
